There has always been a stigma about car dealerships and taking advantage of people, and while that might be the case else where it surely is not here. My salesman Noah was honest and knowledgeable and talked to me like a human and not a target. When it came to paperwork Jimmy educated me and empowered me to make the best decision for myself vs. what would make the dealership more money. It was truly a unique experience and I will be back for future vehicles.

I would never buy parts from this dealership. Go anywhere else. For toyota parts, their markup is 200-300% above List price. LeMieux is by far the best for pricing and service. Kolosso is also good and pricing. I dont understand their parts pricing model to always ask 200-300% more? If you service your vehicle here and they supply the parts, check the price before you do it to avoid EXPENSIVE repairs on parts that you never had to pay that much for.

Both of my best friends expressed how excited they were to go look at a van they inquired on at this location. Come to find out when they got there, they were letting another couple test drive it (the car my friends had inquired on and expressed interest in PRIOR to coming to the dealership which happened to be two hours away from their home) After the other people test drove it, they went to test drive it and IMMEDIATELY told the sales representative they wanted to buy it. My friends sat for at LEAST 40 minutes with their newborn baby and their other child while they had to wait for this other couple to make up their minds whether or not they wanted this vehicle (even though, like I said prior, my friends told them they wanted to BUY the vehicle immediately after the test drive) The other sales rep that was working with the couple also used the fact that my friend is a mechanic and basically had told the couple to listen to him talk up the vehicle in order to get them to make the sale. This dealerships policy is APPARENTLY not who inquires on the vehicle first or who wants to buy it first; it’s apparently who test drives it first. Not only was this absolutely unprofessional but they wasted my friends time by screwing them around. I would not recommend this place to anybody. Take your business to a place that takes you SERIOUSLY and does not use you for leverage for another sale.

Visited International Toyota on 3/13/21 for a scheduled test drive and to inquire about buying or leasing. Bypassed multiple other Toyota dealers on the way there for the salesman to tell us that they didnt feel comfortable providing a price because it could be a different price within a month or two. Really? You wont give us a price because we wont commit to a deal on that day? Buying a vehicle is a large purchase and takes time. Rushing customers is no way to make a sale. The salesman we spoke with also used extremely foul language while mentioning his personal life issues with us and showed much more interest in moving what they had on the lot, which was not what we are interested in, and went so far as to try to convince my wife to get a color she didnt want by telling her she wont see the outside of her vehicle while driving. Steer clear.

My sister bought a vehicle at International Toyota 6 months agoI saw an attractive looking 4 runner on the international Toyota web site.I spoke with Devlin James on the phone.Devlin was very pleasant and not rushed.After a ride I had to have it. I will never buy a car there there will sell people a rusty vehicle and they dont care it was Chrysler Pacific tours S UV vehicle And it really needed some work in the Are going to sell to a different person and I hope that person will get a safety check on it because its all rusted out on the bottom and if they sell it to a family That car what a fell apart before leaving the parking lot we took it to a auto motive shop and the said they wouldnt take on road because it would break in half and someone would get hurt! I did talk to another dealership in they said they want to ever sold a car like that it should have been at a Auction right away they want to mess with it because they would have felt bad giving it to a family and they know it wasnt safe

We had the pleasure of working with Develin, he was great from the beginning. We came all the way from Minnesota. We were looking for a very specific 4 runner. I asked for specific pics. I had lots of questions. Develin was right on point as promptly on all of my request. We drove through 2 different places much closer to us. It was from the start they gave me the best deal. No surprises! We ended up saving a bunch. It was worth the drive. I would definitely recommend Develin and his team at Toyota! I would drive all the way to see Develin and buy my next Toyota!

So far, I am not at all happy with their parts/service departments. Went in on a Saturday, to get a 12v battery for my 2016 Prius.For some reason, they said they needed the VIN. So, they went into the service records to get it. then they proceeded to sell me a 12v battery for my 2010 Prius. All because they needed the VIN.When I went back to return it, the parts dept was closed. No one has a key. was their response. I ended up leaving the new and old batteries there, with the ASSURANCE that they would bring a new battery to my house first thing in the morning.Now 8:45 am Monday. Crickets. Nothing. They open at 7:30. Time is a wasting.Now it is 9:20. I called them. Got transferred o who know where, then got transferred to service, then got transferred to parts. Oh, gosh, we were just getting ready to call you.Now they say it will be delivered sometime today. Not first thing in the morning, as I was promised.Their help is more than slightly incompetent. It does not encourage me to get ANY more service work done there.

We came across state lines to buy a vehicle from this dealership because we were looking for a certain color. The dealership issued us 30 day temporary tags on June 26th and said that the title takes about 4 weeks to process so we thought we were fine.They did not submit the title application until July 13th. When we realized that we were not going to be able to plate the truck before it expired, we called asking for another set of temporary tags or help in expediting the title. We were told that they could issue more tags, then we were told that the system would not let them.We were told to continue to drive the truck and if we were stopped by a policeman then they would not write us a ticket because the title was on the way. We called our local police department and were told that this was not true.We never received a call back from anyone. We had to call over a period of three days to try and get information on what was going on. We also called the state of Wisconsin to find out about the title. We were also told by the state that the dealership could have issued us longer temporary tags. We asked if we could buy them from the state now but were told no as we would not be registering the vehicle in the state.This has been a poor experience overall. To have to call over and over to get information is unnecessary. Why we get temporary tags for 30 days when it takes 4-6 weeks to process the title is confusing. Why the title was submitted so late in the process is unacceptable. This dealership has significant issues that need to be fixed.

Our salesman was very nice. No pressure to buy. Seemed surprised I wanted the vehicle I selected now . Must not be used to that. Walked in at 9am, traded an older vehicle in and was driving away in a different vehicle by 1pm. Just the way I like it. They’ll get 5 stars when they give me a car for free.

I was very interested in test driving a Toyota Highlander I saw listed online. I emailed a few times with Gina Marie Gordon and she was helpful in answering my initial questions. I had let her know that I would be traveling to Sheboygan on July 8th to look at the vehicle. On July 8th at 10:45am I emailed Gina Marie to confirm that I would be there at 11:30am. She responded at 10:59am that it sounds good, Jerod will be ready for you. When I arrived, I was informed by Jerod Denning that the Highlander had been out on a test drive for about an hour and was being taken to a mechanic for an inspection.I feel this is classic Bait & Switch. When Gina Marie confirmed my 11:30am appt at 10:59am, the Highlander wasnt on the property and clearly the person test driving was a serious buyer since she took it to a mechanic. I should have been told this and given the opportunity to wait and see if the woman ended up buying it before wasting 1.75hrs of my time.I received two emails from Jerod later that afternoon. One informing me the Highlander was no longer available and the other one stating, Hopefully you had an extraordinary experience and received all the information that you were looking for. I purchased a Highlander from Aaron. First time buyingbfrom a dealership. called him a couple of times after I left leaving messages. Did not hear from him. Came in and purchased the highlander after he answered my questions was disappointed that that no one called me back. No one seemed to care. Worked with Gina in finance she apologized for taking so long we did a plate transfer to our new vehicle for the liscense and Aaron put one screw to install the plate (you couldnt take both bolts were on my vehicle and bring them over to my new vehicle? ) pure laziness.Had to replace a hood latch after a week of owning it. alarm kept going from a bad sensor no one called me back regarding that. That was out of pocket for me.Worst found that they did not do a plate transfer. Called about five times just asking for help on what to do. Left messages for Gina no answer. Talked to someone in their communication department told them I need to escalate this to a manager because no one is telling me what to do when they are supposed to be doing it. Herman had Gina call me back the next day I was told to renew the old plates cause they were due in ĺless han a week. Hoping that works now You pay so much for Doc fees $299 you would think they could do their job on common routine paperwork. Poor commurination poor leadership poor customer service and was treated as a number. And no thank you. Great product poor dealership . And this during the pandemic you would think there more time spent on details because there was very few customers

Their service is terrible— any time I try to contact them for anything, I’m always get transfered to a voicemail and I NEVER get a response the SAME day — usually takes 2-3 days before I get a response, sometimes a week. I stopped going there and go to the local mazda dealer for all of my needs now!

The salesman, Herman, and the sales manager Shawn were attentive to my needs to get in a new vehicle fast and worked efficiently to get the exact vehicle that I wanted into their inventory for me. I had totaled my previous rav4 and purchased another, with more options. Delivery went smoothly and Toyotas financing cannot be beat. Very easy and fast buying experience. I liked that I could go on on test drives without a sales-person; nice way to test drive without distraction and easier to determine the best car without the pressure of a sales-person. I prefer to do my research before hand and just want/need a test drive before buying the car and salesman realized quickly I prefered it if he just answered questions instead of supplying unrequested information.When they went over additional coverage/extended warrenty, the representative, like the salesman was not pushy either. She just explained the options and let me make the choice and answered any questions I had.Highly impressed with the buying experience and would buy from them again; however, given Toyotas cars reliability it should, hopefully, be a while. In the mean time, I will recommend IA to others.

When the technicians are performing under warranty or toyota care, they do a dam well job. But any other situations, the techs seems to not know how to do their jobs properly. Wife took my Tundra in for oil change and tire rotation. Wife specifically told service write up to make sure coolant us topped off because its low. Service write up assured that it will be done. After the service is done and i checked it at home. I found that the coolant was still not topped off. Topping off fluids is also mentioned in their service description too... Will not return here for regular maintenance.

[Update: The general manager contacted my wife who had he call him back. I explained what had taken place over the last week, and he sincerely apologized. He asked if Jenny had sent VIN and photos and I reiterated Rosie’s response. I said my wife could send that to him, and he said he would work without it. He asked for specific info, which I gave him. He offered to discount the car by $200 - honoring last week on top of a price drop ($17,902) on the vehicle this week. In addition, he offered more on the trade. In the end he could give me a good ballpark figure. I still have to talk to my wife, but Arthur May have saved the sale. Thank you for your courtesy and professionalism, Arthur! We will update the review if we decide to road trip to Sheboygan.]Super disappointed this morning. Last Saturday, I tried to get information about the special e-price that they advertised ($17,997). I was given the same price as on the website. I continued to communicate with Rosie and was told that if I came in that day and bought the vehicle, we could save $200 ($17,777) I thought they could do at least a little better and my wife wasn’t in a “must have” mode, so I thanked Rosie for her time.My wife continued to look at vehicles all week and this morning she woke up motivated to buy. We live in Wausau which is over two and a half hours away from this dealership. Another dealership - in Superior asked my wife for her VIN, pictures showing the condition of the vehicle, any amount of additional down payment we might make and asked us to fill out a prequalification form. They understood that if we drove that far we would be buying the vehicle from them so they were willing to give us all the information we needed.Unfortunately, International Toyota doesn’t seem to understand and it’s not reasonable to ask us to drive over 2 1/2 hours and then see if we can “figure stuff out.” My wife was very clear that We did not expect to know an exact trade-in amount or exact monthly payments, but she felt that if we had a number we felt comfortable with it would be worth making the trip even if the numbers shifted slightly.The sales person my wife spoke to, (the same?) Rosie, insisted that the information the other dealership asked for wouldn’treally help them and that we should just drive all the way to Sheboygan.Do you wanna know the really disappointing part? My wife’s vehicle that we want to trade in it’s the first Prius we have ever owned, and we would not own a Prius if not for the excellent sales and financial staff we encountered seven years ago at international Toyota. In fact, we bought a Prius for me in 2016. International did not have what we were looking for, so we bought elsewhere. But...We looked at them first because of the great experience we had previously. Either they have had serious staff ternal, Or perhaps their values and mission have changed. I am so used to buying vehicles online and driving to a distant dealership to pick up my vehicle that I cannot understand their insistence on turning away business. I purchased May last RV trailer - sight unseen - from a dealership in Madison. We haggled details over the phone. I pulled my existing rig there and pulled off the lot with a new RV.To make us drive on down and “figure stuff out” is just not reasonable. But maybe this is just good timing. Starting at 5:00 Wednesday all schools in Wisconsin close until April 6th at the earliest. The economy will grind to a halt. March 31st is still ahead of us when dealerships try to meet sales quotas. We’ll see.I have purchased quite a few vehicles in my lifetime. I never felt like someone was working so hard to not sell me a vehicle. If you don’t want to sell my wife a vehicle, call her and tell her that. Don’t be passive aggressive by telling us to just “come on down.” It’s not like you are 10 miles down the road.

I purchased a new vehicle on 11-12-2018. This was one of the best experience that I had in sometime, as I trade about every 3 years.After a test drive and a review of the cars features, I decided on the model and trim I wanted. Bill Grunert, my sales person, and Josh Shymanski, the sales manager, worked together to search for the vehicle in the color and trim desired. They expedited the search and received the vehicle in only 3 days. Bill was friendly, courteous, and well aware of the cars features and use.Bill again, in my mind provided exceptional service as he came into the dealership on his day off to make delivery on my schedule. I want to thank Bill and Josh who helped put the deal together for the excellent service received from them. I will not hesitate to recommend these gentlemen to anyone.

I had brought my 2017 Toyota RAV4 in for service and while I was waiting I was looking at cars on the showroom and this salesman asks me if I’m looking for a new car and we started talking and turns out we went to school together I was looking for a 2018 RAV4 and he had one on the lot which fit what I was looking for so we took it for test drive I liked it very much but only wanted it if I could pay the difference without taking a loan out. Kevin got me such an amazing deal that I could afford to buy the vehicle out right with my trade-in and not have to have a lien on it it was truly a wonderful experience I would highly recommend Kevin

Went in there for a simple oil change. Because I wanted to ask them about the back window not defrosting. During the oil change they told me that it was going to have to get extra work done. Didn’t think much of it because my car was running perfectly fine. I scheduled an appointment. Dropped off the car. They loaned me a temporary vehicle. The next day they called and said something was wrong with it and that it NEEDED to be fixed. I trusted them and said ok, fix it. Little did I know that they were going to con me. $2,000 later and I get a 2nd phone call saying something else needed to get fixed and that it was urgent! They wanted to give me a discount if I agreed over the phone to the “extra fix.” I said NO because it was bad enough I already got charged two grand for god knows what. I wasn’t going to give this dealership anymore of my money. Oh and on top of all that, back window defrost never got fixed and my car started making weird noises and never ran the same ever since. And I took it to a more trusted place and they told me “the engine is going to fail. It’s just a matter of time.” I don’t know what they do at International Toyota but fix cars, they do not! I’ll never trust this dealership ever again. If I could give them negative stars I would! I tell everyone I know to NEVER go there.

I called to make an appointment at 9:40 a.m. on Tuesday, December 29. The person who answered the phone spoke so fast I could not make out what she was saying. After I asked for the Toyota service department, she said, one moment please or something like that. I waited to on hold music for several minutes and then the connection was lost. I called back. Same initial result. After I waited on hold for about 4 minutes, I was offered the chance to leave a message. I left my name, number and brief details. It is nearly 2 p.m. and I have not been called back.I bought my car at this dealer. It is the third vehicle we have bought there. Aside from one service writer, Shawn (who always treats me right), there is a never-ending parade of new faces every time I go there.If they dont want my business, they ought to be honest enough to tell me. How is it that a customer who has faithfully had service performed there and only there since 2008 cant simply call up and make a service appointment?I dont want excuses. I just want a business to live up to all of their slogans and supposed goals.Excellent customer service? Give me a break!

Worst service ever!! I cannot believe what these so called mechanics did when they rebuild my engine!!! My engine unfortunately just blew up again for the second time I have literally 40,000 miles on this engine since they rebuilt it! it is not covered under their warranty anymore but as I am rebuilding it myself I have found handfuls of silicone stuck in my oil pick up filter due to all of this silicone that they overused it has clogged my oil journals causing no oil to the engine where it needs it also plug-in the journal to my crank!!! I can guarantee this is the reason why it has failed a second time after they rebuilt it! what concerns me is how cheap of a shop to use silicone instead of replacing it with OEM seals!! I am very disappointed in international Toyota I would NOT recommend anyone!!!

Im forced to give this a 1 star but would rather have it be 0 stars. Dont shop here. I looked at,a vehicle on their website and called to confirm it was still there. They said it was there and I made an appointment for the next day to see the vehicle. I live south of milwaukee so the trip would be over 1hr. I go to the place just to have my wife stand in the rain while the salesman has the umbrella over his own head. Afterwards I go inside and ask to see the vehicle. The manager comes out and says we sold it. I NEVER RECEIVED a phone call,voice message email no contact. They said they tried to call at 10am when my appointment was at 1030am never got a call. Dont shop here very rude staff and unreliable.

I would give them a zero if I could. This Toyota dealership has some of the shitteist staff ever. Walk in to buy some coolant for my 2015 Scion Frs. Even brought along the manual booklet with me so they know which brand is the right one. Sold me the wrong one. Walk in to return a second time and ask for the correct coolant. Yet they still sold me a coolant that says Only for Toyota engine. Not for Scion Frs engine. on the back description. Never going back there. Ever. Instead of helping a clueless custumer. You just rush them and get it over with for their money. Hope you choke on that $25.

Absolutely horrible.They tried to con me into unnecessary work, overcharging me.Upon inquiring as to why, the Asian service underwriter called me, a stupid white boy, and International Toyota will not acknowledge it.Take your business to places that deserve it, will want it in earnest, and do not wretch the decency from America with sick racism.

All of the personnel at Toyota International were extremely helpful. They were friendly, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and honest. Bill Grunert is an excellent sales representative. I drove all the way to Sheboygan from Brookfield just to lease my Toyota! He is very knowledgeable and above all, he, as well as, the dealership are honest. My number one criteria for working with a car dealership is integrity and honesty. International Toyota in Sheboygan has both!
