WOW. These folks saved us! We got a flat on our travel trailer right around 4:30pm and showed up, they had a tire for replacement and even took the time to help us install it even though they were completely booked, I’m talking’ SLAMMED. Gabe was especially helpful and put the biggest smile on our faces, getting us set up and out the door all within half an hour. Thanks so much!! Definitely recommend this place and it’s employees.

I was unable to find anywhere that could so the alignment same day for my trailblazer, but these folks not only did it, but when an issue was found made every effort to get the parts, fix the issue and saved me money!!! Always had a great job done at one of the top 5 best prices in town. Understand they do great business, and lots of business means they are busy, so sometimes a speedy job isnt the best job. But highly recommended.

Awesome Place! Im currently in the process of getting a repair done there on my back suspension, and unfortunately the part they received for my car was wrong when I went there last Saturday so they couldnt perform the repair. I know things happen so I shrugged it off and left to wait for them to call me this week when the part came in. However, halfway through town the back tire started making a noise and I got worried so I brought the vehicle back and asked them to check out the tire they took off to make sure its tight or whatever. I wasnt sure if it was an coincidence or an accident (things happen). They said sure (wasnt upset at all) and ended up fixing the tire after they found an big bolt in it (which I happened to get sometime after I left there), which means it was not their fault, but they still fixed it, got me back on the road, and didnt charge me.This is the type of service you dont get anymore. I dont even live in Shelbyville, but I can tell you, I will drive my 18 to 20 miles there for now on to have my car serviced by them because they act like they care, and the other times I been there everything has been done so well and in a timely manner.So I recommend anybody needing car work done or tires, come here. Even if you dont live in town, you wont be sorry. Prices are more then fair, usually cheaper then competitors (in all cases so far for me).Do yourself a favor and have your auto needs done here. NO places that repair cars has impressed me so much in short amount of time.A++ business for sure.

Mom and Pop feel. They had my skid steer tires in stock and had it done same day. Price per tire was the same as online retailers if you included mounting and balancing.

Called before hand on a Saturday . Had a rough Friday night and needed a new tire . Our family has a busy schedule and they had me in and out within 2 hours ! Keep in mind they are only open until 12 on Saturday and had plenty of people in front of me !

Tires were done in a timely fashion but the night before I called to get new tires and get an alignment for my car. When I was called up to pick my car they told me that alignment was needed soon. I was confused because the was one of the reasons I came in. Alignment was never done. Overall the people there were nice, but wasnt impressed with the fact that they didnt do the alignment.

I always go there for tires and they are my 1st choice for any automotive repair that Im not comfortable with. Good people, great service and always treated me fair.

Have had a general good experience in the past with them. However, I recently had a pulley replaced that soured in less than 2 weeks after repair. Come to find out, the old pulley that broke, had been put back on my truck after being swapped out with another. I didnt want to believe it, but I have the part in hand, that came off of my truck, and its the same busted one that was supposed to be replaced the last time. Thankfully I took it to an actual military friendly place that cares about its customers and not making a quick buck.

Didnt have my tire

I had a screw in the middle of the driver rear tire. They were busy and said it would be about an hour and 45 minutes. They had the tire repaired (they patched it versus plugging it) and I was back on the road in the time they estimated. The price was fair and the service great. Highly recommend Shelby Tire & Auto.

Today might have been an off day because the other times Ive been in, Ive gotten great service. Dropped car off at 8:30 am for new tires and told it would be an hour and a half. Picked car up at 3:30 pm. I called twice during the day to check on things. Could have been compensated for my inconvenience of not having a car all day at work. Ill be back but maybe keep things like this in mind.

I’ve remotely purchased two sets of truck tires and front tires for a tractor from Shelby Tire. Earlier today amidst the COVID crisis, I stopped in for a broken valve stem that they replaced for free. With a six foot perimeter taped off and sanitized pens at the ready, they were doing everything possible to protect and get me moving down the road once more. Thank you!

Only two hours out of town and already had mysterious issues with our beloved Excursion. Luckily the boys at Shelby were only a 5 mile u turn away. Cheapest tires in Central Indiana they have another one in Indianapolis but right after I paid 230 for one tire I found a decent used one for 60 bucks on eBay I just needed to get it balanced and aligned

I do most of my own auto repair but when I run into something i just cant do. I come here to Shelby Tire. I have been bringing my families vehicles here for the 18 years that I have lived in Shelby county and have not been disappointed with the quality of their work or the price. They have maintained a quality workforce over the years and they have stayed working there and you develop trusting relationships with them and they know your vehicles. I would highly recommend them for your repair needs.

This is a long established tire store in town. They have good prices on their tires and labor. They can get your vehicle in quickly and have it back out the door for you in a short time. The staff seems knowledgeable and willing to help with your tire needs. They can also do minor auto repairs such as oil changes, brake jobs, and radiator flushes.

They always take do a good job and take care of me. I never feel like they are trying to take advantage of me being a woman and suggesting silly things that my car does not need. They do what I ask them and dont push for more

I was traveling through Indiana and my van had an electrical problem. I stopped in and explained that I needed to get to North Carolina that evening. They got me right in and replaced my alternator and I was back on the road in no time. I wish I could recommend Shelby Tire and Auto to all my friends, but I am sure its too far for them to travel. They lost a VERY frequent customer. I just bought brand new rotors, then took my car in to have a tire seal fixed, and they torqued the tire back on with an impact and bent the rotor. I then SNAPPED a regulation-strength tire iron trying to remove a lug. I called with the intention of returning and giving the store another chance if they would just tighten my tires by hand, but they told me that the impact couldnt have hurt the rotor because they use torque sticks. I even didnt want a refund, I just wanted them to fix this problem to save other customers.Let me briefly explain something that can be discovered with a few seconds of research: A torque stick rated to 100 ft-lbs does NOT mean that your impact will then output 100 ft-lbs. The torque stick is calibrated to a certain size and strength of impact, and then drops the torque to a certain ratio of the original. If the test impact was rated for 300 ft-lbs and youre using a 1000 ft-lb tool, youre actually outputting over 330 ft-lbs even with your 100 ft-lb torque stick.This. Bends. Rotors.I intended to return without even asking for a refund, but I cant afford to replace my rotors every time I visit here, and apparently they know how tools work better than I do. Unfortunately theyve lost a frequent customer, and I will go out of my way to prevent my family and friends from having their vehicles damaged as well.

Obviously they sell tires new tires used tires old tires its not a bad place to get your tires changed things like 15 bucks that have one taken off of one put on I would say too bad and they get her done pretty fast I recommend them if you need Tire work or tires go check them out but I would go to petites first he he he if youre looking for a used tire
