Had to call Customer Support for some questions on a Cage. Customer Support was very rude. No instructions exist for there product. Would not recommend dealing with them.

Horrible welds that failed and had to be redone by a local welder, incorrect hardware supplied, hard to understand instructions, and poor fitment which required customization. One of the saddest excuses for an aftermarket parts manufacturer imaginable

Logan provided excellent customer service. Helped me locate the part I needed for my Can Am from my rough description even though it was right at the end of the day. I would purchase parts from S3 again in the future.

Bought all four Titan Axles for my X3 . Rear boot fell off after 32 miles of use ruining my trip. There resolution was to send them back for repair or to send me the kit to repair myself. They are sold out. I opted for them to send their repair kit due to a shock tuning appointment I had. Received the kit today looks like they sent the front boots instead of the rears I need. I ended up bringing it to Summer brothers for repair on my own dime . They found the original boots werent even the correct diameter for the cv. Never again!

I have called these guys several times and someone has always answered the phone and was patient with me and answered my questions. I ordered the HD pull plate for the X3 and shipping was fast and the pull plate is a HD piece for sure. The mounting holes on the factory oem plate are oversized letting the rear radius rods to move aroundBut the S3 plate has the correct size mounting holes that keep the rear of the x3 tight. Would highly recommend these guys and there products!

They don’t got anything

Seem like good guys, but those Titan axles arent very good. Poor quality control and not half the axle the Rhino 2.0s are. Ordered 2 front Titans and they had a totally different diameter shaft for the same machine! Well the smaller diameter one snapped as I knew it would. Would definitely not recommend their axles.

If I could give no stars I would.... I work for a dealer in New Smyrna Beach and had a customer who had done all his own research on this company for his lift kit. They shipped us the parts by the deadline at the customer request and we have had nothing but problems since the installation began. Missing parts (axles, brackets and bushings), 6 overnights of hardware and axles. The owner of the dealership had to design bushing to work with the kit. We assume as they have not disclosed, they sent us a kit for a different year Razor 1000 HL. They told us multiple times that we had parts we didnt and we had to send them pictures of what they sent so they could determine what was missing. The customer continues to have issues with the product and we are unable to get them to call us back to discuss a solution. We as a dealer for S3 are unable to get a hold of the Dustin Henderson or Dustin Jones to discuss changing out the front axles which should be covered under warranty especially since they are using axles that are not up to par in the 8 lift kit they are building. We have not ask for anything other than to take care of the customer at this point even after hours and hours of time and labor lost due to the lack of customer service, knowledge of year model changes getting us a complete product. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone wanting to do any upgrades. Super ATV and High lifter are the way to go as we have never had any issues with them.

Love these folks! After watching them on visions of victory youtube show, i bought myself an xmr outlander. I recently ordered their S3 nation radiator cover/guard and the fit and packaging was flawless. It arrived to me in mint condition powercoated to match my exact manta green scheme on my can-am. They also follow up with you every step of the way, when it is at powerdercoat, when it ships etc. Good old fashioned quality and customer service combined.
