Pitiful customer service the guys at the print area are suppose to be able to checkout but the are too lazy

Have went here multiple times for printing. Walked in needing 3 pages laminated. As I approached the printing area, I noticed 2 employees talking casually. One employee asked what I needed. I informed him I only needed 3 pages laminated. As anyone knows it would take probably 5 minutes to do this job. He asked me when I needed it, I responded, as soon as possible, preferrebly now. He responded that he couldnt get to it until 830 in the evening. As confused as I was, I responded you cant do it now? He responded that they had a lot of jobs to do and that would be the soonest he could do it. Of course I left, went to the library, and got the pages laminated quickly. Staples just lost all of my business.

I will never shop this store again. I was treated rudely because do to a severe breathing issue I cant wear the mask. The masks limits my breathing an I cant do that. I was denied shopping this store. When the govenor of our state has not required us wearing a mask. Why are the businesses denying us from shopping at their business. I need someone to give us a date as to when all this is going to end. I have been to most businesses and this is the first one who literally ask me to leave.

Horrible management is all that i can attribute to my experience. I went for one purpose, to purchase a new computer. After waiting at the desk for several minutes a blonde girl came to ask if we had been helped (she was working with a customer already) I said no and she said she would find someone. Many minutes later the gentleman running the copy center asked if we had been helped. (He was also working with 2 customers) I said no and he said he would get someone there. After many many more minutes i went to ask him if anyone else was working and he said they had all been called in to an “emergency meeting”. At this point there were two people standing in line to check out and at least 6 others in the store and no employees. I wonder if they really wanted to sell anything?Good luck, I’ll go spend my $800.00 somewhere else.

Had some printing to do. DONAVON was a great helped. Explained how to work the printer and checked back TWICE to see if I had any problems or questions. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I stood at the print counter about 2 full minutes while 2 employees stood there and talked. They never even acknowledged me. I left, and they HAD to see me leave, and still never even acknowledged me. This,was at the Sevierville, TN, store. They will never ignore me again, because theyll never see me again.

Terrible customer service at the print dept. One tech interrupted my conversation to ask another tech for his Mcdonalds order. Fed X Kinkos is a better place to do business.

Amanda in the print department was so helpful. She did a great job helping me and such a wonderful turnaround time on banners I needed ASAP. I am very happy with the product and service! Highly recommend.

We stopped in to ship some packages and have some printing done. I didnt get their names, but the store manager and a nice lady in the printing department helped us. They were super nice and very efficient. It was worth noting. Thanks for the nice experience!

Donavon was so sweet! We were running errends before our friends wedding and needed a photo printed for a locket quickly. He knew exactly what to do! Thanks so much for all of your help! Great employee! Ill be back for future printing needs.

Needed Ink in the Midst of Back To School Fury. Wow store was busy. Shelves were half empty and clerks were so busy. I needed ink for my printer so decided to get it while there. Was going to check price first versus Amazon but difference was pennies. So got my ink, some printer paper (excellent sale price) and pens (really good sale price). Check out line long but I was truly amazed at how fast it went. Mitchell was quick & efficient. So glad I did not let the very crowded store scare me away. I did a question & the clerk I found quite easily was friendly & pointed out where I could find what I wanted. He walked me to the item.

Not that worried about selling anything

Nice place with a lot of inventory but higher prices than Amazon or Costco for the same. I needed printer ink now and paid for not ordering sooner for a cheaper price. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Items marked one price are different at the register. Cant see the prices as items are rung up. But they refunded items with no problem. Helpful finding what you are looking for. Double check sale items before you pay.

Dakota works at the printing section, he was so kind and helpful as we needed assistance on printing a resume for my husband. So thankful such a positive experience.

Went in looking for an external hard drive. Two shelves full of empty boxes telling you to buy these exclusively online. Looking around shelves mostly empty. Racks empty. Signs saying buy exclusively online. Then why do you have a store front?! Its a joke. I wont be back. I would prefer to order from Amazon or go to best buy.

Dont keep desk, filing cabinets, or any bigger things you need, they have to bought online. I think they are loosing business because if I order something online I possibly wont be through them. A checker named Brandon smelled so bad it was burning our eyes. Employees dont seem to care if you buy anything there or not. I liked the old store better, they had more office products.

Always good. Had what I was looking for and the price was very good. Good service also!

I drove 2 hours to come here to get my laptop for college and these were the pros and cons of my experiencePROS1)neat and tidy2)employees at every centerCONS1) NO LAPTOPS ON DISPLAY?2) Not even any laptops (isnt this staples?)3) waited 30 min for help and no help provided so I left (WASNT BUSY)4) no managerI am every Unsatisfied with this store! Employees need better training in customer service. And they also need a manager.

Office supplies maybe okay but you can do better online. Print services...AWFUL, dont know what theyre doing, never get the same person twice so if they leave off and you have to finish later its like starting over. Even something as simple as shipping a package UPS is a problem.

The employees there are very helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are high unless they are having a sale. However they do have sales a lot!

Customer service in the printing department was terrible. The lady went so far to tell me her brain was fried and it would take her a hour to print them, All I need was some labels printed. I know it doesn’t take a hour to print 2 pages of labels. I just felt like she didn’t want to do it. I will never go to staples again. I will go to ups or fedex for my printing needs.

These people where so helpful and very nice. I would recommend anyone to shop here.

The customer sevice here was absolutely terrible. There was only one person working. She didnt seem knowledgeable about any of the product equipment/ machines. I saw her ask her manager for help at least 3 times, and each time he just walked past her, abandoned her, and left her to fend for herself. Because of that I stood in the store 2 hours waiting for someone to figure it out and help me out. During this time the person who was supposed to be helping me, was laughing and talking with coworkers about unrelated things. I wasnt the only one frustrated. I observed at least 3 other patrons angrily step out of line as a result of these things. This location needs more employees, better customer service, and hands-on training.I gave 2 stars because everyone apologized for my ling wait- which i appreciated.

I went to just get three notebooks and pocket folders. I go to the notebook section and there were empty boxes all over the floor and nothing on the shelves. What little they did have weren’t in the correct place and most of it didn’t have price tags. The floors looked as if they hadn’t been vacuumed since they moved stores. It’s pretty sad when you move to a brand new building and it looks worse than the old building. It seemed as if no one actually works here.

If you are buying ONLY office supplies, then you have nothing to worry about. If you are wanting any services done on your computer, DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!!! I went in there 2 years ago as my computer was becoming extremely slow and I went in for help to get it running back up to par. The employee was extremely rude and acted as if I was a hindrance to him. I also asked him about my portable zip drive, as it was no longer working. He said (very rudely might I add) that they stop working after a few months time.Arent you guys supposed to specialize in computer services?!?!?!?!?!?!?! IF SO, THEN THE SERVICE WAS A JOKE!... I walked out immediately and took my business elsewhere, to Best Buy where their service was IMPECCABLE!!!

I really dont like this store since it has moved. They NEVER have what I need. Even if I look it up online, and it says available in store they NEVER have it. I probably will never go back, and just use amazon.
