This place is amazing. Been going to the same shop for years for body work and other diagnostic problems. Never came to Bob with a problem he couldnt fix. Superb quality and peace of mind knowing my vehicle is in good hands. Professional work with quality results. Love this shop!

The best auto repair shop around!! I will NEVER take my car anywhere else. My car always comes back perfect, literally perfect.... Bob & Danny are AMAZING at what they do and it always reflects in their work. I am also huge on customer service & they never fail to impress me with their above and beyond customer service! They are always very honest with me and explain everything thoroughly and patiently answer any questions that I have. To me, its very important to have a mechanic you can fully trust, and I must say, I trust this shop 10000000%. If I could, I would give this shop 100 stars.

Be careful about using this place! My sister dropped off her car for an estimate (one of the recommended places from an insurance company of the party that hit her). While she dropped It off, the father and son were arguing that they will have a hard time with the insurance company and she may have to come out of pocket. That was shady to me as, it’s the first few minutes of talking and hasn’t even viewed the car that has very minor damage. She decided to go ahead and leave it and get in my car for a ride home.She called 3 days later asking if the estimate was done and they informed her that they already started the work. She informed the son that works there that she did not approve any work to be done (stated when she dropped it off) but the shop argues that she could be on the hook for labor charges. Then all of a sudden decides to do it for the amount the insurance adjuster gave her a check for after a few phone calls and a lot of grief.Per Illinois law, it seems this may not be the correct way of doing business. How dare they do the work without permission first! Was it because they thought she was a kid or a woman or do they do this with everyone??Be careful about using this place. I advised her to look up reviews next time on a place and I’m writing this so the next person doesn’t get scammed. Without an estimate, what’s to stop them from charging whatever they want once they already started the work that was not approved!

I have taken my kids cars to Bob for various mishaps and the work has always been excellent. Care was always taken to make sure the work was done right. Never any issues with them working with my insurance company and the time I paid out of pocket the price was very fair. I will recommend Joliet Collision to everyone. Check out the waiting area it has a cool vintage vibe my kids loved it.

Have been coming here for years I know when my vehicle is left in their hands it will come back in the best possible shape it is very important to have a shop you can trust in this day and age these guys are great my familys vehicles will never go elsewhere
