This store has terrible customer service. The associate answered the phone then told me to come into the store for the information she could give me over the phone. I have AT&T and wouldnt even be calling this raggedy place but to help a relative. Zero stars is more fitting.

Went in to port my number. Quick and simple. The longest part was me getting my acct info. Very pleased!

Ever month when I try to pay my bill there closed always have a bunch of papers stating were close per corp. sorry for your inconveniences you can call my metro well its another inconvenience so I have to travel to Gaffney SC to pay my bill which is like walking into the sun after leaving a cave Im descussed with the Shelby office although the staff is useful WHEN OPEN.

These folks have went above and beyond to help me with any problem that has ever came up. I just want to say thanks I think yall are great!

I love metro PCs. We have been with them over a year I bought a case for my phone maybe 2 weeks ago it broke, the lady didnt look at my receipt or update it in the computer. She told me to grab one and just go. Well not even a week later the plastic has now broken on my new one. They will not exchange it so in stuck with a broke case unless I wanna buy another one at $29.00. customer service needs improvement bad

Service was good but yall just had to go team up with the sorriest phone company out there... bad decision because Tmobile absolutely sucks and now so does my service. I never have a signal and I dont get voicemails til 3 days later. Customer service at this location is great, my issue is specifically with the merger

Workers were rude..not very helpful. Terrible service. You you go in to pay your bill. They will help. But if you have a problem with your phone. They say the cant help you. One even told me I had to go to another metro dealer because I purchase my phone there. Never answer phone..it always goes to a full mailbox. They try to tell it it was saying that because they were on the phone. I highly do not recommend this company at all.

I have had a couple of problems and they were taken care of immediately. The Metro Pcs over in Shelby, Nc has helped Me get through problems i could not have solved on My own. Briana is the smiling face of that location and She is very knowledgeable and knows Her job very well! You get great service at an affordable price! Thanks Metro!

We tried this out when they were running the 4 lines for $100 and quickly switched carriers. All 4 lines for the majority of the time had no service.

Stopped in the shelby nc store to pay a friends bill music was very loud and Staff was not friendly at all one of the 2 Reps was screaming on the phone over the music at someone about a ticket they got because the tint was too dark on her car, the other young lady had a problem having to wait on a customer the told me she would get in trouble for giving me change....Truly Amazed my friend is definitely changing to a new cell carrier

Great place friendly staff a young lady named Briana helped me I heard someone refer to her as the manager definitely a polite young lady knew all the answers and had me in an out the door I look forward to doing business with them an will refer family and friends

Friendly staff, but usually a long wait just to pay a bill. I have had to make several trips back because both clerks were busy activating phones( which is a long process). Maybe they need someone to collect payments only.

One worker was so rude she made my wife cry...I dont know why she was like that towards her,she always flirts with & is super friendly to me,gave me a free phone case even,guess its a jealousy issue,but,hey be professional,We will switch companies next month,sorry, notice all the positive reviews are men????Guess it depends on your gender & looks,smh,my wife has been a Sunday school teacher,a girl scout leader & a vetran(her mom has cancer),she is beautiful in her imperfection,Congradulations on hurting her,she has PTSD & cried for 2 days...we have been praying for her every night since
