Great experience! The staff was extremely helpful with my family during our first visit. The flavors are great and the ice cream is made where you can see it.We will definitely be visiting this shop again when we are visiting the Pigeon Forge area again.

Absolutely and spectacularly divine! We wanted a different type of dessert and had never tried rolled ice cream before so we visited this shop after seeing the reviews. The owners were pleasant and patient since we took a minute deciding about the flavors because we were first timers. It was worth the time! Watching them in the process making the rolled ice cream was amazing 🤩. Everyone was extremely pleased with their selections .... no cup was left with any remnants. I have a new love for ice cream 🥰. You definitely have to stop in if you in the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge area 🤗.

This is the best rolled ice cream business ever. The owner and employees are very friendly and the customer service is exceptional. They have the best and greatest variety of cookie dough to choose from. Also you definitely get your moneys worth since they always give out a generous amount of rolled ice cream, cookie dough, and toppings. The big selection of toppings make it even more delicious. I have already been there to get their rolled ice cream 3 times this week (I am a local) actually Ive been there the last 2 days in a row. I would actually go everyday if I could...that is how delicious it truly is. I HIGHLY recommend you come and try it out, after you do, no other ice cream will compare.

Let me start off by saying that the staff working here are incredibly friendly and helpful. My wife and I had never been to a place like this before and had to kind of slowly find our way around.We were brought in by the idea of edible cookie dough although I’d probably opt for the regular ice cream next time.The cookie dough had a very peculiar consistency, very different than regular cookie dough. The single scoop was roughly a tablespoon or a bit more and was around $4 or so.

Absolutely wonderful experience here! Staff was extremely patient and let us try out any flavor we wanted til we knew what to get. They also gave us a nice tip when we were on our way to the Smokies! Friendly people and tasty rolled ice cream to boot. 10/10

This is really a great place for ice cream, milkshakes, sherbet, and cookie dough!! We have been making it a staple of our vacation every time we stop here in town. This place is just too good. Its different than just going to an ice cream shop and worth a try. We got the rolled ice cream with flavors like cookie cookie, southern sass, and chocolate chip. Even there strawberry smoothies has real strawberries. Came from Pensacola to visit the area and glad we stopped by😊 very friendly staff as well

What a neat little shop! My husband and I stopped by here for dessert after dinner yesterday. The owner was extremely friendly and he took the time to explain the cookie dough, their business and to give us samples. I got the basic chocolate chip cookie dough which was delicious and my husband got the chocolate cookie dough with chocolate chips and m&ms in it, also delicious. The shop is very clean and is so cute with adorable decorations and tables/chairs. Would definitely recommend stopping by here!

Wow, just wow!!! We were staying in Sevierville for our 20th Wedding Anniversary and wanted to do dessert for dinner ... Came across Knox Dough under top 10 best dessert places and thought it looked like something different and worth a try ... ABSOLUTELY worth it!!!! Deliciousness! Go try it! This sweet treat was delicious. I got the rolled vanilla ice cream with Oreos, whipped cream, and chocolate syrup. It was soo good. The cookie dough is also amazing. The real treat was talking to the staff. They were so welcoming and appreciative of our business. We will be back!

The only reason I am giving one star is because the staff was informative, efficient and kind and the atmosphere was nice and clean. I honestly dont know why this place is so hyped up. The experience begins with walking into a clean, beautiful shop, leading up to a counter to look over flavors and try samples of the different doughs they have to offer. Expectant, our party tried multiple kinds, myself personally landing on Oatmeal Cream Pie as the one tasting most palatable. We would have walked out then and there, however, we had kids in our group, and anyone with kids knows, once you begin an ice cream experience, getting yourself out of that would prove to be a challenge. You then have the option to mix the cookie dough into an ice cream base and get rolled ice cream, which I did. But as for this being the deliciously rich cookie dough texture that would be expected, it is absolutely not. It tastes like Crisco with some flavor. Even after being mixed into the ice cream base, I had film the roof of my mouth. They obviously do not use real butter and the texture of the product is like greasy glorified play-doh. Underwhelming is a kind way to put it. Save yourself $8 per person and just go somewhere else to give in to your sweet tooth. Not worth it.

Visited Knox dough for the first time while in Pigeon Forge for a ball tournament. Everything we ordered was customized to our liking and was very delicious! First time experience with knox dough and it was a great one the owner and staff were helpful with suggestions on a dairy free options of rolled ice cream and dough. I went with Yukon lemonaid ice cream with just a little bit of vanilla make it have a smooth creamy taste. Then I added blackberry lime dough and cheesecake bites with cherries on top . All suggested by the staff and owner . It was amazing and we will definitely come back again!

If I could leave no stars, I would. The so called “cookie dough” doesn’t have the texture of cookie dough, it almost taste like a yogurt mixture. I would suggest going to Cookie Dough Monster Cafe and Grille located at 2660 Teaster Lane Pigeon Forge, TN.

Overall a pretty good experience. Next time I would go for the rolled ice cream as opposed to just the cookie dough. Most of the flavors were pretty good, but I would not recommend the fruity pebbles. The cereal aspect is a bit soggy and not a great texture. TN trash is by far the best flavor
