This place use to be awesome ever since new ownership the donuts are trash. Glaze donuts dont even have glaze on them, thought it was a one time thing, boy was I wrong. The pigs in the blanket have the most awful smell and taste. Its just not the same and its a waste of money.

Give them another chance... no coffee at 8:55 AM just weird . I am sure they dont want to make a new pot and not sell it. I get that and always try to support small business. I suggested they get a Keurig .. Great donuts but don’t expect coffee after 9:30 AM . Second time trying this place and they clean the pots and don’t make another batch. Donuts without coffee is like... suppose I can make an extra stop and get great coffee at Dunkin

I love donuts has the best donuts in town! They are not greasy they are always always fresh. And they have sausage rolls and a lot of other things for breakfast lunch and dinner my only problem with them is I wish they were open later during the day! Haha

I go here often and lady with short blonde hair is always super nice but recently I came in and placed an order, and the older lady with glasses was just sitting on her phone not paying any attention to customers. The nice lady was putting my order together when the woman on her phone rudely jumped in front of her and insisted on taking over, huffed and said “I got it”. Then when I corrected the donut she was grabbing (I wanted a different flavor) she rolled her eyes at me! Very awkward experience. The short haired lady apologized after I made a remark on the other woman’s behavior. I’m a consistent customer but if this behavior happens again I will not be coming back!!!

They have the best donuts in town! I’ve brought them to work in Lewisburg and they love them. The pigs in the blanket are amazing too! Gail is always professional and polite.

I never got to the donuts so I cant comment on them, but I can certainly account for the very poor customer service I received. I did not catch the name of the woman with whom I interacted; however, she was rude, indignant, and disrespectful. She incorrectly filled my order from the start and it just went down hill from there. I attempted to work with her on resolving the issue and I quickly realized it was impossible. Finally, after giving me yet another incorrect order--which she slammed down on the counter--I chose to take my business elsewhere.

I must have walked in at the wrong moment...I never got a friendly Hello even after I said good morning. I did say I wasnt sure what I wanted so she walked off and started making more coffee. Now when I walked in she was sitting down playing on her phone, she obviously had time to do coffee before I walked in. Still I have yet to hear her voice, I made my decision and heard is that all? I said yes and handed her my card. She said there was a minimum to charge my card. I decided to change my order to nothing, I felt I was keeping her from something important and declined to purchase my choice. I walked towards the door and wished her a joyous day, it wasnt very joyous for me walking in there

I went to I Love Donuts today and was extremely surprised at how much better their donuts were than Dunkin Donuts or Krispy Kreme! I will absolutely never order from another donut company for as long as I Love Donuts is around. As a plus, the people working when I went in were exceptionally polite.

Was my familys favorite donuts even over Krispy Kreme but they changed the oil they are cooked in and taste different. Also, the store smells heavily of the oil when you walk in. Wish they would go back to the original way
