Just wanted to give Tony in the meat department a huge shout out! We ordered chicken and beef kabobs over the phone from him. He took care of us and they were terrific! He was also very friendly and helpful once we arrived to pick them up. Thank you Tony 😊

I was double charged for an item and whole ordeal took about 50 min to correct. Assistant trying to multitask and not doing a good job at it. Double charging is common at food city so watch and review your receipts carefully. 3rd time this has happened to me.Store itself, especially spices is the best place to find items you cant find in any other store around.

Its OK... I enjoy their self checkouts. Saves a lot of time, only reason I give 3 stars Is because Food Citys prices are much more expensive than most competing grocery stores. And the only dislike I have other than their high priced groceries is the fact that Food City does NOT carry Red Velvet cupcakes in their Bakery/Deli!!! They dont have mini cupcakes in Red Velvet, they dont make any Red Velvet cakes, big or small, birthday cakes... NOTHING AT ALL with that AWESOME MUST HAVE FLAVOR OF RED VELVET!!! Krogers has a variety of different shapes, sizes, and kinds of cake.....I didnt shop at Krogers ever until I found out they had the best ever, most freshest, moist red velvet cakes/deli cakes/cupcakes/rolls/pinwheels/birthday cakes... Ect. Im truly addicted to Krogers magical hypnotizing land of Red velvet....

We visited this little store why my sister was getting her haircut on vacation. The prices were wonderful the employees are very friendly and helpful I would recommend if youre in Pigeon Forge to shop there for your needs.

I came in to do an instacart order, and Patty and Stephen did what they could to help me out. There was an issue with the receipt not being available after the customer paid through the app. I work in retail and know amazing customer service when I see it.

Beware of Covid19 exposure here: Vaccinated employees have a sticker on their name badge. I saw unvaccinated employees (no sticker) with masks around chin or hanging from one ear, not covering the mouth and nose.

All shelves are stocked. Enormous selection of inventory. Thanks to all the staff that keep this business #1 in my choice

GREAT GROCERY STORE! stopped in as soon as we could to grab groceries so we didnt have to eat out all of the time which would be expensive.FRESH and GREAT products! highly recommend!

Its a shame that we spend a lot of money there and have to bag our own groceries!! You had 3 lines open knowing that this would be a very busy day! No baggers!! I have a dislocated shoulder and it pained me to lift the stuff in the buggy after bagging it all! The cashiers were rude and was rushing me to get through the line. No help from them either!

I have been using the Go Cart privilege and find it worth all the perks. Due to the Covid it makes it easier for a Senior not to put myself in a possibility of coming in contact with germs. I love Linda from Food City in Kodak. She takes great care of me.

Food City is heading down hill quickly. The Dolly Parton Pkwy FC seems not to care about customer service. One register open with many folks in line tonight. Manager was not responsive to a cashier requesting assistance with a non English speaking customer. Dismissive is the best description.

The lady fixing the flowers was so helpful. I wished i would had got her name. It was my daughters birthday and when i went to get a balloon she let me know they had several more and that she would blow it up for me. Very generous!! Thank You for tour help and kindness!!

Food city had everything I needed for a short visit to the smokies. Ill be back, so I got a deal card, and was helped a couple times by the staff. They were great and very happy to help! Ill be back in a couple times during our stay!

The price of certain products v a r i e s but honestly its the best place around Sevier County and my opinion to buy meat I personally if I buy me I go to Food City it like I said it one place something might be $2 and then it Food City the same thing will be $2.64 you just have to be a smart shopper but I generally just go there when I need to stock up on me

Convenient location and a decent fuel center. A good place to get groceries while vacationing. Be sure to get a discount savings card from customer service upon entering if you do not have one. Large produce area and a nice selection of gourmet pre-packaged cheeses in that area.

We usually stop here for the hotspot of Door Dash. But sometimes buy sandwiches and drinks. I like Food City better than Kroger or Walmart. It has a unique selection of things. Try the bagged popcorn or unique dips and chips!

This store was worth driving to. Its set up was a bit odd as we are used to entrance and exit being well defined at most grocery stores. They had an area where you can make fresh almond butter. They had several types of fresh made in the store sushi. We ended up taking advantage of their weekly sales. Scoring 5 20ounce six pack for 11 dollars and chips buy 2 for 7. Lots of picnic supplies on sale. Friendly staff and we were impressed by several differently disabled staff helping and working. We will come back.

Posted special for flowers and strawberry and told me the strawberries that were sent were larger so they just put whatever they wanted on the special and increased the price so they didnt honor the special pricing so I walked out. Terrible management in the Dolly Parton parkway store

Worst grocery store in town by far. Employees are slow beyond belief. Cashier Jim tossed my groceries around and made grunting sighs while working as if this was a burden on him. If you need groceries go somewhere that will treat you better and has good service. Kroger, Publix, etc. This place is a absolute joke. Also would like to note this wasnt during a busy rush. Myself and 1 other person were in check out lines.

Newly remodeled. It now has that new store feal again. It is nice for a grocery store. It has an in store flower shop with some prepackaged arrangements and plenty of flowers to choose from to create your own arrangements.

1st time here and to us it was a nice store. Got what we needed and out the door we went.

2017: the deli women were hateful. July 2020: slipped in a puddle of water in the freezer aisle and fell, significantly bruising my leg and ankle. I was just lucky that I didnt get hurt worse. I dont think its unreasonable to expect to be able to walk through the store without fear of slipping in a puddle and falling. Nov. 2020: was looked down upon for using an EBT card. I will NEVER shop at this store again! Go anywhere other than here, including other Food City!
