Every time I’ve ever went in they are out of Reese’s ice cream for the Reese’s layered sundae. That’s no exaggeration either. Why have an item on the menu if you never have it? Even hot fudge sundaes they are constantly out of nuts and ingredients. Just close this location down, the employees are rude as well.

All ice cream weve tried has been really good in both flavor and texture. But some of the staff are friendly while others wont even smile or greet you. Sadly, they were advertising ice cream that theyd run out of and not getting more in stock of, even though there are two weeks left in the month.

Great flavors, clean, and friendly service! Even being crowded, the lone server was being very attentive and on top of things.

The ice cream here is very tasty, and, of course there are always 31 flavors to choose from! The store is always clean each time Ive been in there. The employees have always been courteous as well. There are a few tables inside if you want to eat there as well as a few tables outside for when the weather is nicer. My only complaint would be that the parking is a little tight in this shopping area but that is not the fault of Baskin Robbins.

Worked was on the cell phone. Didnt know how to fix a peanut butter hot fudge shake. So got a banana split and had a hair in it. She never tried to make it right also ask for no nuts and there were plenty of nuts on it

If you want a laugh order a milkshake here. Theyll bring you a glass of milk with a teaspoon of icecream floating on top. Some kind of genius costcutting measure from management I guess.

They did not have the flavor my daughter hoped for (watermelon). At this time they are not giving out samples, bummer!

I called they answered said we close at 9pm, even though website says 10pm, but thats fine. Get there 8:54pm doors locked. Very upset.

Best ice cream! I rarely get anything other than a scoop but I have tried their sundaes and shakes. They are delicious and if I was going to indulge like that it would be from here.

Awesome staff and selection! Actually stopped at location in Franklin and the difference was embarrassing for WilCo! This location always has friendly staff, clean store, and great selection. Dont miss out on this local gem!

Ive been here several times, now apparently they changed their hours. I can understand changing with the seasons however the website and the posted sign next to the door doesnt match and THEY ARE CLOSED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS BEFORE EITHER POSTED CLOSE TIMES. Walking to a business only to find it closed BEFORE its closing time really sucks, I guess in the future Ill have to take my business elsewhere...

Why would yalla get rid of one of your most popular ice cream flavors. I have went for the last 4 weeks straight trying to get strawberry cheesecake an now they inform me they no longer have that flavor. Im not happy. I wish I could get ahold of corporate to see if they can bring it back. I really cant believe this.

NEED A 0 STAR OPTION. I will NEVER spend any money at baskin robbins again not even an icecream cone. Not even at the one in Nurfreesboro either. First off, their listening skills and comunication is NONEXISTENT. My husband ordered me an icecream cake for my birthday. He ordered it a week and a half in ADVANCE and PAID for it that day. He clearly communicated to them that he wanted a large cake that can feed 12 to 16 people, he asked for mint chocolate chip icecream, with a chocolate cake, and chocolate icing. They wrote down everything he said like it wasnt a problem and they could do everything he wanted. He asked for white lillies on the cake and yellow trim around the bottom. Again they wrote down everything he said like it wouldnt be a problem. He paid 35 dollars for this cake the day he ordered it. They never gave him a reciept for when he ordered it or when he picked up. My birthday comes along (which was yesterday) my husband goes to pick up the cake. He recieves a TINY CAKE that feeds 8 people, YELLOW CAKE, YELLOW icing, daisies on it and not lillies, with chocolate icecream not mint chocolate chip. EVERYTHING ON THE CAKE INSIDE AND OUT IS WRONG. We paid for a large cake and recieve a tiny one. I call immediately as soon as my husband comes back with the cake before we even bother to cut into it. There was no manager in the store, the manager would not be in, the girl there was clueless offered no solutions to all the problems, even wrote down my number wrong (again no listening skills). Tells me she will call the manager and tell the manager to call me and couldnt guarantee that it would be by that day. So I call cooperate with the number that is on the box. They are more sincere, actually listen, and tell me that they will contact the franchise owner of that location and tell him whats going on and that it is time sensitive. (Again because it was my birthday and we had guests there and a tiny completely incorrect cake) The owner never contacted me or called me back, the manager of the store ends up calling me back 2-3 hours later. All the manager does is ARGUE WITH ME ABOUT WHAT WE ORDERED. AND EVEN LIES TO ME AND TELLS ME we dont carry chocolate icing. All we have is regular icing, we could put food coloring in it to make it brown but thats it which i know is a lie because we see chocolate cakes with chocolate icing in their freezer all the time. And chocolate icing is a pretty basic baking component. She continues to argue with me about what we ordered and what they have available in the store. Again, no communication skills because if they had discussed this with my husband when he ordered it he would have worked with them on what his options were, instead of just writing down everything he asked for like it wasnt a problem. She also tried to tell me they dont have a cake that feeds 12-16 people. They have a cake that feeds 8 people or a cake that feeds 16-24 people. And that my husband specifically asked for half a slab no he didnt, again with the lies. My husband is no cook and does not know terms like half a slab or a whole slab BUT THEN says we have a round cake that feeds 12-16 people OK! I know my husband didnt specifically ask for half a slab and that he wouldnt care if the cake was round or square! HE CLEARLY ASKED FOR A CAKE THAT FEEDS 12 TO 16 PEOPLE. The manager spouts off more bullcrap, STILL does not offer any solutions to the problem, says she will talk to the person who took our order and hangs up!!! And the owner STILL HAS NOT CALLED ME EITHER!! We will NEVER EVER in our ENTIRE LIFETIME EVER give baskin robbins any of our money again!! My husband ended up going to walmart and buying ANOTHER icecream cake, that was cheaper and bigger than the one we recieved from baskin robbins, just so we would have enough cake for all our guests. Moral of the story people, you will be a thousand times better off going to walmart, kroger, or dairy queen for any of your icecream or cake/icecream cake needs! Dont get over charged just to recieve bullcrap that you didnt order or ask for.

Can not resist their ice cream even after all these years it is still the Gold standard . I don’t indulge as much as I used to health reasons being the cause but when I do they are the ones I always choose .
