There will 5-6 people in line and there are employees standing around talking. Mostly the women! The management at Town Pump is a joke. One of their employees was having an asthma attack and management wouldnt allow him to leave to seek treatment! That is illegal to say the least!

Absolutely worth it hell I may be from another state the trip was worth it

Good place for truckers to spend the night. Plenty of parking space, has 4 sets of laundry and washer. Nice drivers lounge with clean huge single M/W washrooms and showers upstairs.

After the unleaded pump on the Flying J side, the diesel island, was not working correctly. I went inside. Was informed that there was no unleaded by a guy at the fuel desk. When I said yes there was, he literally raised his voice, informed me that he took care of those pumps so if anyone would know he would! Threw his hands in the air, walked away while I was still, very nicely trying to tell him there was one unleaded pump. The other girl behind the desk literally shrugged her shoulders and also walked away. Leaving me standing there. By the way, ONLY because I needed gas, I went back out, tried it again. Filled my vehicle up with unleaded on the diesel island side!!!!!

It is Saturday night around 8 pm. We just went into the Sidney, MT store. The hot food only had 2 pizza pockets, and one ugly little chicken wing for hot food. There was 8-9 guys eating the food you warm up yourself. So we also had to get food you cook yourself. In the short time we were there, 10-12 more people came in. There was one guy at the counter. Terrible. On a Saturday night there should be food. Very disappointed.

All I have to say is thank you to the manager and staff at the town pump in sidney mt for superbowl sunday they supplied pizza and tacos and chicken fries for the big game for the drivers that were here just gotta say a big thank you and keep up the good work

The guy on nights is rude and thinks hes tough. Ive never been charged to fill my cup with ice. Last night I did and chubby tried to act tough. And said its only a quarter I said I just spent almost 800 in fuel. Bad customer relations most of the time the staff there is really nice

Workers were not wearing masks. Were harrassing and glaring at customers who were following the health guidlines.

This is by far the worst of Town Pump locations. Under staffed, dirty, never have clean showers but are more than happy to let you use a shower 4 or 5 others have already used. It took three trys to find a diesel island that actually works D5 pump wont turn on D6 pin pad doesnt work, not sure if they even want to sell fuel here. Hot case is always empty and if you are lucky enough to find food in it it is hours old. Very disappointing, dont waste your time stopping here...

Place has really went downhill fast. Very clearly poorly managed.

Need fans in showers. Nothing worse than being sweaty right out of the shower. Sink faucets in shower rooms are restroom faucets, not bathroom faucets. Absolutely ridiculous. Try brushing your teeth or shaving with that sink. Drivers, avoid.

Best place to fill up or stay the night plenty of parking.

First of all you advertise yourself as a truck stop ...seldom do you have coffee in the am ...cant get a shower cause staff hasnt cleaned them. Always short staffed wait forever to pay for fuel or anything. food sits in warmer for hours and hours and isnt even legal to sell much less ediable. Most staff are very inexperienced although they are friendly. 32 years of traveling 48 states the worst truckstop ever except for roomy parking lot.

Great stop along the way always clean facilies, friendly staff, plenty of parking day or night.

Spent over $50 in product/memorabilia and happened to buy an item on pork jerky on clearance for a $1 and it was expired!!!! They would not refund me because it was opened....really?

I got two breakfast burritos this morning. Or I should say two tortillas this morning $3.19 I think I could have bought tortillas at any grocery store and then had a whole lot more for that price I also got two candy bars they were supposed to be two for $2 they charged me $3.50 I didnt realize it tell after I had left and looked at the receipt
