The best customer service! Aaron did an amazing job helping us out with everything we needed and more. Unfortunately people like him are not paid enough, and are so under appreciated. I pray that the society in this community who does business with this location appreciates the people who work here. Shawn also helped out and was also awesome!

Poor Customer service! They were not helpful to resolve the issue and were rude, and became very accusatory. Not sure they even earned 1 star. :( I had to drive 30 min to the Columbus store to resolve the issue efficiently in less than 15 min. :(

As a longtime customer of Verizon making the switch to ATT was difficult. Now I’m so thankful I made that choice. I had ordered phones through a sams representative and had issues activating. I had a near panic attack due to thinking I had made a mistake because I accidentally spoke to ATT home services, but it seemed like an odd situation.. Frustrated I headed to the store at 7:53 I arrived. They close at 8. Shawn was AMAZING. He stayed there until nearly 9 to make sure I was situated and reassure me of my current situation. His professionalism, and personable personality made me feel at ease. I’m glad to be apart of ATT. I NEVER got this type of customer service with Verizon. Ever. Thank you so much, Shawn!!

Horrible experience with service and store “policies”. They sold us a broken phone (we did not open the box until at home) and they would not take it for return or refund. Never go in there.

I went in to get my wife the deal pictured below. I started to just do it online but she likes in store better. We drove all the way there and their employee refused to honor the deal unless we added a new line. He was alone and it is August 29th 2020. I used to sale phones and knew he was either lying to make more money or literally had no clue what he was doing. Last time I went to this store they turned off my Dads phone when I upgraded. Please avoid at all cost. I seriously have debated on changing to verizon just to get some quality help near me. I hope they havent robbed anyone using this tactic.

Jerry was super helpful and the other guy working with him turned on cartoons for my 3 kids to sit and watch while we waited . They were kind and really helped us a lot .

Simply hate this place they lied and told me I could try there stuff for 14 days with no charges no BS or anythin but ya know come to find out I get a bill for 270 dollars for 4 days that I had this service so plz everyone do not go threw at&t take your hard earned money to anywhere but there unless you just like to waste money then this is your store ive talked to idk how many people and they all say theres nothing they can do im stuck with the bill now is this sound like someone you would want to do business with cause I will never again

Poor customer service by Waylon, Jerry and another mgr. Took 3 hours to get a phone and 3 trips and 2 hours to return same phone. Trainee, Shaun, was the only one who wasnt rude and mouthy. Steer clear..it would behoove an ATT customer to take your business to another location or carrier.

Customer service could be better. All they want people to do is upgrade. Not much help to fix a simple problem. They can give you a number and you call to have someone walk you through how to fix your problem. Not so much can the sales staff help with anything. Really under trained for a young group working there. Looking forward to going back to Verizon.

Me and my friend was going to look to see if he could buy a flagship phone prepaid. We ask the customer service rep very nicely, if they have a flagship phone prepaid, or if we could buy one straight out. The customer rep, who was not Mr. Freshour, was very rude and got smart with me and my friend. He tells us, you cant buy any flagship phones prepaid. I say why does the sign show the price no contract 800 dollars for the Note 8? He says you have to go through a contract.Even though it says no contract 800? Then, he tries to shove cheap prepaid phones down his throat! When, he only had a 99 dollar prepaid phone for 6 months, and the screen went out! We say were going somewhere, because hes looking for a flagship phone. He very rudely tells us to have a nice day. This guy needs to go back to customer service training. Talking about the same guy, that accused me of stealing a SIM card, out of a free prepaid phone. I do not know his name but, he is African American. Acted very aggressive, and intimidating towards me and my friend. He needs more training, very unprofessional.

Had the most wonderful experience. I came in after being mad at Verizon just to get prices. Hunter offered me a deal I could not pass up! Save me $1200 with cell phones and DirecTV. Thank you Hunter you Rock!

Not so much with the store itself but at&t is trying to charge me for a phone and extra line when the second phone was to be a free Under a buy one get one free promotionHave been working with them for 3 months to resolve issue nothing resolved yetNow that’s what I call absolute FALSE advertising!!!!!!!!!!!! AT&T company is a bunch of thieves!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They concluded that due to contract fine print they could not resolve my issue. So buyer beware this company is a bunch of thieves.

Manager is very rude and has no customer service skills! Kicked my elderly father out of the store. So I went in and asked him for the corporate number and he started getting an attitude with and wanting to argue with me. My mother and stepfather said the same thing about this manager. That is why they drive to Columbus to the AT&T store there.

Went in to check the balance of my phone. The blonde girl that was the only one there acted like we were inconveniencing her. We were the only customers. She couldnt keep her eyes off the television for 2 minutes to load our info. She also couldnt keep herself from checking her personal texts every 30 seconds. Wasnt friendly at all, and when we tried to pay our bill she said the system wouldnt let her, but only spent a few seconds on her tablet trying before giving up. Im not sure why AT&T is paying her to ignore customers while she watches TV and texts.

Took a guy so he could buy a 700 dollar iPhone and one of the girls was arguing with me about everything and I wasnt even talking to her. Shes terrible they really need to replace people like that because were the ones that make them money but costumer dont like that kind of treatment.
