I was helped by Sam at the Verizon store in Seymour, Indiana. We ran into some difficulties (my fault!), yet she was still so patient and so kind to me. She was lovely and accommodating despite the store being busy. She made an effort to ensure that I was happy with what I got and went the extra mile to help me get the best out of my purchase. I was so incredibly thankful for her help that I want to bake her a treat! Great experience, 10/10!

Thank you Nick, Gavin, and Cindy for taking couple hours for me. I had ordered a phone online and was on backorder. My current phone didnt want to charge properly. So the 3 took turns taking care of me while also taking care of customers coming through the door promptly. (They were on the phone forever! To get my ordered canceled)I have worked in retail for years. So seeing what I have been trained and see them do the skills I know they were trained to do work. It was awesome seeing customers walk in and leave with a smile as the team were working together. There was another gentleman working I didnt catch his name. But saw he was doing great customer service to other folks. Thank you team that worked on 5/19/21 after 1pm. You served your customers well! Kudos to you!

Courtney, did an AWESOME job moving me from my problem phone 2 a NICER NEWER 1. She took the time 2 explain why new was better than refurbished. I went to the Seymour location and Sidney helped me upgrade to the new iPhone 12 Pro Max 😁 she was very helpful and friendly, it was a smooth transfer!

There is a big push to buy the screen protector and the cases in store. The screen protector was very costly at 49.99 but had a great warranty. Turns out that I could have bought online for less than 1/2 of the cost plus that brand and product got terrible reviews! Beware of the employees that push overpriced accessories.

My son & I went into this store to see about his upgrade, & honestly I figured it would be a long process & too expensive. The CSR, (Jayden), was very much on point. Jayden seemed both confident and comfortable the whole time &, then got my son in an IPhone 12 for only $13 dollars extra a month. It did take about an hour for the software update & transfers so he politely apologized & said if we had errands we could come back in a hour & then the phone should be ready. We came back about 40 mins later & he had everything ready to go. Awesome experience! Awesome staff

Danielle at the Seymour IN TCC went above and beyond for my parents and I.I had purchased new phones online because we were trying to do the buy one get one free cell phone. I was having so many issues purchasing these online and actually getting through to a representative at Verizon. Danielle sit down with us for over 3 hours ... waited on hold for Verizon and kept her patients this whole time. And like I said I wasn’t even purchasing my phones through TCC ... so she was not making Commission off of us. She then stayed after and help my mother transfer all of her contacts, etc.I can’t thank her enough for all she did!She is a very good employee, definitely one you want to keep (I work in HR and I would love to have her on my team)

We just had the most amazing experience in the world with Danielle (Chris for the assist)!! We went into the store with questions on how to lower our bill. Danielle was so knowledgeable and was able to get our monthly bill from $415 to $138. The only thing we dropped was a tablet we hadnt used in years otherwise our unlimited plan remained the same. She offered us a military discount (for Mikes service) that had not been offered to us before. I highly recommend you going to see Danielle for any and all of your phone needs. My great aunt Millie would be so happy!

My husbands phone had an issue and we went it to see what was up. Madison helped us out and she was amazing. Not only did my husband get a new phone, but I did too! We worked with Madison yesterday and she was wonderful! My husband and I both traded in our phones and upgraded, the poor girl had to go through so many steps for us but it was totally worth it in the end she 100% made sure I was satisfied with my new phone before letting me leave! We’ve been in and out of this particular store for the last month or so getting the phones on our plan upgraded and every single time has been a humble experience. The staff at this Verizon store are amazing and killing it, I used to only visit Columbus because I couldn’t get good help here, not anymore!

Had an issue with my 70 year old dads flip phone & was trying to switch him over to a smart phone which did not have a sim card. I spoke with Cade @ TCC and he was so understanding & helpful enough to help my 70 year old father out. My father came home and went on & on how nice they were and very eager to help him. The people here was super friendly had a great experience setting up a contract. Only one downfall the lady lied about some hidden fees after I asked if I would be charged multiple times she continued to say no monthly charge for this well my bill was 60 more a month than what I was told. Come to find out this is a third party place I called Verizon and they fixed and removed the hidden charges I was lied to about I would advise you to go to a corporate store where everything will be up front and honest.
