ABRA can actually do the estimate and photos for State Farm, no need to go anywhere else. From when I first called in, Angelo, John, and Geri were always friendly and professionally. This time it was John who explained the process, took me outside to inspect the car with me, and took photos from all angles. They call with updates to let you know how everything is going. Perfect.

Great Customer Service. I stopped in to get a quote on repairing a very old car (1995 Jeep). As I suspected, it was cost prohibitive to repair there. However, John, took some time and identified a few other places that might be willing to sell me JUST the parts. He did not have to do that but her did. This is GREAT Customer Service.I have used Abra in the past for actual car repairs and they were great. Very orgnized and the work was done without any issues.I highly recommend Abra for your body repair needs.

Highly recommend. My mother in law hit a gas pump and went in there for a quick estimate. They fix her car and buffed out the paint at no charge. They didnt have to do that and it was not expected. So grateful.Thank you Abra!

They are wonderful. The hood on my van flew open while I was driving and shattered my windshield. I was driving right next to their shop so pulled in there. I was a bit shaken because it just happened. John was so helpful and patient: he wrote up estimates while I was making calls to insurance. They kept me updated with calls/texts for the days they had my van so I knew when it would be finished. It looked great when I picked it up, everything was fixed. John and everyone that I had contact with there were wonderful. I will highly recommend them to anyone needing auto repair.

Ive got to be their worst customer, because my biggest hobby is restoring and customizing cars. When I pick up my vehicles from ABRA and inspect their work, I know all the little tell-tale details to look for that separates the amateurs from the professionals to the perfectionists. So far, theyve done insurance repairs on 3 of my vehicles, and each time was was perfection. On top of that, their customer service attitude and constant communication on the status of the progress was great. These guys are good!

I am overwhelmingly grateful to the point of tears. My 16yo daughter was driving on a back road with my other 5 kids in the car, but I was too nervous to let her continue driving because of the wind. So, I decided to have her pull over so I could drive. As we were switching, she opened the driver side door and the wind took the door. I was recasted because I hadn’t yet realized that the door was broken. After 15 min of us trying to fix the door, to no avail, I ended up calling Doc Motors for help. Within 10 min, the owner walks up to my vehicle. I was so thankful because he was calm, and was able to rig the door closed. We then followed him back to Doc Motors, where he, along with assistance from Caliber Collision, fixed our door for FREE. Y’all I couldn’t stop thanking God!

Do not recommend at all. I crashed my car in April 2017 went through my insurance to get it fixed and they sent it to this body shop. My car wasn’t completed until July 2017. Anyways the car was completely wrecked from the bottom. They needed to replace radiator thermostat and a lot more. Fast forward to December 2017 the engine starts over heating. Took it into the shop since they have a “lifetime guarantee” on all parts. They said that there was a service recall on my model of car and they got someone to reprogram some stuff and that that’s what was wrong because everything else was working properly. That same day while I was driving my car the engine over heated again. Called them and they basically just told me that my best bet was to take it into a mechanic. Took it into my personal mechanic turns out the radiator was leaking and the car needed a new thermostat. When the radiator was replaced by MY mechanic it turns out that it wasn’t even a new one that Abra installed it was a used one from a junk yard. The day I took it into the shop for the over heating problem they didn’t even check the car at all. I went as far as to going into a Chrysler dealership to ask about this “recall” that Abra told me about and it turns out there is no such service recall for my model of car. So not only did they lie and not check the car they didn’t even use good parts when repairing my car which the insurance fully paid them for. So now I’m out $600 because Abra didn’t do there job correctly the first time and refused to service it again when problems arose.

Well it took them three tries to get my car right after the accident but Im giving them four stars because they took care of me each time i had to return my car. They paid for a nice rental car each time and they even serviced two more subsequent incidents for a very large discount and the last one for free. One thing I can say with complete confidence is that their leadership commits 100% to customer satisfaction.

I got my Volkswagen CC repaired here when it was hit. The experience from time I arrived for an estimate to the time I picked up my car was amazing. They got my car done before the expected date and when I picked it up, the repair was perfect and they cleaned the complete outside of my car. Defiantly recommend this place.

Messy job got my truck back one of my locks dont work, tailgate had missing clip so panel hung, window stalls to go up and down, picked it up had a new dent not there initially and of course they denied anything but the missing clip. New truck never serviced except scheduled maintenance and now all these electric issues after doors and panels removed by them for a paint job after hail damage

Dont waste your time coming here. Their website and front door both state that no appointment is necessary.So, I arrived at 9 am right when they opened. There were no customers whatever in the place, and it was totally quiet.I asked the man if he could give me an estimate on my scratched bumper. Giving an estimate only takes 10 minutes. I know this because Ive gotten other estimates in the past few days.He told me that he is way too busy and had no openings whatsoever until at least noon and you can come back next week maybe.It is clear that this man does not care about thus business at all.I walked out. I went to Maaco and they gave me an estimate in 5 minutes flat.

Nasty appraiser wanted to charge me 518 dollars for a radiator support panel, it was brand new out of box, just needed paint, this was my third incident with them, will never go back again, appraiser has a bad attitude and over charges,, go somewhere else, i got my part painted somewhere else for 150 dollars and looks fantastic
