I dont go to radio shack often because I dont do a lot of electronic projects, but when I need something, they always have what I need. Not only that, but they always know what Im asking for and exactly where it is stocked. They have also given me helpful tips for whatever Im working on.

Have always loved radio shack. Stop there every time we go to Pigeon Forge.

Glad to still find a Radio Shack! Emergency issue with my portable electronics. Needed a specialized charger. Expert help and had parts on hand. Very well assorted store with very knowledgeable employees. Thank you for all your help!!! Nowadays it is so hard to find people that can assist knowledgeably and have parts on hand the same day.

Great to see a good quality Radio Shack again. Its been a while since Ive been in a good one. The ones in my town closed years ago.

Radio Shack stores unfortunately are not as common as they once were but this one certainly has a great selection of electronic goodies... And you wont have to wait for them to be delivered to you!

I came to the Smokey Mountains on vacation for my family and to my misfortune, I forgot the charger to my laptop. My wife and I called all the other stores, Best Buy, Walmart etc.. and they were not helpful. We called out to our property managers and they told us to call RadioShack and talk to Jeff. I immediately called and Jeff was able to take my description and said he had a charger. When I came to the store, Jeff greeted me and made me feel welcome. He assisted me with making sure the charger worked. But this wasnt what made his business great. Jeff took care of several other customers at the same time and was able to give me the time and attention I needed. Its business owners like Jeff who provide great value to our communities . Before you go to a big box store consider a smaller retail provider.

Visited this store as all the ones where I live have closed. Purchased some charging cables for our smartphones. The salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful. I really miss these stores. Hope the ones that are left get to stick around. I will visit whenever I am in the area.

The people at RADIO SHACK have always answered my questions about a new device or product that i may buy without asking who i may buy from. They just help you. I returned an item i bought and opened, and they gave me a full refund in cash. No hassel. This is just good customer service and careing.

Small store, but great service! Have gotten a few items here before, but when they were out of some LED lights I wanted, she called the Sevierville store and had them shipped over so I could pick them up the next day. All sorts of stuff for everyday use and tourist needs!

The store owner and employees are always more than helpful and very knowledgeable I would choose these guys over any other prepaid retailer and electronic store and they been part of our community for years now .

Went in for a Bluetooth speaker. I told them my price range and they helped me find just what I wanted. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I know where Im going in the future!

As one of the few RadioShacks still open the place has everything from single bagged components like switches and diodes for circuitry to cable adapters and cell phones. Little higher priced but worth the browse.
