Best service ever. This is not your average auto body shop. Hands down best in town and top three in Tucson and #1 in Cochise. USAA contractor. The shop is a state of the art facility. Clean organized and well maintained. All employees are professional and always on the top of their game. I heard about Fix Auto on Facebook after numerous friends recommended them. I took my car in for a repair and was super impressed with their operation. It wasnt like other body shops Ive been to in the past - Fix Auto was clean, it smelled good (seriously, have you ever been to a body shop that actually smelled good before?), and their team was extremely professional. I was surprised that there was a shop in Sierravista that could fix my Range Rover to the standard that a dealership would. They got in contact with the dealership and was able to do all the computer stuff to get my sensors and computer’s up and running. Dealing with hydraulic suspension I thought I was done for. Our SUV was side swiped by a semi truck. We went to Fix Auto in Sierra Vista and Brandon Jenkins examined the truck tire marks on the side and decided he could use a cleaner and was able to remove 99% of the marks. This was my first visit to Fix Auto in Sierra Vista, AZ. I had issues with the gas door cover on the Sienna Toyota. Someone had tried to use a flat screwdriver to get to the fuel. After an unfortunate encounter with a coyote on I-10, I reported the damage to my insurance company complete with photos after consulting with my Sierra Toyota dealerships service department. They said that they typically refer auto damage repair to Fix Auto repair. As I have trusted my auto safety to them for many years, I trusted their choice for auto repair. Told Fix my situation on Thursday. They had parts ordered by Monday. Inspection revealed more problems than I saw, but Rich OLeary and his crew found them, coordinated with my insurance company, made the car look better than it had in years. Took care of it all between drop-off on Monday to pick-up on Friday. Happy to be taken care of like that.

Fix Auto in Sierra Vista is an asset to our community. they have a clean state-of-the-art facility across the street from Donovan Dodge. The employees at Fix Auto are polite and friendly, management is willing to work with you making sure youre satisfied. If you need an auto fix you can trust Fix Auto. So far, for me they have installed electronics and a brand new radiator, I will absolutely be back to have more work done.

I recently needed the glass on my side mirror replaced. I called another place in town and they quoted me $210 JUST to replace the glass part. Fix Auto did it for less than half that. Im sure they didnt make much money off such a small job, but at no point did they make me feel like I was a waste of their time nor did they try to upsell me to have extra unecessary work done. They just ordered the part that was needed and installed it in less than 10 minutes a few days later. Whether you need a lot of work done or just a small fix, I would give these guys a consideration. They seem to be running an honest place.
