I love our Ulta 💕 everyone who works there is so nice and ready to help if you need it. Ive gotten my hair cut / brows done here as well and would recommend their salon to anyone. You can book appointments through their app, which is super convenient. They have a great selection of Korean skin care available in store - Peach and Lily, cosrx, and a couple of other brands too. I hate ordering new cosmetics/skin care online, so I love the range of product they have available. I spend way too much time and money in there. 😝✨

I have been a customer of Ulta for over 5 years. Never have I had an issue with a return until yesterday. The bigger issue was JORDAN with the ash grey hair, long purple nails and glasses.My original purchase was paid on my husbands debit card and he was waiting for me in the car. The sales associate JORDAN with the ashy grey hair, long purple nails and glasses was beyond unfriendly and rude. Ive never experienced a more unhappy miserable individual at any Ulta. She didnt even want to make eye contact, she kept her head down and she never smiled, once. Even when I complemented her, she seemed annoyed. JORDAN with the ash grey hair, long purple nails and glasses told me I had to have the exact debit card for my return or she would need to give me a store credit. I had to go to the car and get my husband. I asked her why couldnt I just get cash since I used my debit card and she ignored me. I asked again, ignored. I said hello? and asked a 3rd time. She was trying to BLATANTLY not answer my question. I was shocked, my husband was shocked. She finally answered and said debit isnt the same as cash. Nicely, I said most places will give you cash if you used your debit and she said well, its not cash here and my drawer will be short with a snarky attitude. I didnt say anything else and she gave me my receipt and I left.JORDAN with the ash gray hair, long purple nails and glasses does not enjoy her job and should not be working customer service. Im not sure who the manager is, but JORDAN with the ash grey hair, long purple nails and glasses needs to take a course in customer service training. Great customer service goes a long way. Simply explaining to the customer the policy without nastiness goes over much smoother. Not sure who sees these messages, but Ill make sure to contact Corporate just to make sure it gets to the correct individual.

Gorgeous newer Ulta. Lots of brands not found at my store in Morristown. Also if youre looking for a new release, they tend to have better stock. Staff was super helpful as always. No complaints.

The good news is if you want to return or exchange thats a piece of cake. They have improved their staf recently. Big PLUS!

Changed my 2 star to a 5 star. Kendra was extremely helpful finding my shade of powder foundation. They didnt have the brand I usually use in stock so she checked the internet and was going to order it for me. They didnt have it in stock online either. Thats not anyones fault. I am aware that everyone is having supply issues at the moment. It was very nice to have her check all sources to get what I needed. After we couldnt get my regular foundation she helped me find one in a different band which worked perfectly for me. Thank you for being so helpful and kind.

Esmeralda was so so so sweet & did an amazing job of curling my hair for pictures. I wanted a loose curly look with a braid and she did a beautiful job!!! My hair does not hold curls well and it held them for quite a while! & I even wore the braid the next day. Highly recommend her for your hair styling needs !

Last week my husband and I planned a last minute trip to Pigeon Forge, TN. I had decided to invest in some good hair products, make-up and skincare. Carol helped me find a new line of hair products and I mentioned to her that I needed to take better care of my naturally curly hair. I also mentioned that I hadn’t had a haircut in about a year because of COVID. Carol said she had time to cut my hair and I thought, “What the heck, why not?” Carol gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had! My hair is curlier and has more volume! I have gotten more compliments on my hair in the last week. I live a little over 3 hours away from Pigeon Forge, but I am seriously considering making a trip every few months just to have Carol cut my hair! Thank you, Carol for the awesome haircut!

I went to the store to replenish my makeup. I was there for quite a while and was ignored. The staff was waiting on people that came in after me. It was the store in sevierville. I ended up putting my stuff back and walking out of the store. If you plan on going to this store make sure you dress like you have a million dollars or they wont see you.

I recently took my mom for a haircut and perm. We were graciously accommodated despite not having a scheduled appointment. Carol was genuinely kind and compassionate to my mother and had such a reassuring presence. She provided exceptional salon care and also made a point to connect on a personal level. All of the employees were friendly and welcoming. I was very pleased with my moms experience and strongly recommend this salon.

So I was in a hurry to get my hair cut today and went to Great Clips. Long story short the cut was awful. I was literally in tears because of how bad it was.. My Husband and I called a few different places to see if they could get me in to fix it, we had no luck. I just gave up, but my Husband called Ulta to see if there was any chance I could get in. Well they didnt have any open availability, but Kimberly was nice enough to stay longer to get me in. She worked miracles to save my hair.. I am so thankful that she went above and beyond to get me in and fix my hair. I will definitely be going back to her!

My mother and I were there yesterday and we got our hair done. My mother got hers cut and I got mine cut and highlighted. By (Kim). She done an amazing job. The best I have ever had my hair done in my life. I absolutely love it you made me look like a new person I will be going to see her once every 5 to 6 weeks from now on. An amazing lady who will always have our business. Not sure why it says we were there four months ago when it was just yesterday. 10-6-20. However, I do visit quite frequently. Went in today to get my eyebrows waxed, they werent accepting walk-ins, which I understand. They did have an appointment time for about an hour later so I made the appointment. The girl that greeted me at the door was very friendly and helpful. Sydney did my brows, she was really great. She was friendly and kept up good conversation. It was fairly quick but she did a great job. The reason I only gave 4 stars is because it was ridiculously expensive! 22 bucks for a simple eyebrow wax? By the time I tipped Sydney I was in for almost 30 dollars. Too bad because if not for the outrageous pricing I wouldve made this my regular waxing place. Major props to Sydney though. The pricing isnt her fault.

I absolutely adore the Ulta that I know and love, but its roughly 50 miles from my home, so when a new Ulta opened in my county, I was beyond excited. With my best friend along for some Christmas shopping, we walked in, and were treated so badly by one of the girls who, was rude and had a horrible attitude from the minute we stepped inside, and even followed us everywhere and was lurking around behind us the entire time we went. I understand keeping an eye out for shoplifting and theft, but this was not that at all, and she was literally a few feet behind us the entire time, and kept sighing every minute. We truly tried to ignore her, but it was too much and after the most awkward half hour of shopping ever, we bought the few things, of the dozen we each had on our Christmas shopping list, and got outta there. Loved what we did get to see, and really wish that the rude employee wasnt an employee there, so we could go back and finish shopping for the rest of our lists for Christmas. Instead we will be driving to the Ulta thats 50 miles away, but is a much more comfortable place to shop.

I was here to do a visit here in this beautiful area have visited here many times. Have been on the road for quiet a long time. So called to Ultra Beauty for a hair cut color an highlights. I must say Kim did a awesome job BUT MUST SAY it blew me away when it came time to pay. $202.59 needless to say I was shocked!!!!! I payed left her a tip but believe you me I was then told by many folks that I got ripped off that I should have refused to pay. Won’t go back there again. Sorry but your way to expensive for ordinary folks that are passing through sure cuts into spreading a little help during these trying times.

I got my hair done at their salon. I have fine hair and I got blonde highlights. I was spoken to like they have known me for years. I can honestly say that my hair looks amazing and I was so comfortable there! Definitely coming back when I need a root touch up!

I have never felt so out of place as I did in this store.Let me preface this by saying, I’m used to shopping at Ulta. I usually go to the Ulta near my hometown, but I was in Pigeon Forge for vacation and ran out of foundation. I needed a little help matching my color for a new foundation I wanted to try, but I couldn’t find anyone willing to help. Usually while in my local Ulta I’m asked by at least 3 different associates if I need help, and they’re usually overly eager to assist. While visiting this store 1 associate asked if I needed help and I told her I was needing a little help figuring out my undertone so I could match my foundation. Her reply was, “All the colors are here, if something doesn’t work we have a 60 day return.” And she walked away. Everyone looked at me like I had accidentally walked into the wrong store, like I didn’t belong in this one. I was wearing jeans and a hoodie with my hair pulled up, I obviously didn’t have on foundation as I needed to match my skin color. After getting side eyed by a few employees I felt a little embarrassed and left.I came back a few days later because I really didn’t want to spend my vacation without makeup and I didn’t want to drive a long distance to another store. This time an associate named Sarah asked if I needed help, and she actually helped me. She looked through the colors with me and picked a color that ended up being perfect. She was friendly and very knowledgeable. I spent $140 that day. Just because someone doesn’t come in with makeup slathered on, doesn’t mean you should treat them as if they’re less than. I hate to think about how many women have entered this store and left because they felt uncomfortable or out of place.I also want to add, the associates definitely target customers that seem to have money. During my second visit I watched the associate who basically turned away from me being overly eager to assist an older lady that was well dressed and “looked” like she had money.I’m giving 2 stars because Sarah was great, so there’s at least one nice associate in the store, they do have a large selection, and the store is nice and clean.

I had an color emergency and I actually went in to get the products myself since I couldn’t find any salons to help me. I didn’t know Ulta had a salon in it. I went up to ask for help on products and even though they didn’t have openings they took me in to correct the issue. The staff was so helpful and they went out of their way to help. They knew just what to do and I walked out a very happy man. Brett was very knowledgeable and a Godsend today. Found my new barber.

We took a drive down to Sevierville yesterday, and I was in need of some foundation. I couldn’t go into the store, but the girls working there found exactly what it was I was needing (I couldn’t remember the name of it), and the right shade! Thank you for your great customer service! I’ll be back.

Walked in and immediately over heard several of the employees laughing at the customers. They made comments about the way people were dressed and made no attempt to hide it. Also offered no assistance to anyone, never greeted us, they chose to stand in the front and make fun of people instead. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in my life. 0 stars if I could.

Unfortunately this store is not stocked well. Every time Ive give in to buy a certain product (at least 3 separate occasions), they never have it in stock. However, Im a fan of Ulta online.

If there are any African American Ladies out there who are from a different city and looking for a make-up artist, please go to Ulta and ask for Carol. I was skeptical when I called and they told me they didnt have an African American Stylist, but have someone who specializes in our skin/hair. I was thinking No You Dont. LOL, so I kept calling around to different places and had no luck. I ended up calling Ulta again and booked with Carol. On my wedding day, I still had reservations, but all skepticism ended at Hello. Carol has the sweetest, but most confident spirit. She matched my colors perfectly and my makeup was flawless. My sister-in-law accompanied me and became teary eyed as Carol was Beating my face. I was the prettiest I have ever been and I felt the way every girl should on her big day, like a princess. Thanks Carol for making me shine on my big day. When I walked into the chapel my now husband mumbled Beautiful. That was all I needed to hear. Wish she was closer, I would be at Ulta every weekend.So my black Queens, end you search and book Carol at Ulta.

I love this Ulta. ❤️ Everyone is so friendly every time I go in and willing to answer questions. Carol from the Salon is a GEM. I trust her with my hair completely. She’s a fireball, hilarious, and makes each visit so entertaining. I’ve always been cautious with my hair, and I find myself getting braver with each appointment because I know she knows her craft inside and out. She’s endlessly patient with me, even when I whip out the old “ I want a huge change, but don’t take off any length “ line, and somehow she always nails it! I always feel like strutting when I walk out cause she makes my hair look and feel brand new!

I wasnt at all happy about being forced to wear a mask after mandates have already been lifted.

It was surprising the not busy on the Wednesday before Christmas.

I had this young lady named Lindsay help me today! She was very knowledgeable about the products, she even helped me find an eye shadow pallet that matched my skin tone. She was the best employee here by far! If you come to this Ulta, I recommend asking for Lindsay!!! I’m very satisfied :)))))

I had my hair cut in the Ulta Salon and it was perfect! Sydney Layne was amazing!!! ( she is NOT the same Sydney that has the bad reviews about doing eyebrows!!) She cut my hair into a long bob type style and it was amazing! I had very long hair and was so nervous but it was great!! She was very very sweet, patient with me and did great work! I’m in love with my hair!!

I went in last Thursday for hair care products and was quickly assisted by one of the stylist, Brett. Brett took a look at my hair and the damage and directed me to the most perfect shampoo and conditioner I have literally ever had. My hair is absolutely amazing in just a few washes, 100% thanks to Brett! Thank you :)

Brett is the Best. He done a hair straitening treatment to my hair and thinned it out. He was the first person to never downgrade me hair because of the texture or the thickness. He was super professional and took the time to make sure it was perfect. He also recommend me to buy a straightener that was perfect for my hair. This is about the poor customer service revolving around the current mandate. It is required by law only for you to state that masks are required. How a business chooses to enforce it, is up to them. This store is the first I have come across in all of Sevierville that refuses to serve you and even kicks you out of you are not wearing a mask THEY want. I walked in and was asked if I wanted a mask. I said no thank you. Was told I needed a face covering, so I used my shirt. Which does the same thing as a mask btw! Then a manager came over asking if I had a mask. Stated I had a covering on my face already, the shirt, which was covering both my nose and mouth just as a mask would. I was told I needed a mask by law. I was technicly wearing one! If a person can use a bandana, a plastic face shield or cloth cut at home, I have ever right to use my shirt because it works just as well ad all the others. But no. I said alright, then I would wear one of the masked offered to me at the door. I was told they did not have any...even though I was asked if I want one. Illogical. I was asked to leave, being told incorrect information regarding the law. I have never been more amused by ignorance befor today. Why would you risk losing customers over HOW my face is covered? It was COVERED, and by law thats all I needed to do! Instead the ladies that work there asked me to leave if I wasnt going to wear what they wished. In definition, that right there is discrimination. Shame

Newer store, so it is very clean and organized. Staff is very friendly as well. Large selection of makeup, hair supplies, perfumes and styling equipment. My favorite part about Ulta, is they carry everything from off brand to name brand and accept returns even after using the product, if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

I just left here and spend $220. The girls followed me around the store like they thought I wanted to steal. I dont know if it was because I had my toddler daughter with me? I would think that would make it harder though right? Not sure if $220 is a big purchase for them? I just moved to the area, where I come from spending $220 is getting out for relatively cheap. Besides that though, everything was wonderful. The girls were helpful.

Carol is amazing!! I drive 45 minutes from Knoxville just to have Carol cut my hair. She is the only one I trust to even touch my hair and her product knowledge is amazing.Go to the Ulta Beauty Store & Salon in Sevierville, and ask for Carol in the salon. Shes the real thing.

They are following the mask mandate and distancing. The associate that helped me was wonderful and answered my questions perfectly.

Was there looking to get refills of my current skin care items and look for anti aging cream for my mom. The same employee helped every other person but me. Even walking past me to greet someone one else I tried to grind someone else to help but they were to busy talking to each other. I was in there for 30 minutes. I was going to speed about 150 between mine and my mother’s items. I don’t mind paying for good product but I’d at least like a acknowledgement or offered assistance. I put back my items and I will just find something on amazon.

I want to add pictures here but it wont let me. I saw Bella today when I went in. She was absolutely amazing! She guided me step by step and kept an eye on my price so I wouldnt go over my budget. She was so easy to relate to. I got to be honest. I was nervous going in at first to get my hair cut and dyed. Once I met her and we started talking, my nerves disappeared. I came in with half red and black hair down to the middle of my back. I got an assymetrical bob that landed right at my shoulders. She was also able to dye my hair to purple and blue without damaging it. She made sure to take her time with me and that I was comfortable the entire time. I got to say, I believe I have found my new hair stylist. If you ever need color or cut especially the crazy colored and edgy styles, I highly recommend her! Looking forward to coming back in six weeks!

I like Ulta, staff was nice, check out was quick, but while looking to buy new set of makeup was a little of a challenge because some of my favorite products the seal on majority of the foundations, concealers, and lip glosses in the Elf section were broken and looked like someone used it like a tester which kinda gross. I had to ask for a stuff that didn’t have a broke seal.

I went into the store Sunday 3/7 and asked for someone to help me update my makeup. She slapped some mouristers, foundation and serums handed me the products she put on(no blush, contiur,eyes) I purchased them by that time I just wanted out of there because I felt I was taking her time. I came back today 3/8 returned everything, explained the situation to the girl she said she would get me someone so I went over to the make up section, walked around testing different products for about 2p minutes. 4 workers,1 doing her makeup 2 talking and the other on her phone. Not one asked if I needed help or even looked at me. I felt so unwanted as a customer. The fact I went into this store twice trying to get help updating my makeup and felt so self conscious and aggrieved walking out

Im generally pleased with most of the visits l make to Ulta when Im traveling. However, my visit to the pigoen forge location was truly lackluster. My daughter and I walked into the store without being greeted. It was too much for me when the same young lady that was at the the register was on the floor greeting other customers that were of a different skin complexion. I walked over to the same isle to see if she would greet n me at that point....guess what, she didnt. Lacks diversity!

They have the sweetest people working there. They are always friendly and helpful. Today I was asked by 4 staffers if they could help me.

I had an appointment with Kory today for makeup application training, and i felt very comfortable and understood. her words were kind and easy to understand. i would definitely recommend going to see this wonderful lady for anything needed.

Okay this was a quick stop I got up to the register paid for three things. Got home and all my stuff wasnt in there. A $10 hair bow wasnt in there. I did call the manager and she told me to visit the nearest one to replace it. Im just 2 hours away from the nearest one is all. Makes me wonder about the cashier though.

Great selection! Im able to get brands I previously had to order. The staff is gorgeous, which speaks so well to their knowledge of makeup, and they are all very helpful. I drive from Knoxville to get my hair done by Brandon, because its totally worth it! Love this place!

I have never been treated so rudely by a bunch of old hags that have their lip liner drawn on so far above their actual lip in my life. I’d drive an hour elsewhere before I’d give this store a penny. If you want to be talked to condescendingly by a flock of old mean girls then by all means shop here and ask for Myra. She is rudest of them all and definitely shouldn’t be allowed to give make up advice unless it’s October 31st considering she could be Beetlejuice’s stunt double.

I always enjoy shopping at Ulta in Sevierville. The girls there are extremely helpful and kind. I was there today, it was very busy, but two associates stopped to assist me. I use Estee Lauder makeup, and they are always there to guide me. I wish every store I shopped in had makeup professionals as knowledgeable.

All the times i went there staff was nice until the other day i went to get some things i missed to get the last trip and this employee was extremely rude acting like i didn’t know what i was looking at or doing, kept asking over and over if i needed help... like hello i told you the first time that i had it, i felt offended and discriminated.

My daughter used their services to get ready for prom. Susan did an excellent job! Nothing was overdone or too dramatic. Reasonable cost and we were in and out fairly quick, without feeling rushed.

My wife visited this place and was happy with the experience. She would need to provide any details over and above that.

Do not trust your hair with these people. I went and got a haircut and highlights last night and I am extremely disappointed. I called into their customer service and then I spoke to the manager of the salon who offered the same person that messed my hair up to redo or if I wanted him to fix I would have to take off work on Tuesday and work around his schedule. What??? Where is the customer service??? Buyers be ware. If you want to spend $200.00 for highlights and a haircut by all means waste your time and money.

My drugstore foundation wasnt working for me anymore and the lady there help match me and I found a foundation. She also helped me save money by picking a beauty blender that was equal to the higher end.

First time in this store, I was amazed at all of the beauty products in the store. I ask for assistance a couple of times and the customer service associates were very helpful. If you havent been to this kind of store and you like glam, I recommend that you go for the experience.

Don’t get your eyebrows done here. Went to see Sydney. Had a 5 o’clock appointment and waited 30 minutes past 5 for her to get done with someone else and she still had yet to even acknowledge that I was waiting. Finally the lady leaves and she takes a walk in customer before me since she knew her. So I obviously got mad and left. Keep in mind I’ve known this girl for like 6 years. She sucked then and she still does!! Don’t get me wrong I love Ulta. I just don’t recommend their brow girl.

Disappointing. Ridiculously expensive. Went there with a specific need. I didnt let on my background is in theater make up. There was no answer even attempted on whats the best kind of RED LIPSTICK that will not bleed. This is easy folks!

No cashiers willing to help.Standing in line and two workers walk away without saying anything to me standing in line. Not even a well be right with you. One lady walked up looked at us and walked away. The girl that eventually came up was nice and apologized. But I wasnt worth the others breath. Glad I was just using a gift card and not spending my actual money there.

My family and I are new to the area. My daughters and I generally love Ulta and Sephora. This store is not as clean nor as friendly as the other locations I’ve been to. The staff will ignore you to stand around and visit with each other. They also seem to target the clients that appear to have money or of a certain color. I over heard one lady telling other employees that my purse was a knock off and then telling then to keep in eye on my daughter that has a skin condition and make sure go throw anything away she touches. I asked to speak to a manager and it turned out she was a manager. As I’ve read other reviews it seems that they have treated other women of color this way as well. The reason my daughters shop at Ulta is bc one has highly sensitive skin we use name brand natural products. I’ve called to speak with the General Manager several times and she is never there or avoids coming to the phone. I did have an employee tell me the manager that was so rude and unprofessional by the name of Sarah is good friends with the general manager. We now shop at the Knoxville location and have been encouraged by their staff to reach out to ULTA corporate.

I made an appointment for 8pm on August 16. I made the appointment online, called to verify the appointment a couple of hours before appointment time & when I arrived at the salon at 8pm, I was told the stylist I was assigned had left for the day & the only stylist available wouldn’t have time. No message was left for me before arriving to the salon. Asked to speak with a manager and was told there was not one available. Very unprofessional way to handle appointments. I would have made an earlier or different appointment and not arrived at the salon if I had been made aware. Very unprofessional and very frustrating.
