Poorly treated by staff. We had a simple issue with our ice cream that needed an exchange, but it ended with the front staff telling us to leave the restaurant because we had a minor complaint. We were probably being seen as being difficult, when we really just wanted some ice cream that we liked. I wouldn’t come here in case you need an above average level of customer service. You will be treated like a Karen from YouTube.

Great service great ice cream everyone behind the counter had a smile on the face and a joy to talk to.

Staff was polite, fun and on top of their game. They were very busy but we were enjoying our ice cream before we knew it.

Cane in at 10 till closing time and was told they was closed. The workers were very rude and made smart comments when we told them it was still a few minutes untill 11. Lost some good business!!

Ice cream was good but lazy . If I want to try a ice cream that I don’t have in my state, no samples ? I refuse to get a ice cream I won’t like . Are you that lazy to not give samples ? I don’t even wanna hear that covid is an excuse for no samples . My mom complained about the no samples to my father and the workers were talking about my mom to another person like it wasn’t noticeable . They were also rushing me to pay as if they was about to close . If she had said it louder, I probably would’ve violated and said something back. Ice cream was good that I also ordered a pint but will go to another Baskin Robbins instead of giving my money to these workers.

The Employees were not very friendly or attentive to any of the guests. The prices are not as they appear- a $5.99 cone was actually almost $12.00 for 1 person & 1 cone. At one point all 3 employees were in the back & I had to yell excuse me 3 different times before getting their attention. Definitely will not revisit this particular location. Sadly had terrible service & visit.

After 35 years, I was finally able to find a Baskin-Robbins that has Daiquiri Ice again...and I only had to drive 500+ miles on vacation to do it!I bought a quart to take home. It has always been my favorite.Thanks, BR, for carrying it again. I hope they bring it back to the St. Louis area again!!!

Was just here. The girl working projected a matter of inconvenience that we were even here. She stood at the end of the counter, was short spoken, and couldn’t seem to get us to check out fast enough, I won’t come back. I’ll go to Killians next time. Further, they treat you like you are riddled with Covid, however they are all wearing their mask with their nose hanging out of the top.

Horrible! Employees with unkept long hair literally touching the ice cream when she bent over to scoop it out. Using the same gloves to touch food and money. $8 for a regular sized milkshake, which wasn’t even frozen! Banana split was 7.49 and the container wasn’t 3/4 of the way full. Third item, $6.50 for double scoop cup??! Prices are far too much for the size servings, cleanliness, and rude employees make for a very bad experience here. We won’t return.

I would highly recommend to anyone who likes ice cream!! The employees were amazing!! They have so many delicious different flavors to choose from and the friendly staff are so sweet and patient, they actually encourage you to taste as many flavors as you want too! I finally got a cookie ice cream sandwich(they warmed the cookies and put a scoop of caramel, chocolate&vanilla ice cream in between) Oh yes, I went there!! It was so good!! They have so many things to choose from, it is an ice cream lovers Dream!!

The only ice cream I have ever finished completely. The pistachio was just perfect and almond mocha was exactly like the drink... Except cold and had whole almonds. They were also open during late night hours. I really like that.

After sitting in line for 15 minutes and watching the 2 cars in front of me get severed and sitting at the speaker to order for 10 more minutes they person who was working said we are closed and nothing else nothing no I am sorry you wasted 25 minutes for nothing so I will be coming back in the morning to get a answer from someone because this is really how they treat locals

They do not have a child size, a worked skipped me and went to the customer behind me in line, the customer told the worker we were next and she said someone else would get me and continued taking there order. My mint chocolate chip tasted nothing like mint. When I asked to get something else the same worker said I cannot give you a free ice cream because of your taste buds.. I did not catch her name because she was not wearing a name tag, but she is as a bigger lady with blond hair, I. Believe she was the manager

Ice cream was delicious but service wasnt very good at all. My husband and I went in with another couple and we had ice cream and sodas. The ladies were not at all friendly. I hope their day gets better.

You can never go wrong with this Baskin Robbins. The ice cream always tastes fresh and the staff is always helpful and dont rush you even if there is a big line. Anytime we go go for ice cream we always head to this shop.

Great little store located in front of Walmart. Lots of ice cream choices along with a variety of options for toppings/cones etc. Be aware that this is a privately owned location, so they do not accept any coupons whatsoever. Clean place, clean bathrooms, and good service.

The ice cream was really good! The staff were friendly and store was very clean. The prices were quite steep though. We paid almost $20 for 2 ice cream cones.

I left Walmart the other day and wanted a milkshake very badly. I decided to treat myself and go with a nice ice cream place instead of the usual McDonalds. The milkshake here was $7.50 for a medium which was a total rip-off this was by far the worst milkshake I ever had. It tasted like 80% milk and a little bit ice cream and a little bit less Butterfinger pieces. So not only did I have the most expensive milkshake I had ever bought but one of the worst milkshakes I ever bought. For that price I could have bought three decent milkshakes at McDonalds I strongly urge anyone considering using this business to not do so.

Employees here were great- had a lady in front of us in line that was very rude and hateful and they kept smiling and even training an employee it looked like with a smile! They were very nice and helpful and the ice cream was delicious!

Horrible experience! We went in and told them we wanted a medium strawberry banana smoothie. We had to tell 3 different people what we wanted and then get charged for the wrong thing. The smoothie didnt even taste like strawberry & banana!

We had three orders. Two double scoops and a medium milkshake. The ice cream WAS what I saw labeled in another review as freezer burnt. It had chunks of hard ice in it. Flavor was nothing to rave about. The total was $20. I expect to pay more in a tourist area, but PLEASE make it worth the extra bit.I left wishing we would have just ran into the WalMart behind BR and grabbed everyones favorite Ben and Jerrys from the frozen food section. At least then I know what I am getting and if the taste is less than desireable I am fully aware it was packaged prior to my purchasing it. STEP UP YOUR GAME BR!!!

Was looking forward to get some ice cream and saw Baskin Robbins. I thought why not I havent been in a long time. We pulled into the drive way and ordered a one scoop vanilla ice cream cone and the smallest size milkshake they had, (which was a 24oz. Cup) she told us the total was $11.70!! (Outrageous) We decided to pay for it anyway at this point because we were craving ice cream. We pulled up, payed, and drove away. During our ride and into my first bite, the vanilla cone was not only freezer burnt in many areas but also was completely hollow in the cone. For $4.00! I turned to my wife and asked how the milkshake was, but it seemed as If the only ingredients were milk and oreos. No icecream, it was completely melted and tasted subpar to any milkshake Ive experienced. Had to throw out after a couple tries. NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR ICECREAM! Ruined my icecream night.
