I always enjoy shopping at Big Lots but was disappointed today when we checked out and couldnt get the discount for my husband being a retired policeman. We have gotten the same discount vets get but not any longer. WHY?!?..my husband served his community, put his life on the line for 16 years each time he put his uniform on. I feel that deserves some respect too. I do appreciate that your stores acknowledge vets they are worthy. Policeman and fireman should also be rewarded. I would appreciate any feedback.!!

Went here for a Bar b q grill. We got there 15 minutes before the store closed the manager came out and said the store was closing and asked what we were looking for at the door, I said a charcoal grill he said big lots doesnt carry them. I thought that was strange so I came the next day and there they were! I will NEVER shop here again!! I hate lies. Tell the truth people its not that hard!!

Traveled to Seiverville from Knoxville to get a sectional my wife and I had been looking for since summer. They were nice, accommodating and even held the product while I went and got a trailer. Leanne in furniture was awesome, highly recommend

I dont understand why Big Lots carry furniture? I have been to 3 big lots trying to purchase the Broyhill Naples sectional sofa and all day out of stock! We asked can we order this sofa and were told they never know what they are going to get or when they are going to get different sofas it could be a week or it could be a couple months? Why have the furniture on the show room floor if it isnt available to purchase? I have tried with other furniture sets before also! Ridiculous! They could sell a lot more furniture if they had it available to purchase with a reasonable time frame for delivery or pick up! A week to up to a few months is unacceptable! If you have the pieces on the show room floor it should be available to purchase if not dont have it set up to look at!

One of my favorites. If you’re lucky to find one time bargains on household items that sell for much more elsewhere.. plenty of nice items to choose from but once their gone they usually don’t come back because they are buyouts.

Store is very clean and organized has an awesome furniture (indoor & outdoor) selection. Somewhat limited in selection of products for hygiene and a little more pricey than walmart.

Went to look at furniture as they were having a furniture sale. Found 2 items I loved. Then was told it was out of stock. I asked about floor model and was told I couldnt buy it. I had already checked 2 other Big Lots but they didnt have both pieces. To make matters worse the sales associate left us promptly and disappears. I wanted to know what was available to purchase. Point is, if its not available then pull it off the floor or at least put a sign on items not available.

Love to go prowl at Big Lots, but didnt have time today. I was looking for a couch and/or loveseat and a recliner. I found a recliner I liked, and they had several couches I liked as well, but, I thought they were a little high prices for a close out store. Plus, they dont do free delivery locally, nor do they do their own delivery. So, Im going to wait and look around some more. 😒

Worst furniture set I have ever bought . Spent $1000.00 on sofa and matching chair. Lasted 6 months. Fabric didnt hold up to normal use. 100% trash.

I can only give them 2 stars. They used to have all kinds of great stuff and great food and snacks. Now they are just primarily a furniture store and have very little of anything else worth a flip. I very seldom shop here anymore. I prefer the store in the building where they used to be at .

Not really impressed. They used to have better selections and prices at least in the home decor section... I feel like I can go to Hobby Lobby and get similar prices on better quality especially when they do the 50% off. I wont stop in again.

This store has always been clean, The remodel does a lot for making it feel open.

This place has some great sales at times. One of theyre popular sales is the deal they have on mattress sets. They usually have it twice a year. Once in the spring and once in the fall. It is usually buy the mattress and get the box spring for $10 which is a great deal. They also have a independent contractor who will deliver the mattress sets. Overall great place to shop!

Now planning on Furnishing our new house with living room furniture from Big Lots. Found the most comfortable sectional ever and its such a good price. Thank you Big Lots.

Brand new facility. Very clean wide isles. The isles are wide enough for wheelchair or scooter. They only have 1 non electric wheelchair. HUGE parking lot. Good for tractor trailer/RV. Next door to Harbour Freight & K mart & several restaurants.

Furniture very reasonably priced

If you plan on purchasing furniture or using their price hold/layaway program... dont! I have been waiting for a piece of furniture for my home for almost two months. Only certain employees have can help you to the fullest extent in the furniture and others will only half way do their job. The frame was supposed to be ordered but the guy forgot to place the order so they told me i could drive to Knoxville (hour and half) away from my home to get the furniture i need. I will not use this big lots for anything furniture related at all ever again.
