The temporary hours sign is placed at your knees. Remove the FedEx signs at your face on the door and put the sign there.

Very helpful staff. They go extra miles to help older, I mean much older folks get the oversized plans printed. Also if needed, they assist in setting upScans for email. They do this for me over and over and over.

I have had several bad experiences with this store but today was the worst one. I walked in the store to try and get pick up my online order. Even though I got an email stating that my order was going to be ready at four I went in the store at 2:35 to ask if they could maybe print the three shipping labels prior to four. The lady working the printing section was very rude while responding a flat “ I can have your order ready by four“, she looked to be very unhappy with her job. Tall, bigger frame, Blonde long curly hair…ma’am you need a new job.

Worked with Julie on projects for my company and she has been great at getting us taken care of!!!! Good service and people!

My experience with USPS today highlighted exactly how great the customer service is at this location! I have obviously been taking it for granted that these guys always are friendly, helpful, go the extra mile, have free tape, and even take the time to help me save money for the company I work for. When I had to bring a box to a different FedEx facility, they printed a map out for me so I could find it! This facility has a great manager and team are awesome!

Send an order. They somehow lose the order how you lose simple word files(data) is beyond me. Won’t refund the order unless you call 800 number which is the WRONG department who handles it all. Then have to play the switch to department game. Not using ever again.

Ive been waiting for three weeks to get my package. I stayed home for they said they would be here but nope not yet.

You told my son that you were open till 6. He went to pick up his girlfriends Christmas present that you failed to deliver in two days and now youve closed early. How are you gonna tell him that he can pick up till 6 AND you were already closed at 4????
