I already loved sweet frogs, always the best frozen yogurt always have whatever I am craving. The coffee shop was best ever. I asked for a triple shot iced mocha. It was better than the dessert and to beat it all was exactly enough espresso to get through the day.

The staff was very slow and never interacted with customers. Yes they were filling the toppings stations but at a business they should be smiling and greeting customers. The cashier was rude in my opinion. I have seen a better selection of toppings at different sweet frogs.

I’ve supported this business every week since they opened and what I ordered was around $4 it’s a frozen coconut drink with cinnamon powered only plus I’d take my grandchildren for yogurt then all the sudden every time I went buy my drink was a different higher price as if I got coffee and flavors in it when i didn’t then I mentioned several times that the price was always different for the same thing but the female got rude with me and the last time I went by and ordered the same thing plus a little flavor it was $6.76 and I ask for a small amount of sugar free flavor and it was a lot higher and way to sweet so after all this time supporting them I won’t be back.Starbucks only charges me $4:08 tax and all for the coconut milk blended with cinnamon every time with no problem.

Good place. Just remember that the majority of customers go to the coffee shop attached so you may have to let the employees know that youre wanting to order from sweetfrog.

Stopped in for coffee today. I had a carmel macchiato and my mom had regular coffee. The caramel macchiato was well made and tasted very good. The espresso was not overpowering like some big name coffee shops. The coffee my mom had was also very good. The decor in this place is really cool. Im building a tiny house and got some great ideas for wood slab tables & counters. A great place to sit and have a cup of coffee.

It was real good. They played Christian music which we loved.The kids got to pick out what they wanted and the girl that was working there was very kind.

Love there fresh brewed coffee! It is a medium roast and they put the perfect amount of creme and sugar. I tried for the first time yesterday and had to go back today and get two large ones. Way better than Starbucks

Absolutely loved it! They had a good selection of flavors and even vanilla and chocolate ice cream. There were lots of different toppings to choose from and the owner was super nice. If youre around the area and looking for a sweet treat, Id definitely recommend coming here.

I went to the sweet frog near the hospital and I bought a specialty coffee and it was so good! I save my money up to go there...and every single time I have been met with friendly service! I will be back!

Lousy customer service! I have a long time to visit this place, my daughter loves her frozen yogurt. The lady was kind to me but the manager of the place was completely rude and lousy for customer treatment. my bill was $ 16.00 and she didnt want to give me change for a $ 20.00 bill. What kind of joke is this? In these types of places, people are friendly and charismatic. Maybe because of her treatment, people do not get to this place. terrible service!

Yogurt heaven! So many flavors solo or mixed to tempt me! My taste buds were overwhelmed, and I decided on the vanilla. I was overwhelmed by all the toppings, too, and wound up with Oreo and M&Ms. My taste buds & tummy appreciated the mix.The young man who rang me up was a delight. As I sat there eating my yogurt, I watched him help other customers with their selections and he fixed a finicky flavor that was not properly dispensing.The place is clean. The service is great. The yogurt choices and toppings are out of this world. When you come, enjoy!

Quick friendly and food was exceptional

Terrible customer service. Pulled into the drive thru to order (because we thought the dining room was closed due to COVID). They had 4 flavors of yogurt, which was disappointing, so I ordered vanilla. Pull up to the window to pay $17 for 2 small cups of froyo, and after I pull away, I notice that the vanilla tastes like orange. I pull back around and wait in line to ask them to please give me vanilla. When I pull up they say that I have to come inside and they can’t serve me at the window (even though that’s how I ordered and thought the dining room was closed). I come inside and the rude server says that the vanilla tastes like orange because it comes from the same machine. No offer to change my order or refund. Just a ridiculous explanation as to why it tasted orange, a flavor I hate and would’ve never ordered. I’ll never visit this sweet frog again. The manager should speak to their staff about customer service and being able to provide workable solutions when a customer isn’t satisfied. I wasn’t asking for much. Just that my vanilla froyo not taste like orange. If they couldn’t accommodate that request, they should’ve offered a refund.

This place is awesome !! We stop in every time we’re near it. The building is half Sweet Frog and half Smoky Mountain Expresso !! The frozen yogurt is so good and especially the milkshakes !! I love coming in here and will be back !!

Not sure if maybe we came on a bad day but the coffee just want as good as other reviews would lead you to believe. It tasted as if it was watered down. Like I said, not sure if it was just the day we came but we may skip out on this planet next time we are in town. The shop it self is really nice and they have a nice seating area in front of a fireplace as well.

Nice place, be careful since you pay by the ounce. Probably wont be returning any time soon because of very few no sugar added options (which is an absolute necessity for me ☹).

Horrible place the girl couldnt even answer one question I dont know if she couldnt speak English or what. Didnt even greet us. We had never been there before so my father and I had questions. Worst place ever. It cost 6 bucks for the smallest cup and it barely had any in it. Wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy
