After using this pharmacy for 11yrs. we will be finding another provider. Weve been cutting this store slack for along time for their terrible service. No more. The web app. confirms prescriptions when that havent gone through. This has caused two day delays because new refills werent requested.Theyve sent text messages that prescriptions are ready when theyre not. Then they ask you to come back later in the day to pick them up.When you remind them that some medicine is critical and must be taken the same time everyday, staff (Traci) becomes rude and then retaliate by making you wait in line for an HOUR! Dont waist time with these hacks. Theses reviews are negative for a reason.

No longer going there after 05/01/21. I applied a 40% off coupon online, it said sent, I even got an email reminder to use it. I had NO problems the first year or so with doing it this way. CVS will put your phone # in and the % off should be taken off. Well, the cashier said it didnt take it off, nothing she could do, she didnt really even care. To top it off, manager was standing right there offered zero, zip, not a word! Cashier ask if I sent it to my card, I said yes, it showed sent, shouldve had until Wed. of next week to use, that is how it works. I told her to forget it, the item was jacked way up compared to Walmart (Walmart was out of it), I was only buying with the 40% to bring the price to a normal price range. This has happened several times in the past year when I send it to my card (phone #....), when it specifically is for the Skintimate shave gels too! Im done! I wont argue, Ive been a cashier & rules are rules, however, NO reason it would not use the coupon, the item was a regular price (it wont work on sale prices). Walmart here I come......

Horrible service, constant fight with them to fill prescriptions on time. Wait is always longer than any other pharmacy. Nightmare

Very rude manager. I was assigned work in the store and the manager all but kicked me out then reported me for having left. I feel very bad for the staff of this store.(what’s left of it)

I’ve been a CVS Pharmacy customer for 20 years, have never experienced an unfriendly least helpful staff as the Sidney Ohio location. Very Rude people there. I will take my business elsewhere.

Since no one gives you their names all I can go by is there is this women that works in the pharmacy is the rudest, unethical person I have ever met.

Not a bad location. Decent place to get something when you need it quick. Prices and service on par with other pharmacies in the area.

Every month I fight with them to fill my sons allergy meds. This month he will have to go without because I gave them a two week notice and they still dont have his prescription filled.
