I cannot say enough about this business. Gary is outstanding, I took 4 shotguns in to be fitted all requiring new recoil pads. I had one for the range and 3 for the field, one of guns has an English stock. Gary took the time to explain how this will fit a bit differently ( first shotgun of this type for me ) in relation to what he needed to do. The short of it they all fit and look great.Question, did my shooting improve ? I have had two experiences shooting at the range and just back from a wild pheasant hunt.Answer to the question YES, some harvested pheasant and lots of busted clays.Gary, thank you your the best

Very professional and personable. I had a very good experience every time I visited Curly Wolf Guns. The best part of my entire experience is that Gary took the time to sit me down and explain to me how everything works and why each piece is necessary or not. That man is an encyclopedia of information! Every time I spoke to Erika to schedule an appointment she was very polite and they could get me in the next day. I would highly recommend this gun smith to anyone and everyone.

I have previously written a five star review on Curly Wolf Guns and Gunsmithing. I figured it needed a bit of a update, Gary and Erika are very knowledgeable and welcoming every time I call. Gary has great answers to every question I have asked over the couple of years Ive known him. Erika is awesome she definitely makes that extra effort to get you into the shop for a visit. This business is the best in my opinion and Im happy to do business with them. I just wish I had more business for them on a regular basis.

Curly Wolf just completed a refurbishment of my Henry .22mag applying Gun Coat to the barrel and receiver and adding gold coloring to the barrel printing. It turned out amazing, the quality and finish are outstanding. Gary and Erika were also very helpful with information on products to maintain the finish and care of the gun. I highly recommend this Gunsmith.

Gary and Erica are very friendly and helpful. Scheduled appointments allows for Gary to otherwise work interrupted and allows the customer plenty of time to ask questions and also get suggestions and ideas.Gary is a wealth of information and unlike many other gunsmiths, has the knowledge, expertise, and equipment and tools to build pretty much everything.I will be back.

Gary and Erika always go the extra step, and they always provide old school, value added service. Another benefit is that gunsmith Gary is a consummate teacher, so not only does he fix/repair/upgrade/build your firearm, he also shows you, and tells you, how exactly everything works (or doesnt work). Gary specializes in giving brand new guns the fine tooth comb treatment - I am always amazed at his keen observation of potential problems (and solutions) with even brand new firearms. The staff at Curly Wolf a very knowledgeable about the maintenance, repair, and manufacturering of any firearm you might own.I personally had a particularly tough case with a firearm that had long since been discontinued and manufacturer was out of business. They made a new parts from scratch and got my firearm fully functioning.

GW and Erika are great people to deal with! Customer service is their focus through clear communication and understanding. GW is extremely knowledgeable and willingly shares his knowledge. This place is probably the best gun shop in Western Washington. I completed an FFA transfer with Curly Wolf. The gunsmith is very knowledgeable. It is much more friendly than your typical gun shop. In contrast with my experience with another guns shop in the area which would not even let me see their guns, GW let me look at and even hold probably half the guns he had. He even let me hold his rather expensive Springfield muzzle loader.This place completed the transfer free of charge compared to a lot of other places which will charge 30$-80$ for the same thing. This place however is not trying to cheat Uncle Sam out of his money( like some not-so-wise FFls might try to do), so you should be prepared to pay the sales tax (8.5%).It should be noted however that this place is not a run of the mill gun shop per se. Its main business is creating and servicing guns for people not so much selling them. But is is still a great place to order with since they will only charge 50$ above wholesale.The name is kinda ironic because Curly Wolf means a person who is difficult to get along with . The owners of curly wolf; however, are not difficult to get along with at all.All in all whatever this business is trying to do to please its costumers. It is working because I am very likely to do business with curly wolf in the future.
