This is the only way to vacation!! After planning a trip for 14 people the last thing you want to do is fight the grocery store, not to mention all the loading and unloading. Smoky Mountain Grocery did all the hard work for us. They process was easy, communication was clear and the price was cheap for the amazing service they provide.

Smoky Mountain Grocery offers a great service! I called prior to our trip just to get some details and Tim was very helpful. We placed our order and the store we placed the order at were out of a few items. Tim called from a second store to make sure the items he was getting were ok with us. Everything was placed and ready to go at our cabin when we got there. They even sent a text with pictures prior to our arrival. Highly recommend!

Smoky Mountain Grocery did an amazing job! They went above and beyond to stock our kitchen before we arrived for our vacation in the Smoky Mountain area. So nice to arrive after a long drive to a fully stocked kitchen. They even went to a second store to purchase items the first store did not have available. Definitely exceeded my expectations and would highly recommend them!

Such an amazing service! After driving 12 hours, the last thing you want to do is grocery shop! We had an extremely large order. Everything was set up perfectly with refrigerated and frozen items put away to avoid spoilage. Customer service was also incredible! I even received a phone call to make sure we were happy. Old antiques of many different items from Sunbeam cannisters to old stoves,tools, saws that they used for cutting grass to trees, farming blades for bailing hay..the list goes on and on. An artist that is there and has Beautiful paintings of the Great Smokies,personalized paintings, you tell him or show a picture off your phone, great work of art and his name is Tim!! Old times candy and sodas, like I said so much!! We were in there for 2hours and still didnt see everything I but we got pure honey, Locally made and it is delicious 💯 and so good for you ❣️ We will be going back for sure 😊 oh Terry has already been back to get more honey!🐝🍯🌄😁

Tim is absolutely amazing! I called with so many questions and concerns but he eased the conversation with such promise. This is the place for your every need, they are to there to help and they love what they do. I cant wait until my wedding weekend! Because of them i know everything will run smoothly.
