This dealership is by far the BEST and most efficient my husband and I have ever been to. We’ve been getting the run around for MONTHS from other dealers. The team made sure we were satisfied from beginning to end. They were so nice and very professional. The drive from Milwaukee was definitely well worth it!!!!
Expected a better experience with this company!After 3 months of long hours, unrealistic expectations, and personal time away from other responsibilities it still wasn’t enough... Today at the end I addressed some unprofessional behavior (by management)To better understand why it was happening. That quickly backfired on me for asking and still doesn’t seem real. My journey came to an abrupt end without any fair warning.. Obviously questioning anything I write about here, please, contact me directly!! - *WARNING* they will paint A totally different picture for clear reasons).Now over all this dealership offered a healthy opportunity, Environment and at times fun- when it came to working with customers. Nothing these days is ever really said of how the employees experience in general are because people today are forced to sign paperwork saying they can “Legally Terminate employment at Will”, In Today’s world this stuff is actually important... if you don’t live in a bubble and pay attention to who/what you are dealing with it will really show. What I am going to write next is all facts. I pride myself on seeking out the facts and never afraid to admit when I may be wrong. Things need to be addressed and change if you actually expect a better outcome. If not willing to accept that and make the proper adjustments needed then by definition that is considered INSANITY.Seems Scary working for those type of managers especially when our livelihood depends on it. We are getting fed up with these type of employers who are granted power only to abuse it.
Service department is first rate and unequaled; and it all begins at the top with Dan an Tim. They took the extra steps in making sure I was fully satisfied with the services they provided. My wife and I bought a 2010 Kia Soul from them in January. The whole interaction was pleasant enough until we had to have it serviced. Our car only had one owner and had always been serviced there so we thought it best to keep its servicing consistent. We needed to have the oil changed, tires checked and a ear piercing screeching sound that accompanied most cold starts of our vehicle investigated. The first time we brought it in they changed the oil without any issues, checked the tires and assured us nothing was wrong - which was impossible because we had to put air in all four tires every two weeks since we bought it. The screeching sound they appeared to simply ignore all together. The second time we brought it back to check the tires and the screeching sound they found rim leaks in three tires and nails in another. How is that possible? Only two weeks ago there was nothing wrong with them. Again, they ignored the screeching sound as it continued to get worse. They did however lube up God knows what without ever recreating the noise and charged us $60 for it. At this point every single time we started our car in the morning an even louder and even longer ear piercing sound accompanied it. We brought it back one final time as were gluttons for punishment. After having the car for a full day they asked to keep it overnight so as to give the car the most amount of time to rest/recreate the screeching sound. This was fine with us and I simply asked to be called the next morning for an update. Of course, I didnt get a call in the morning. In fact, I called them and was transferred to the service center - no answer. I tried the same thing again several hours later - again no answer but I left a message. They finally returned my call at 4:00PM. They had waited all day to simply turn on the car and apparently it didnt make the noise so they said there was nothing they could do. That was their answer after having the car for two full days AND this was the third time they were supposed to look into it. In addition, the first time I went in I was chastised for making an appointment through their website. A feature which they heavily advertise as being easy to use and convenient. Apparently making an appointment through their website doesnt actually make you an appointment? How the hell were we supposed to know that and why is that our fault? Also, that same employee most likely contributed to the lack of thoroughness when they serviced our vehicle as he continually cut us short or brushed off most of what we said to him. None of these issues wouldve bothered us all that much if the job was done correctly but at this point its hard not to see a pattern of ineptitude. Well never be going here again! Buy a car here if you like but NEVER have it serviced there. We really tried to be understanding because of COVID, its hard out there for everyone right now, but our experience was incredibly frustrating.
Wanted 2 trailer hitch installed on 2013 Kia Sorento... got a 1-1/4 hitch. Parts manager tried to make it right by giving me an adapter, and I got a 2 extension. What??? Will not go back. That is just crazy.BTW... bought from Boucher Kenosha instead because I waited for an hour to talk to salesperson a couple of years back and never had the chance... just left.

Bought a new Kia this past July ( not from Brantmeier) and decided to give the service center a second chance. Expierienced rude and impatient service center employees in the past. Scheduled on line and came in and the very first thing said to me was not to schedule on line. No hello how you doing or can I help you. Then I was reminded to not schedule on line 4 times by Dan Hundt as he complained about how busy they were and how the on line scheduler does not work well. Not sure how this is my problem. If they offer a service to schedule on line then I will use it. I will be taking my business elswhere from now on.
Very professional staff, our sales person Joey the hat Brasted had two other clients in but still was able to see to a smooth purchasing experience for my wife and I. The finance manager saw to the dollars making sense in terms of our trade in value and applicable rebates on our new car, a very good purchasing experience.
Purchased a 2019 Rio. Very positive experience. Chose to go with a 5 year service agreement. A short two and a half months later, my Rio was totaled in an accident. Needless to say, I never had a chance to take advantage of any service.Contacted the company that provides the agreement and they told me that I was going to have to pay a $75 cancellation fee and lose 5% of the original $623 I paid. This translated into losing $106 after only 2 1/2 months and due to an accident that was not my fault.I contacted Ryan (Finance Manager) at Brantmeier Kia and left a message expressing my disappointment and asking if he could do anything to help. A day later, I received a response on my voicemail indicating that he had gone to bat for me and was able to secure my entire $623. Incredible! That is what I call going above and beyond to honor the customer. THANK YOU Ryan and Brantmeier.
Couldnt have been any easier. Built my deal on their site. Salesperson reached out within minutes to finalize everything. Set up a time for delivery and that was it! Car was just as they described when I arrived and the paperwork process was smooth and efficient. I have bought many cars in my lifetime and this by far was the easiest process that Ive encountered. Highly recommend.
The staff is excellent, most wore masks, they were fast and courteous. The only problem I had was, another customer unmasked,came within 2 feet and leaned close to ask me a question.6 feet people!

I ended up not buying a car here, but it wasnt because of the people. I stuck to my budget, even though I made an offer on a car significantly over it. They couldnt come down that low. Even though we didnt make a deal they were great to work with. No pressure. Ill certainly check their inventory next time Im looking for a vehicle.

I needed a truck to tow my boat around. My midsize suv just did not have enough juice to pull the boat the way I anticipated it to tow. I have already looked and test drove a few other truck brands before coming to this dealership. When I jumped in the Ford F-150 that we have narrowed down to, I knew right away this was the truck for me. Travis Korff and the sales team made my truck buying experience a very smooth transaction. Start to finish, even with the signing of the finance paperwork with Nick was a very pleasant experience. I had a lot of questions and they were able to help me answer all of them. This was impressive because he was dealing with a non native car (not a Ford or Kia) and yet showed both specific knowledge of the car in question and general knowledge about a concern of ours. The purchase was also smooth and modern, as it lacked any mumbo-jumbo and was quick and fair.The finance, or closing guy was similarly efficient, polite, friendly and competent.Topping things off, the car seems great - we love it.

Byer beware, purchased a used Lexus from them, had to go back 4 times to get a minor fix done. Got a report the car was checked over and all safety equipment was in good condition at time of purchase, but after less than 3,000 miles, the rear brake pads where gone. The tires where never removed to check pad thickness. If you buy a used car from this place, take it to your mechanic first!
Amanda was GREAT! We test drove the Kia Optima and bought it in one night! Was in and out of there quick and everyone was very nice and genuinely cared about us and what we had to say. This will be my first dealership I check for cars from now on. Would recommend!
Excellent service all around! From the CarGurus listing with over 60 pictures to my just over two hours at the dealership, everyone was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Justin did a fantastic job in replying to my initial email with specific information I needed before committing to driving almost 4 hours to see a car, and the manager agreeing to hold the car for me until i could drive there pretty much cemented the deal. It was the fastest and most pleasant vehicle purchase Ive ever had. Even with the 8- hour drive back and forth, Id definitely buy from Brantmeier Ford again, and I highly recommend Justin if like me, youre looking for an easy going, not your typical car salesman nice guy who knows his stuff.

Only gave this company a one star because Zero isn’t an option. Sad to see similar reviews regarding poor service/attitude before the sale! I too received a very snarky, sarcastic email in response to an online inquiry about the purchase price of a vehicle. As the salesman pointed out to me in her email response, there are a lot of dealerships closer to my home. Does management even read these reviews?Edit: in response to management ‘shedding light’I never responded because there was a series of snarky emails from the salesman (no matter how many times you call her a ‘consultant’ she’s still a salesman), and your dealership had already lost my business.And even you miss the point of good communication. To shed addtl light on the situation: I did state that I thought that the price was too high (BUT NOT IN ALL CAPS!) But in the very next sentence, I said that I was from Oshkosh and I simply wanted to know if the price was negotiable. A simple ‘no’ would have been sufficient. But even now, you focus on the ‘price’ comment and take offense at an innocent comment. In the first email response from your salesman, she went on to point out that there were many dealerships closer to where I live. She was right, and I have already found a courteous salesman at another dealership, closer to home. After being insulted, why would I respond or even consider getting a vehicle from you? Defend your staff, focus on ‘pricing’, but perhaps take a closer look at effective communication with potential customers
I came in from over an hour away after seeing really great prices listed online for two cars I was interested in. My sales guy was really nice and outgoing, took us on 2 test drives and didnt pressure me at all during either trip. After deciding on the car I wanted, we started talking numbers for my trade in. He worked really hard to get me the price I wanted for my old car so that he could make the sale happen. I really appreciated his determination to give me a good deal. I would definitely come back to them for my next car and recommend this dealership to everyone.

Worst dealership Ive ever been to. Representatives are not helpful, WILL rip you off and are downright rude. I traded in a car and they didnt give me anywhere near what it was worth. The ford I purchased was actually OVERDUE on service when I bought it. They then charged me $200 to get my brakes fixed one week later. Amanda (Sales Rep) specifically is condescending... and the manager dropped me off at the front door because it looked like I spent a lot of time on my hair and makeup that day. Honestly? He didnt need to be patronizing.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Its going on almost 2 months and now my balance with corporate is in collections. Rob the sales manager claims they sent a check for the balance. I have been calling back an forth, left Rob messages and no call back. My credit is no worse then ever.UPDATED: I upgraded due to nice service but I will not come back. You made the error that will now cost me $700 out of pocket and of course the person who made the lease agreement is no longer there.It was an error on your behalf. Any good business would offer something to keep a loyal customer but you didnt really give to craps and told me to have a nice day.

I cannot say enough great things about this dealership. I just had the third set of tires put on my truck. One truck I no longer own, my wifes, and my new truck. Not only was it the best price I could find, it is the best service. My truck needed some repairs when I brought it in, it was addressed, taken care of, and done promptly. I cant speak for the dealership only the collision repair. Progessive sent me here because they were certified repair shop. What a mistake I made, should have known, when no one called before starting repairs. They scratched the original parts while buffing the new part and left the scratches. Instead of buffing the rest of the vehicle to blend it. Also cracked the new headlight installing it and left it. Finally the part they reused the mud flap is now loose and can be pulled off the car. Mabey you will have a better experience but if you have another option I suggest taking it.

We had a terrible experience with the body shop. I scheduled an appointment for some cosmetic bodywork. We dropped the car off on Sunday and were told it would be ready by Friday. On Friday, I was told that they couldn’t get to it because of other work that came in that was more urgent than mine. I asked if they could get to it on Monday or Tuesday and they said they would “call me”. I called them on Tuesday and they said that they would not be able to get to it and that I should pick up my car. This is the worst “customer service” I have ever received. I wasted my time and I was without my car for a week and a half for nothing. I will never attempt to do business with this company again.
My mustang was here for some warranty work and the service department was excellent. Good communication, a nice loaner for the length of the repair, and no hassle. I definitely wouldnt hesitate to go back.

The Sales Staff at the store where fine. However they need to be more clear on pricing and we waited hours to pick up our car. When we questioned the General Manager, Ryan, on one issue he got very rude and said then dont buy the car. I guess they really dont care if they sell cars.

Dont expect to get your best deal here. They have a no haggle price that I found to be $1500 higher than what I was willing to spend. Their General Manager Ryan was condescending and disrespectful of my time and unprofessional.

Review Dick Brantmeier Ford Lincoln Kia:I have had the most unpleasant experience with this dealership.I dont know why or how customers are rating this dealership at anything more than a negative (-). I doubt that they merit such reviews. I will not be surprised that they actually pay people to do these reviews for them which is highly unethical but may mean nothing to them. I am however convinced that they will do such just to boost their reputation and get some sales which they are not good at.Customer service, I will give a -10.My experience with this dealership was simply nothing to write home about. Simply put, they are able to sell you a car when everything goes according to their own terms and conditions. They will NEVER bend for you or care to see how they can help except they will benefit from you by selling something.If you are calling from outside the country, PLEASE, do NOT think about these guys!That is my little piece of advice!

One star because you can’t pick zero. On Friday night, my wife and I saw a vehicle online that we wanted to go see. We sent an online inquiry to see if it was available, but since it was late, we also called the following morning and were able to set up an appt. to test drive it immediately. We got the kids in the car and drove a half hour to go see it. As we were pulling into the dealership, we saw the vehicle we were coming to look at. Inside, we were greeted by a sales rep who told us he tried to call because the vehicle is under recall (lie #1) and they had to send it to a different location (lie #2) to get it fixed. He asked how far we drove and I said about a half hour and his response was “okay, that’s not so bad.” Ummm, excuse me, we have a 2 and 3-year-old and my wife 8 months pregnant. Anyway, we looked at our phones and did not have any voicemails from him stating the vehicle was not available. The location he told us they sent the vehicle to was about 15 minutes away so we asked if we could drive over there to at least look at it, even if we couldn’t test drive it. After all, we already had our two small children out and about to see this vehicle. We walked outside to leave and we walked over to the vehicle we saw when we were driving in, as we were sure that was it and IT WAS. It was sitting right on their lot the entire time and they were sending us to a different location to go see it. We went back inside to tell them we found it on their lot and they looked at us dumbfounded. The rep finds the keys so we can look at it and goes into a story about the touch screen not working and that was the recall. You can view all recalls by VIN online and we knew this vehicle didnt have any recalls. The rep says he will call back with an update (lie #3). We looked at the vehicle and it was a complete mess – basically it was not ready to show customers and they tried to lie their way out of it so we wouldn’t see it.We get home and an hour later another rep calls because he saw our online inquiry and said “Great news, the vehicle you inquired about is available and ready for IMMEDIATE DELIVERY.” (lie #4). I almost LOST IT.We happily purchased a different vehicle from another dealership.*UPDATE* We received a communication very quickly about this review and discussed the situation over the phone. I was very happy with their concern about our treatment and their solution to our disservice.
Horrible dealership! My parents just purchased a used Ford Taurus. They found multiple issues with the vehicle that were not disclosed on the Buyers Guide state law requires this. Sales manager was rude & unprofessional. Would not fix the problems. Also spoke with the owner Rick. Getting away with selling vehicles illegally! Would not recommend this dealership! Zero stars! The picture i added shows how they treat your vehicle! Grease & dirt all over
The dealer had a nice kept vehicle priced rather fairly and had communicated well during our time together.A couple of concerns on the delivery of the vehicle that I think they could have handled with more attention:1). No second key was provided to us and we found that out after the deal was consummated. How they only had one when two are provided to the original owner or leasing agent and should have been turned in to this dealer or the dealer knowing this should have made keys. They cost $100+ and would have been a negotiating point.2). The car was from Michigan where front license plates aren’t required and in the time they had it they didn’t put on the front license plate bracket. They didn’t have one in stock either to put it on before I drove away. Have to go back to Sheboygan (40 miles) to get it put on. Should have been done up front.3). There was no owners manual in the glovebox. They caught that and are ordering me a new book but again these are the real simple “blocking and tackling” things that should be done.The dealership will deliver all of these things except #1 which I will handle as it was outside the deal. Just inconvenient to have to follow up on these items that should have been done ahead of time.Again the car was immaculate and priced fairly. All folks were nice and treated us well. Daughter loved the cookies!3 of 5 stars.
We just got home from one of our best experiences of buying a car.....at Brantmeier Ford in Sheboygan, WI, salesman, Mike Stolzmann.. We were greeted politely every time we entered the building and the staff that helped in our purchase were pleasant and concerned that we were informed and happy. From the onset, Mike, was courteous and prompt with answers to our questions. He was never pushy and listened to our needs and tried hard to match us up with a vehicle we would be happy with. Our search lasted over a week and involved several dealers. During that time, Mike answered our emails promptly and adjusted his schedule to meet our needs. We were shown around the premises and were impressed with their service department also. We would definitely recommend purchasing your next vehicle at Brantmeier.....and ask for Mike!

Both quotes came in around $280-300, almost half of what Brantmeier quoted us (including diagnostics, etc.) Not sure how their quote is so far off from others. Seems fishy to me, but already okayed the work. Will definitely be more cautious in future.Havent even had my vehicle serviced yet (tomorrow!), but the customer service I received discussing my vehicles issue and a recall repair with Mike at Brantmeier Ford was far superior than any other dealership Ive ever worked with. Every other dealership, including the one we BOUGHT the vehicle from only 6 months ago, just kept giving me the run around. Until I contacted Brantmeier. Looking forward to getting everything fixed tomorrow!!!
Took my vehicle to the body shop over a month ago. They took pictures and said they were busy and would call to make a appointment for the repairs. I have had to call him twice to make an appointment and still do not have a appointment set up. I have now talked with a supervisor. Taking my vehicle somewhere else. Not messing around with these guys any more. I should not be the one calling you.Especially twice to make a appointment and still not have one.
Nate was helpful and had a lot of knowledge and when he would not the answer he asked same one, in the end i was every happy with the over all experience with Nate Ahrens and Brantmeier as a dealership.
Made arrangements to travel from Michigan to Wisconsin to buy a used car from this dealership, and yet they proceeded to sell the car out from under me the day before. I lost my non-refundable hotel room reservations for my drive to Wisconsin because they couldnt honor an agreement. What a disappointment in this dealers lack of trustworthiness, respect for customers time and money, and just common courtesy.

I drove two hours to this dealership for a car ive been searching for that they had in stock. I had the sales person Jeff Close in the used car department, he was awesome!!! He had the car pulled up waiting at the front for me. I liked it and after the test drive I told him ill take it. Jeff was very helpfull and if you asked ihim something and he wasnt sure he made sure to find out. He prepped the car for me and filled the tank with gas.
