I wanted to share my great experience I had with PC Investments with you all. I found my dream truck and worked with Mike the salesman who was able to answer ALL my questions and even took additional photos for me. We haggled a little on the price but I totally felt I was getting a good deal. Next I worked with Shanita, she was professional and understanding that I was a little frustrated at getting my truck delivered, across several states, but understood that finding drivers at this time of year was a little challenging. Next I worked Ruri who walked me through each step from departure to its arrival. It sounds kind of goofy, almost like the coming of a new born, this truck was my baby. Anyway, the truck came with one little problem. After just one crank of the motor starting, it didn’t want to start again. After getting it diagnosed and repaired I shared this with both Shanita and Mike, it needed a new starter. They quickly asked me to send them a picture of the bill, then replied with, “We want to pay for the repair”!Who does that type of service anymore?
