Lady in office is wonderful, fast an friendly. Driver does a great job, county is working on our road, driver had a walk about 2 blocks to make delivery. Super nice guy.

The delivery driver wrapped my package in a plastic bag to protect it from the forecasted rain. I know it’s a simple gesture, but I was impressed and grateful that they took the time to keep my package dry when they didn’t have to.

Ordered a package last week paid for next day delivery and the dam driver was to stupid to deliver it and now Im having to drive and hour and a half to go get it from there facility. Sorriest company Ive ever had deliver

Today I had a Fed Ex Driver named Larry who couldnt deliver my package yesterday but came back today found my information and called me to get the correct information for Delivery. He already left the area when I didnt here my phone I called him back and he came back and Delivered my package. Thank you Larry for being an Awesome Delivery man and very nice to chat with, most drivers done even try to deliver. So Thank you again.

One lady that works here is friendly and helpful. However, a second lady is dismissive and condescending. I got the short end of the stick today. Only reason I am giving it more than one star is the first lady found out what the second lady did and came out to see what was going on

Ive been waiting on a package that was supposed to be here on the 7th and Ive been keeping track with the tracking number and it shows its still in the same place that its been since the 3rd and when I called him and asked him why its still there they said the package is being sorted and it will take up to 14 days to sort it before it is continued as Transit and its a lot for my work vehicle that I need so I can get it inspected I will never be using FedEx again and if I order any parts Ill make sure that they dont use FedEx or I will not order from them

They have had a package sitting on their truck since last Saturday the 13th of February and have not attempted to deliver. Claim the weather. Roads were clear Saturday the 13th and have been since the 18th of February. I have another shipment that is coming out of Sherman and going to be delivered today. This is ridiculous . I would give a negative 10 if possible.

Package out for delivery all day Saturday at end of the day. Posted I ask for special delivery on Monday. NO I DID NOT !!!! Waited as all day for package!!!!

I picked up a very important package that I need signed for and was in and out very quickly I really appreciate the great service here.

My package was over a week late and I called twice and they couldnt tell me why I hadnt received it yet.

I’m sitting in an unheated house while icicles are forming on my porch because they “delivered” my 200$+ fan motor to god knows where and I can’t afford another one.

Driver consistently drops our packages in the middle of the driveway, sometimes behind parked vehicles. Always in plain view and never on the covered patio with a camera on it. Have had several packages left in the rain 20ft from the covered front patio.

Our packages arrived and had a very strong cigarette smoke smell. The driver was smoking in the truck when he pulled up. The odor was so strong we had to leave them outside and had to wash our hands. Very dissatisfied and packages was two days late.🤬🤬🤬

Worst shipping company on the planet. They repeatedly deliver my packages to the wrong address and when I try to speak with them to sort it out I have to deal with their terrible customer service.

This place is a joke!!! Keep getting messages it will be delivered tomorrow by 4:30 already been 3 days. I hate FedEx because of this I had no other option on this order unfortunately :(

Not one, not two, not three, but about to be FOUR botched deliveries! My packages have ended up at businesses that have nothing to do with my address or name, Ive had items just never delivered at all and Ive had to get replacements *which takes time and money out of my pocket*, Ive had to go get packages that were on the truck all day, and never even attempted to be delivered *I have cameras* but were marked as such. Now I sit at 5pm and no sign of a FedEx truck on my street *trucks go back to base here around 6pm*... Im a patient woman, I worked in customer service for years and I know that there is often extenuating circumstances if something goes amiss; but four completely botched deliveries, months/weeks apart? Thats a management and oversight issue indicative of somebody not doing their job! Im done, Ive had it.

Ordered a large bed frame and the driver decided to just leave it in the middle of my yard and not on the porch. On top of that he placed the package directly on my flower pot and SMASHED IT. I’m so frustrated and no one will do anything about. I have pictures of everything including how damaged the box was and how I couldn’t even carry it in I had to open the box and bring it inside piece my piece.

On site staff are EXTREMELY rude. Repeatedly Ive watched my packages ride around and go back, FOR DAYS, bf delivery....WHY???!!! I have cameras and KNOW you were in the neighborhood, just leave my stuff and stop treating it like a tourist.

Slow delivery especially around hilltop village apts takes all night this place right down the road I think across railroad tracks sometimes they forget delivery it or one fed ex guy took mine package home with him I know cause it said deliver I never got it so the company had to replace it

FedEx marked my package as delivered, but either delivered it to the wrong address, lost it, or stole it. Sherman is the last location shown before my package disappeared. I called customer service and they opened a case and said they would call back within two hours. They didnt. I called again with my case number and they were less than helpful. I needed my package on a specific date and now I dont know if Ill get it at all. If youre considering using FedEx, use UPS, USPS, or even a carrier pigeon instead.

DO NOT USE FEDEX! Super unreliable..My review is 0 stars to be honest. I was home the entire day and they never came. Worse they stated on their website that they arrived, I wasnt home and said they left a tag saying I wasnt home. There is no tag that was left so they faked the tag number as well!! They are closed on Saturdays and do not allow the customers to come pick the package! Worst shipping service ever!

What a horrible center, my package was put in a truck twice and twice was removed from the track, supposed to be delivered the 5th, then 6th, then 8th, then now the 9th and waiting ......DO they really care about their customers ?

FedEx marked my package as delivered to my house, but either delivered it to the wrong address, lost it, or stole it. Their delivery people LIE! .Deliverygets worse with time. The last 4 deliveries were tossed into the weeds where they could be stolen, and 3 were. What happened to delivery at the house!!!!

My package was supposed to arrive Thursday, it is Saturday. Still no package. It’s been on the truck 3 times, they haven’t “attempted a delivery” just riding around with my package on their truck.

They are thieves they steal packages. Havent been about to receive my package for about 2 weeks now.

Package is 5 days late, also somehow my address randomly got changed and luckily i caught it beforehand, but they were gonna deliver my package to a whole other town!

Not even worthy of one star. Stated they left a package at my back doorway. No package but found out from a neighbor the FedEx drive left it in the middle of the yard of a house no one lives at but had someone working on it. The neighbor said the worker came to her and she directed him to mine but he didnt leave the package.

Worst service ever! I have stayed home to receive the package 3 days they said it would come and they dont show up and common other days🙄. I cant stay home everyday from work until they decide to show up. It have been a week since it was supposed to be here.I would give a 0 if I could. Now we get to drive an hour to go get it! Yay!!

Came to my door, barely rang the door bell. We yelled who is it & about the time we got to the door..he was driving off. Did leave a door tag but marked as if I wasn’t home. I stayed at home all Day to sign for my package and the sorry driver did not give us time to get to the door to get the package. I’m beyond furious right now.😡I only gave one star because I had to I order to write a review. I will never use this if I have a choice.I surely wish it was possible to not deal with Fed Ex. I had another incident. This place is amazingly terrible 😩

This is a super efficient location.

Lazy incompetent drivers. If you live in an apartment with a number above five, you can expect it to confuse the driver and they will say it doesnt exist.
