Must visit the store great variety, coffee bar that uses Starbucks coffee. Beautiful barn and horse stalls that house horses for trail rides or take the Skylift to the top and take in the views of Wears Valley or relax on the rockers and swings. Either way you won’t want to miss any of it. Looking forward to our return trip.

This is a great store. Lots of fun merchandise. We visited this store several times. They also have a skylift called Hawks Skylift behind the store that opened 2 weeks ago, it was a great ride to the top of the mountain. It doeznt show on maps yet but its behind the general store.

We rode the Hawk skylift and thoroughly enjoyed it. Smooth ride and great views at top. Great folks working there. Especially Edie at top. She was a character and made the whole experience even more memorable.

A must stop when in town! Beautiful store! Clean, fresh, spacious, not at all touristy like the strip! Very refreshing to shop here! And have a frappe via Starbucks inside!❤️

Beautiful store. Got a Cades Cove ornament for my Christmas tree. Then we rode the The Hawk Skylift for the first time. The view is absolutely amazing!

The atmosphere is great the people were a lot of fun. The sky lift was so relaxing. Cant wait to see how they develop this out over the years. With the money and the short drive from Pigeon Forge

Our favorite part was Biscuit, the stores tea cup Australian Shepherd! He made us feel right at home.I bought several items for gifts that were particularly nice and unique. This store and Wears Valley Im general was one of the highlights to our trip.

Such a fun activity on the peaceful side of the Smokies! Excellent customer service, gentle horses, well organized, a fun day all around! One of our party was a very nervous rider, and the staff went out of their way to make her comfortable.

Very nice souvenirs, hand creams, coffee, and much more clean, pleasant atmosphere to be in. The young lady at the coffee shop will give you excellent service. Definitely Ill be back to this store.

Store is good looking and clean. We needed to get some starbucks coffee and asked for steamed cream. The lady was real unwelcoming and inhospitable. When asked to put more She basically said theres enough already. Really had to force her to put bit more of it and still it was less but I was tired by then. Horrible customer service. Never experienced such in any Starbucks. Maybe someone fixes this much needed attitude issue there. Shop was pretty good otherwise.

After going to Cades Cove my family and I were driving back to our cabin in Wears Valley. It was our last day and we were looking for a place I could buy a souvenir for my son and a gift for a friend. I was also planning on traveling all the way to Pigeon Forge to buy coffee afterwards. As we driving on 321, I saw a Starbucks banner and then saw Harper Bros. General Store. We decided it would be the perfect place to stop, and we werent wrong! Not only is the building itself beautiful, the products being sold are extremely well curated and you get to read the bio of each seller. The Starbucks is super inviting, there are areas to play board games and just relax. The best part of it all was the amazing service. We absolutely loved our time speaking with the store manager and appreciated her kindness and friendliness. Our visit there was one we will remember, and hope to make again in the future.

This place is GREAT. Such a neat selection of items and the staff is SO nice. I truly felt like family from the moment I walked in. The iced coffee I had was so delicious. I would highly recommend this store as a must stop for anyone in Wears Valley.

This is a lovely store. Lots of jams, jelly, soaps & bath bombs. Specialty crafts and baby boutique items are awesome. There are some pretty talented people down here. They also have an amazing Coffee bar.

The store has a great selection of preserves fruits, veggies, jams, salsas. Raw honey and whipped honey are available also. Prices are competitiveA coffee shop is inside. Selection of shirts, toys, decor can also be found. Staff is friendly. Samples are available.

A pretty cool boutique type store. They carry a good variety of local designer items. They do have jams and sauces along with vintage type items from around Gatlinburg. A little something for everybody.

The decor, the selection, the coffee house and the friendliness of the staff just made it worth stopping! They had a wide variety of goodies to select.

My daughter and I were visiting from Florida and stopped at the store on our way back to our vacation cabin in the mountain. The people that work at this store are so incredibly kind and the merchandise is one of a kind and perfect for souvenirs for allMy friends and family. Loved the bears inside as we couldn’t see any real ones in the dead of winter.

Love this place

I think this is my favorite Smoky Mountains store! A variety of merchandise is sold, including books by local authors, clothing, honey and jams. Theres a Starbucks inside with a lovely place to sit down and work on a jigsaw puzzle. One of the coolest things is the counter where you pay - its a unique old piece of furniture with drawers all along the front filled with candy. I love the rustic, old-timey atmosphere!

This store was very clean and orderly. They had a lot of cute local artist things and some quality clothing. Plus everyone wore a mask who worked there.

Great find! Stopped here, between Townsend and Wears Valley, not sure what wed find. Big storefront, obviously put a lot of money into a nice building, and inside was a ton of quality merchandise. Some of it wasnt handmade, but a lot of it was from local artists, so a lot of unique items of high quality. Wed been looking for that kind of thing, and ended up with some pottery, soaps, shirt, and more. Nice place to find a good souvenir - also had a coffee bar! Make sure to stop if youre looking for something thats not typical.

I live in Wears Valley and have passed the store many times. Decided to stop in today. Beautiful store. Very personable employees. Lots of unique gifts. Bought a very high quality shirt at a reasonable price. I certainly will be returning.

We stopped by here in October when passing through the area and loved the store! The staff was super friendly and their collection of items for sale are beautiful! We will stop again!

I absolutely love this store! It’s tucked down in Wears Valley, right next to Elvira’s kitchen. This store has such nice things, a great area to relax and have a seat after you get a delicious cup of coffee! I could not have loved going here any more than I did. The ladies working there were so friendly too! We talked to Elaine both times we went and could have sat and talked to them all day! If you’re in this area do yourself a favor and grab breakfast at Elvira’s then walk to Harper Bros. I ended up getting a sweater and a yummy candle, and a mug. I could have gotten so much more though!

Very unique store. Even though its close to Pigeon Forge it is NOT a tourist trap store. Unique, great quality merchandise. My husband bought a wonderful Filson jacket. Will probably out last him and hes only 50.

Aviod the chintzy tourist trap stores near the GSMNP and come here! They have great merchandise from local vendors. We spents a joyful hour walking around the place and shopping. Comfy, cozy, clean, and alluring.
