While visiting Pigeon Forge TN, I visited the Tangier Outlets and spotted this store. I had been looking for a concealer for the dark circles around my eyes for years that actually conceals them. The wonderful staff their suggested Bobby Browns Concealer and even matched my color for me. I also bought a waterproof mascara by Bobby Brown. That was 2 weeks ago.. Yesterday I tried it for the first time.. and OMG this stuff is AMAZING!!! Thank yall for your help!!! I will never forget where to get my cosmetics in the future!!!

Location: Sevierville, TN. Went on a Friday 3PM, store was closed with a gone to lunch sign. Returned two hours later and still closed. Returned the following Saturday. Doors were locked . They were only letting in one customer at a time in the store. Waited my turn. Employee was rude and did not want me to take the time to shop, so I purchased my items. Employee then told waiting customers outside that she was closing for lunch again, locked the door behind me. This practice is extremely rude. Poor customer service. Ill take my $200 purchase elsewhere next time.

It use to be awful in this store under old management. UPDATE 4 yrs later: ~ok now that it’s under new management I’ll start buying again. Great people and the manger is top notch.The prices are even better now than they were years ago.

Cindy Pouwels is writing this review. I bought 4 foundations in a shade that the salesperson said looked good on me. The next morning I put the foundation on and it was way too light. I put a mark on the box that I opened, because I would understand if they could not exchange that one. That was a Tuesday. I tried several times on Wednesday and several times on Thursday to exchange, but the store was never open. On our way home to New Orleans, we stopped. They were open and I asked if I could exchange 3 of the wrong foundations for a better color for my skin. The girl said she would have to call the district manager. I guess she left a message, because she told me she did not know when she would hear back from the manager. I explained that we were on our way back to New Orleans. I hung around as long ad I could, but finally had to leave. I got no apology. In fact, I was completely ignored. I spent $127. There was no reason that these could not have been swapped out. I stop here whenever we are in Pigeon Forge and spent $100 or more. I wont be back again!!!!!

The store Employees are very rude. The hours are posted but the store is never open. I did get in on a Saturday, and only asked if they are changing their hours? because I said tried to visit on Thursday, and the Manager just looked at me, never answered and walked away. I thought I was in the Twilight Zone. The store is also dirty and the floor is disgusting, in these times all stores are making an effort to stay clean, NOT THIS STORE.

So much merchandise. Super friendly welcome. The two woman working were knowledgeable and helpful to myself and other clients. Love this location.

I love the cosmetic store and I want to send a big Thank You to Alexis T. for taking my order over the phone. I called on Saturday and I received it on Tuesday couldnt ask for any better service. This is my favorite store and I live over an hour away. I have a sick husband and couldnt leave him. So Thanks again for carrying my product and doing shipping at trying times like now. I absolutely love this store! Hands down the best place I’ve ever purchased makeup before! I also got tons of skincare for so cheap! I know it seems like this might be older brands, etc. but I saw a lot of the same recent releases that I had seen in the Ulta catalog, etc. I wish that they had one closer to Nashville! I would give this 1000 stars if I could!

Every time Im in town I make it a point to come in and stock up on my favorites! The staff is always friendly and very helpful.

Always like the brands and selection here but I noticed the prices seemed to be higher than usual last time I was there. The entire store was 40% off but the original selling prices seemed higher - almost like they were compensating for the sale. I still will keep shopping there though, even the higher-than-usual price is still much cheaper than the retail price.

Was very very happy with my experience. The lady that helped me was on point and I’m so sad I can’t remember her name. I stink at remembering names. Very good at her job.

I would love to rate this store 5 stars because most experiences Ive had were 5 stars until my most recent trip. They had signs advertising 50% off if you spend $100 or more. I gathered several things and the staff was super helpful. I checked out and took a few steps outside the door when I realized my purchase was higher than it should have been. I went back in and showed them that I had only gotten 25% off my $100 face cream which made it $25 higher than it shouldve been. They said it was excluded from the promotion. I explained they should have a sign starting what things are excluded and that I didnt want to pay that much. I was told, sorry all sales are final!. In general they have great prices but make sure to ask if any of your products are excluded from the sale before purchasing, or you may get an unpleasant surprise like me.

Awesome deals on some hard to find and discontinued items. Their policy or not revealing item cost on the phone kept them from 5 stars. I dont want to drive to Pigeon Forge just to find out an item is just $1 cheaper much closer to home.

This is a smaller a CCO compared to some others but the store itself was very nice. Since I work in the beauty retail industry I was extremely impressed with their customer service! The staff was helpful, knowledgeable about products, and made sure to help in us getting the best deals possible with the current promotions that were running. The only reason I chose not to rate 5 stars was due to the fact that they were extremely low on almost all products, if they had any stock at all. Now I do realize this is an outlet store (which is also located in a heavy tourist trafficked huge strip mall outlet) so I understand inventory maybe hard to keep aplenty.. However, they were out of so much that the shelves even looked empty. Which I’m not sure why they keep the testers out for product they don’t have and aren’t getting back in because it gets your hopes up that a product is available to purchase. There were more than a dozen products that I was gonna buy as soon as I seen the testers out only to learn that there was no stock. That was my only complaint. I do recommend this place and I am still highly impressed with their customer service!

Oh my what can i say! Those prices are just out of this world. I went on the weekend they had another 40% off! High end makeup for a very good price but one has to be very carefull it is very easy to go overboard😀

Yes, 2 stars and it makes me sad to do that. My Aunt and I walked in and did not have a stitch of makeup on. Our hair was up in a ponytail and not fixed. The snobby little girl that was wearing a flower headband who worked there that day spoke to everyone that came in the door except for us. I was livid and hurt. She also watched us like a hawk as if we were going to steal something. The store itself was great but the employees were terrible!!! I live near store and I havent been back. Im still mad and hurt!

I had the girl hold over $100 worth of makeup while I ran to pick up my Mom, I returned at literally 2 minutes after close and the manager said sorry were closed. Bought two Estee lauder double wear foundation, my face looked orange. Try to get another shade and they wouldn’t let me. Seems like they sell expired makeup. Wouldn’t recommend it.

Found quite a few pieces on clearance sale.

I visited this store and bought a Mac skin finish and a Bobby brown bronzer/blush duo. When I got home I noticed that the bronzer duo had misspelled words on the bottom and box.. Didnt think much of it and used it the next day.. My skin broke out in a horrible rash about 24 hours after using the product so I googled it and found the same products on a site from China.. I took the bronzer blush duo to a Bobby brown counter a couple weeks later and turns out both products were counterfeit! Please do not buy from this store.. If you are looking for a certain item or brand buy directly from the source.. This place needs to be reported and someone needs to go in and look at the counterfeit makeup they are selling!!!!
