My husband went to the Shelby store to by a new I Phone. Ty waited on him. She provided little or no assistance. She told him toTake it home to pair the two phones. That did not work. He lost his pics and had to manually put his phone numbers in. He purchased a screen protector that she put on for him. This morning he noticed it was cracked. Less than 24 hours later it was cracked. He did not cause any trauma to the phone.. not happy

My family of three came back to cricket because of the great services. We all have IPhones and they were useless with Spectrums horrible services…. We are glad to be back home with cricket and Steve the associate is the Best…..

This store was great. One of their workers named Gil ( hope I got his name right) was very helpful. He was able to answer my questions and helped me walk out with a brand new phone. It was such an easy process, felt like I was on there for 10 min. Will definately come here again. Thanks cricket!

Now this experience was a nightmare. Me and my wife go in to have our numbers and phones changed over from Metro PCS to Cricket. Young lady behind the counter transports the numbers before she unlock the phones. Well, when this happens, you can no longer unlock the phone because youre no longer on metro pcss books is having a phone. So this young lady has transported two numbers from two different phones, but we cannot get the phones unlocked so therefore the phones are worthless. After about a month a fighting with Cricket Wireless over the issue, the manager finally made a transaction right, but we still had to buy two phones. (Which were discounted) but we should have never had to buy the phones at all. Just a bad experience overall and I cannot wait to transfer out of cricket the somewhere else.

Unman and Paige were incredible today they provided excellent and fast customer service. I would suggest anyone who is wanting service to come to this location! Ask for unman or paige!
