Buying was great and delivery, but my mattress is breaking down. I reported this 3 + weeks ago white photos as well as proof of discovery card payment to the main people with no reply. I keep getting told it will be made right every timeI call by one guy. I have a bad back and wake with back pain. I told them I would pay a difference. Still no word. I bought it on March 13, 2021

We were able to get an excellent mattress for a great price! The staff was very informative and helpful. She also showed us only the mattresses within our price range. She was not pushing a sale onto us. It was a really relaxed environment. She made sure we were able to get everything we needed from our mattress. We love it!

I purchased my mattress and adjustable base from them back in Late October of 2020, received everything in about a week! Good on that end. Started having troubles with my adjustable base a few months later and was told I could get a battery replacement. That was 2 months ago and Im still currently waiting. I went up to the store about a month ago to get it fixed, was told I would receive the part needed in the mail, nothing.

If you are looking to purchase a bed this is where I recommend. John worked with us and made sure we got our bed cheaper then anywhere around. Depending on what you and if its in stock you may have to wait a little bit for it to arrive but the amount you save is well worth it! I hope the price I paid was fair as it seemed like it was because every few minutes Lisa would come up with a deal for me! She was super nice and sweet but kind of a crazy lady to ask me to take time out of MY day to correct my review that I found to be accurate. Just like I had to take the time out of my day to figure out why the HELL my mattress wasn’t ready the time I was told it would be. The “owner” then told me it would take ANOTHER day or two for it to arrive. After paying another visit to the store and wasting more time out of my day I was told I could actually drive 40 minutes to pick it up myself. VERY PROFESSIONAL.

We had a great experience buying a new bed. My mother has had a very bad experience from mattress plus. She was supposed to have received her mattress on May 18,2020 and here we are going on to about a month later and nothing. I called and they promise my mom it would be delivered to her on June 14,2020 And they fail once again. Her mom and 80+ years old I talk to the employee yesterday and she told me she was very sorry that she would have it out June 14,2020. John my mom does not speak very good English but y’all should not take advantage of her. I was also told why hasn’t she been up there to get the mattress? My question is why would she go if she paid y’all to deliver it to her.

I do not even know where to begin!? Weve had the best experience at mattresses plus more, that were just stunned! So if youre like my husband and I, that just want to go in to a mattress store and be able to lay on a few beds without being harassed then this is the store for you! All we wanted to do is just test out a few beds, lay on some and decide which feels best to us without having a sales person basically talk our ear off about why that particular bed we layed on is so great! Because science proved that this or that happens with this bed and bla bla bla, we really do not care about that technical stuff we just want to lay on the bed and see if it meets our needs of comfortability, thats it! At this mattress store we were greeted by the amazing Mrs. Lisa, who is so friendly and not pushy or harassing at all! She let my husband and I, lay on any of the beds and we would ask questions that we might have had and she would answer any of them. It literally felt like just hanging out and relaxing on a bed at a friends house. Lisa was able to work out all the details for us in terms of payment arrangements/financing and it was super painless and easy. Ultimately we got the most expensive bed because we were long overdue for a new bed and comfort was really important to us. However the bed we got is worth every penny! Its the most comfortable bed weve ever slept on and since it has fans built in the bed, no more hot, sweaty uncomfortable nights for us!! Now we have a reason to look forward to going to bed. Exceptional experience, and customer service at this store! We would highly recommend anyone looking for a bed that wants an easy, hassel free experience to go here!! The best in town! I laid on the mattress and OHH MY GOODNESS I was automatically SOLD. John is a good business owner and John will not sell you just anything.
