Arrived at 4:30 and was told by a lady coming out that she could not help us because it was after 5:00 and the register was closed even though store hours say 6:00. She was carrying out strollers and obviously didn’t care about making a sale. Locked the door and left us sitting in the parking lot. We made a special trip to find a Merle Norman for a present. So make sure if you want help go early before it’s even close to closing time!! We went an hour and a half early and apparently that wasn’t enough!

How do you make any money if your never open have gone there for years you just never know i think i have had enough anyone know a good makeup to try or at least were a new Merle Norman store is located .

Dont believe the business hours posted online. I got there at 5:06, the hours online said they were open 10-6. Lights were on, sign said open, door was open. When I walked in the woman behind the counter informed me they were in fact closed. Ive had good experience with Merle Normans in other towns; in fact any of the women Ive dealt with in the past wouldve processed my purchase before leaving, especially if I had shown up when they were in the middle of closing up shop a full hour early.
