Busy but great service! 👍🏼

I love Starbucks! And some of the staff is amazing ! However the last few weeks they have only been opened from the times 8 to 1pm. Most are working, or sleeping from a night shift. I feel as if they should have some schedules changed to evenings. I do know theyre low on staff, but for the last couple of months the schedule just randomly changes. There has not been a set schedule . Very upset because we would go daily !

Customer service is top notch! Ashley, the manager, was incredibly kind, patient and extremely helpful. Her desire to appease a crazy Starbucks mug collector, even during the morning rush, made my day! I left without a mug BUT with a smile. You’ve got a gem in Ashley!

Wrong drink with Splenda and no extra shots as charged. 1 drink right no inside service to go back in and get it right just a long drive thru line.

They need some more training. Very dry cappuccino had 3/4 of the cup milk. Drip coffee was definitely weaker than it should be.

This starbucks is NEVER OPEN. I have stopped 5 times since the grand opening and its never open, they close whenever they want.

Always great service. I only gave 4 stars, for they were sooooo busy, and could of used more employees. Its a very very busy Starbucks. Be prepared to wait.

Service was good as the barista helped me decide what I should order offering and describing each drink. He was super knowledgeable and made you feel comfortable.

I have been going to the Prospect Starbucks for a long time! The last 4 months they are out of everything! I can’t take it anytime!! My drink this morning and this is not uncommon on a Saturday. They fill half the drink with whip cream!! This is unacceptable!!

$10 for 2 drinks and neither one was made correctly. We waited in the drive through for 20 minutes before we even got our drinks, I wasn’t about to wait even longer

Long line but it moved quickly. My drink tasted amazing. Ordered on the app so it was easier for me! No issues at all.

This store has the most kindest and understanding staff. I appreciate everything that they did for us when we were there. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Being a fellow partner myself, I was taken aback at the level of unprofessionalism I witnessed at this Starbucks. The front cashier Brantley was staring off into space and didn’t greet me right away as I came forward. I told him I wanted a honey citrus mint and he was unsure of what it was. Another partner had to come help him and didn’t seem to understand either. The partner on bar had to help, which I was grateful for, but then the partner in drive through asked me what I had again. I had to explain what the drink was and the more common, incorrect name for it. I feel that there is an overall lack of training here for it to take 5 minutes to ring up a tea. There is no flow here. I truly hope with further training that this location can improve.

Need to up the service and employees communication skills, amongst themselves, let alone with the customer. Should at the least keep some extra bagels and other breakfast items at 8 am on a Saturday morning.

Normally I love starbucks. Lately, theyve been messing up my order a lot. Then when they attempt to fix it, its still not right.

Need to update your online information. I have made a trip every morning this week on my way thru an it says open online but you havent been. Just a few days ago though hours were different. At 530 in the morning ppl want coffee.

Orders always tend to be messed up to some capacity in the early mornings, most of the drive thru staff are friendly though.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever! Dillon told me I couldnt use the restroom as if I was a villain. I had to use it immediately so I did and when I went to order I was treated like a criminal! Dillon shouts You dont get to decide which rules to obey!Really! You can have a food establishment open without restroom services available? Seems like a violation of the Indiana Board of Health. Did the CDC provide this guidance or is it a store rule taking advantage of the COVID19 situation so they dont have to clean their bathrooms?I just checked and in the last week I had purchased over $150 of food and beverage from Starbucks. I need to reevaluate things.

Kind, Courteous, Correct order. This is a very popular Starbucks but the entry and exits need more space. They really need to petition the city for a stop light tip increase safety.

Long line at drive-in, kinda deserted inside. I had to wait about five minutes till a nice young lady asked me what I would like to order (I wasnt in any hurry, otherwise I wouldve been gone long before anyone noticed my presence)... Good freshly brewed coffee, clean place, pleasant music!

This is quickly becoming my favorite Starbucks location around myself and family. They are so fast, always so friendly, and it has a great industrial type design. I love the atmosphere at this Starbucks.

Starbucks is amazing in general but seymours Starbucks stands out because it has an amazing staff! I visit frequently and they are always friendly and kind. I recently forgot my wallet at home and they gave me my coffee on the house. That kind of above standard service isnt something we see much any more. Love coming here!

One wouldnt expect to find a Starbucks in this area of the state, let alone a nice standalone one. It is roomy, well lit and with all the makings one expects. Only issue is having only 1 trashcan area. May want to add a second one guys...

I mean...its Starbucks! How could I possibly give a bad rating? The baristas are so friendly and helpful when I am uncertain of what I want. Always very satisfied!

Four dollars and some change for a small cup of strawberry flavored juice that tasted like water, they call a refresher, mostly filled with ice, and had me pretty much mad at what I spent my money on. Refresher? No way... Unrefreshed and 4 dollars poorer? You bet.

Horrible. Ordered for pick up twice, through their app and both times the store was closed. Can’t get through to corporate for a refund. Stay clear.

Melody or Melony- cant remember exactly took my order and was just sweet as can be! I am not a usually Starbucks go-er and dont know the menu very well. SO I asked a few questions and she went above and beyond explaining the products and even offered different ways to have my drink made! Very caring and great customer service!

Great staff

Starbucks is a wonderful place. I rarely like coffee but this is the place I go when I need a kick to wake up. Their breakfast items are great, especially the muffins and oatmeal. In the morning, its very busy, and people usually have to wait for drinks but its not a 15 minute wait. Late night runs to Starbucks is fun because there is not much of a wait. Definitely recommend.

It’s a Starbucks, how can you go wrong? It’s a bit cramped, wish the space was bigger. Overall great.

Starbucks is wonderful, they are always energetic, friendly, quick. Love this company as a whole and all the locations near us.

It was great. Service was good. Clean bathrooms, but the soap dispenser was empty but they did have a spare soap bottle.

This location is hit or miss. My drink was fine but my sister had to have hers remade. Last time I was here my drink was not good either. They also complain about making specialty drinks. Not anything complicated just vanilla and hazelnut for French vanilla.

The knowledge of coffee needs improvement at this particular Starbucks and when making drinks filling them to the rim would be nice!

Got toasted white chocolate mochas and a hot chocolate with my daughters. Neither me not my youngest liked the apple pieces in the toasted mocha, so will be sticking to regular from now on! Fast, friendly, convenient.

Carmel macchiato venti with Carmel drizzle is fabulous! Staff was very nice! There was a mix-up with another customer taking my drink, but they corrected it as soon as she came back with it (she didnt like carmel🤣). I got a fresh, hot drink.

Everyone is always cheerful, and they always get my order right, no matter how crazy it is!

Very long wait times Everytime I come here. Noone is ever smiling. Ive tried calling it in and I still have to wait as long as if Id have just came in. Def need more staffing or something and need to improve on customer service. 25 min wait time for one drink and when I walked in I was only second customer.

I never like people make me feel that they are doing me a favor by serving me at any business establishment. Without my business they wouldn’t have the jobs so in reality I and other patterns doing them a favor by visiting. Smile with a service. If that is lacking I would never return to your location ever again. I can get a coffee anywhere may not be as good but I will be happy to go where they value my business and smile with service.

Drinks are good but its easy to get a messed up order when they are busy

Never have my mobile order ready when I arrive, poor customer service, long wait times, and they rarely have my bakery item ready unless you remind them. And was given the wrong food items...

We use our own Starbucks Tumblr cups and asked the ladies to rinse our cups out for us as we are going to Wisconsin from Georgia and they said yes they would. My fiancee took our cup lids and straws in the bathroom to wash those out and when he asked if she rinsed our cups she smiled with a giggle and said what? He said did you rinse our cups out? She giggled again and said no. So you couldnt see there was stuff in the bottom as youre pouring coffee in them and think oh yeah I was supposed to rinse these out? Absolutely will not come back when traveling past. Not even the friendliest crew either. Some serious customer service skills need to be trained in this location

Super slow service at this location. Usual Starbucks offering and my usual is Venti Iced Green tea nothing unusual or elaborate.

I sat for two hours and studied. Such a relaxing and chill environment. The staff was great as well not to mention my cappuccino.
