My husband ordered an $850 part for his RZR. Our credit card was charged and two weeks later we still have no part. No one will return our emails or phone calls. He even spoke to a person when he ordered the part. When we check our account on the website it says our order has been processed but it hasnt been shipped. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

Absolute worst! Sent the wrong arched a-arms twice! It literally took them 9 months to send the second pair of a-arms which did not fit either. I even took it to a motorsports service garage just in case I was wrong, nope I was not! After telling the Motorsports store where I got them, they mentioned they used to do business with them and STOPPED due to the same issues I am facing! Then they wanted to charge me 20% to return them for my money back. I guess because they were sending out bad product they had to charge 20% just to make any money. They are a scam, they will not call you back, half the time no one answers. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! you can research and find others have had problems as well.

I sent them off 6 weeks ago and been getting run around from them ever since. Now after 3 days and 200 phone calls later no answer. They ignore my calls State line customs is nothing but a school playground ripoff company. The better business bureau is slammed with calls about them. I called Shreveport police department today. They informed me they get 10-15 calls a month about state line customs either scamming someone or not returning someones property. They are nothing but quick $ scammers!!!!!!!! If u buy anything from them. You are most definitely as stupid as I was for it!!!!!!!!!!!!
