Call last night ask for gate to be put up it was the last dog crate Jesse was awesome said that he was tagged it for me and all I had to do was ask for it this morning. Walk-in greeted by Renee check with the back they brought it up. And a very kind gentleman asked if I needed assistance taking it out because it was a bit heavy exceptional customer service Ill be back

At the store in Sherman the employees are great, but the general manager is rude and incompetent. After experiencing him I will not be shopping there again.

They have great tools at great prices. I purchased a mesh tarp for a fraction of the cost at other stores.

Great place to find tools that are a little cheaper. With everything you get what you pay for. But the staff is great and the selection is pretty good also. And like I said the prices are cheaper.

Economical. Prices and quality vary in comparison with other tool sellers. Cheap tools can be found here, but expect the quality of those tools to be short lived.

Not for women!!!! Steer clear unless you want to be bored. Its great if you need tools and such but, really its a mans disneyland.

They are having issues getting certain merchandise on a consistent basis, and I was told theyve decided to stop their 20 percent off first item coupon. If they consistently cant get products, have less selection than the competition on what they do have, and now arent any cheaper; theres not much draw to shop here anymore. Maybe the company will work some of that out, time will tell. Im not through, Im just questioning their business model moving forward.

Excellent selection for a great price. There are some things that its worth spending a little more, elsewhere, but for the basics, it cant be beat. More front end help would benefit the long lines that sometimes occur, but overall its a well run store.

Great prices for cheaply made tools. The men employed are great when addressing my questions the women are not.

Everytime we go to the Harbor Freight in Durant Okla. with our coupons they are out of 2 out of 4 items. They tell us they were getting a truck in and the items should be on it. Well maybe. Not very often is that true. We just go to Ardmore where 9 out of 10 times they have just what we need.

I got a tip from a racing friend that Harbor Freight sold a quality generator at a fair price. I went, I saw, I purchased. Very pleased. Shortly thereafter, my wife and I decided to purchase a gas poer washer. Went straight to Harbor Freight, found the same brand as the generator and purchased. Easy to prep and start, but the machine just did not perform as I thought it would. We took it back, as there is a 90 day return policy. We called beforehand, and the person on the phone was quite helpful and informative. However, when we got to the store and rolled the machine inside, a VERY unfriendly child met us with a what the hell do you think you are doing attitude. He basically accused me of buying the machine only to perform a task and then return it. He took great pleasure in informing me of a 20% restocking fee. Bad business.

Very frustrated! I called at 10:45 this morning to see if there was a product in stock. I spoke to someone and they said it was. When we went out of our way to drive over there at 2:30pm, there was a sign on the door saying they were temporarily closed for sanitation. Why was that not told to me on the phone that they were going to be closed?! Very, very poor customer service!

This is a great store well managed, all employees are kind courteous and very helpful.Having do call a manager 2ok agriculture tax exemptions holds up the checkout line and the customer checking out.Asking the customer to evaluate a product purchased before they even get home, and then asking them to fill out their email address and all their other information that you already have on file.

Get up early on labor day, drive 30 minutes to get two dollys they have on sale... both out of stock (had floor tags, no product) when they opened. Great blueprint for how to loose former repeat customers.

I just love the clothes and boots they have their for women and men and also kids! I just wish I had more money to spend there! Lol! But its also a great store that carries a wide range of things. Employees are very very helpful and kind and patient if you have questions or are taking your time trying to make a decision about something but arent sure what the best thing to do is. They usually will do there best to help you figure it out. I will definitely be a return customer.

During this time of the COVID19 pandemic I had to come here to pick up an item. As I entered the building I asked if they had sanitized the carts. I was told that they dont do that. I asked if they had the wipes and was told no and that if I did not like how they were doing things I was welcome to shop elsewhere. I will not be back.

Can only say WOW! Our story - we stopped by on Sunday to purchase a toolbox. Scooter gave me the sale price and asked me to call on Wednesday morning after truck. Called but was told it was on raincheck so I could pre-pay and receive later this month. Lo and behold, Scooter had put it in raincheck for us after truck. And to top it off, Renee found us a better coupon so we saved a little more than anticipated. Service over and above!
