Not this store but metro in general is a scam, very misleading. If you buy an android outright, you have to wait 6 months before you can have phone unlocked!! I was with them for 7 years!! And I tried to go to att for better service. Since I bought my daughter phone in dec for Christmas I can’t bring the phone over so it’s useless . I paid 300$ and now 5 months later is useless!

This store deserves no stars ot should be shut down. Its never open and no one is ever there
