After getting married moving far away from the foundation and connection that my family had made. Super nice, great value, expedient, and none of the big chain nonsense. Their actual quote came in lower than the Insurance agents.I had the unfortunate issue of damaging the same rear, drivers side quarter panel twice. First round was fixed by Service King, the second by Body Werks and the damage was nearly identical. SK was $400 dollars more and took two weeks! Body Werks did it in 4 days, fixed the color match issues from SK, and we found out that SK also stripped a bolt on my bumper when they removed it the first time to paint the vehicle (more nonsense to fix from them).I used BW them in the past for some cosmetic work on an older Dodge Caliber and they did an awesome job and the pricing was the best around. Ill not go anywhere else again.

Scam artist!!!! I had to file my complaint with the Better Business Bureau today for false advertising and not refunding my money on an item that I never took delivery on. I have more than sufficiant evidence that they advertised a bogus part number. I tried to cancel the order 10 minutes after I ordered it when I confirmed that this was a bogus part number with my Mercedes dealer and in fact not the part as advertised. They shipped it anyway so I refused it and now they will not refund my money. Not good business professionals

The Body Werks was recommended to me by a friend and did not disappoint. My car had recently developed two exterior leaks, one which allowed rainwater to collect in the lining of the trunk lid and another around the seal of the driver’s side door. I also had a couple of bulbs, including a turn-signal, which needed to be replaced.Brett was able to get me into the shop the day after I called. Within a half hour of being there the trunk leak had been identified behind the license plate and was sealed. The driver’s door was readjusted and the bulbs were replaced. In all, very fast and quality work done on the problems I had. The cost of these repairs was very reasonable.If you’re in the Joliet or Shorewood area, Body Werks is a great shop to go to for knowledgeable service.
