Customer service is never that great and the chicken wings were cold. Ended up tossing the majority of them in the garbage. The chicken at this location is hit and miss if its going to be hot but the pizza is always hot and fresh although it is pretty greasy. Will never purchase gas from this location

They have signs everywhere reminding you not to pump your own gas. So I waited and waited for someone to come out and pump my gas. After 10 minutes I finally went inside to see if they could have someone help me. They informed me they don’t have anyone to pump my gas even though there were three employees inside the store. They reminded me I cannot pump my own though. Horrible management, horrible service! Will not be coming here again!

Came in later in the evening with no one in the store. Cashier was sitting in a chair smoking his vape behind the counter while ‘helping’ me. Rang me up and asked if I wanted bags with my items to which I said yes. Bagged 2 of my 8 items, left me a second bag then sat back down and continued smoking his vape. I bagged the rest of my items myself at the counter then took the receipt from the register and left. As I left the cashier laughed at me to which I asked “are you laughing at me” and got no response. I have been going to this location for years and have received great service up until recently. I would review this negative stars if I could for this cashiers arrogant ( I would choose different words in person) behavior but I can only give 1 star now. I will not return to this location any longer.

Best service I have experienced in my life! All you trump supporting anti-mask people steer clear of this place because WE DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SUPPOSED “MEDICAL CONDITIONS” THAT EXEMPT YOU FROM WEARING A MASK. The manager is exceptional and all of the employees perform with nothing less than superb, outstanding work. Especially considering all the childish, entitled people that they have to deal with on a daily basis. Keep up the great work!! You have my business for life!!

Sometimes out of things you want. If you like pumping own gas place for you. Overall one of the better 7-11

If you are in a hurry don’t come here to get gas. You have to go in to just get someone to fill up your gas.

If I wasnt almost on E, I would have went somewhere else. As we are pulling in, the gas attendant shook his head and walked away. So we parked closer to where he was walking to help him out. He motioned to back up and told us we had to back up all the way to the line to the previous pump even though there was only one more car getting gas out of the 12 pumps. He was very unpleasant and acted like it wasnt his job to pump our gas. Not impressed with his service or his braided beard.

This is by far the best 711 I’ve went into. And I’ve been in a lot!I was helped today by the gentlemen with a big ol’ smile on his face, with a great attitude and a brain to match.If this wasn’t 30 miles away from home, this would be my home base 711. Thank you for your wonderful service today.

Horrible service, out of stock on items often. Would recommend stopping somewhere else if you need a convenience store.

Really expensive gas and they don’t have any swisher sweets, rillos of any kind, or wraps.If all you want is expensive gas and candy then this is your place.2 stars because the cashier was kind

Your morning girl, Lisa is amazing!! I could sit there and watch her work all day. Theres always hot coffee and smile when shes working. A busy store and long line dont seem to intimidate her. She also seems to know all the customers by name . You can always count on great service with a smile when shes working. I go out of my way to get my coffee at this store before work. If you havent stopped in lately, I encourage you to give it another try. On another note, dont expect the same service in the evenings and weekends when Lisa is off . 7-11 management, take notice of your great customer service skills this girl has and perhaps she can train your night and weekend help to step up their customer service skills.

I never review things but the service here is terrible. They literally forced me to pump my own gas despite it being literally illegal in the state to do so. Didn’t even bother talking to the manager since this place is so horribly run. Basically only come here for lottery tickets and slurpees now.

I am appalled!! today the gas pumper called me multiple foul names when I asked for my rereceipt for the gas I purched. He said I paid cash, you get your receipt inside ??? WHAT?I have been going here since I lived in Sherwood, (17 years) I can not beleive the disrespect i feel right now.I told the manager, she said she will deal with it, but she was not going to fire him.I left the store, and just wanted to know his name, the manager and the GAS PUMPER wouldnt tell me.so the next thing Im doing?.........

Worst employer ever. Treats his employees like theyre disposable. Fires you if you call in sick, but never in person because hes too chickenshit. Then he bans you from the property because hes scared youll be mad at his coward ass. Plus he pays people under the table, WITHOUT THEIR KNOWLEDGE, and pockets the money he deducts for income tax. Boycott this store.

The single worst run franchise I have come across. Went in the last 2 days for the slurpee promotion and only one machine was turned on. Called the location and was unable to speak with a supervisor nor was I given satisfactory answers to my questions or the concerns I raised. I stopped going there for my morning coffees when I was unable to get coffee at 6am, They dont make enough nor do they staff enough employees to keep up with volume. I am not going back for anything. Since the new owners took over it has gone in the hole.

Literally everytime I go there to get slurpees the slurpees are never properly frozen.

Yelled at by a black employee for pulling up to the wrong pump, not returning. Incredibly rude. He should be fired.

Just went there to get gas and not only did they fill up my tank when I only asked for 15 dollars they also claimed the manager was not there at the time and they refused to give me a receipt!

Bad employees, horrible service. Worst 711 ever. Save your time and skip his place.
