Super fast super friendly everyone was great from the desk person to Louie who did the estimate on wife’s new dodge truck from storm damage and hail damage I’d say go see them

We had a small emergency just hours before my wife was suppose to drive back to Colorado. Went through a drive through car wash and it dang near ripped the bumper off her 2015 Camry that we bought nowhere near Lawley. We went in hoping for a quick fix just to get her back to CO. Louis (I think thats how you spell his name) was extremely friendly and helpful, and got us back on the road making sure that she didnt lose the rest of her bumper on the drive back. Thank you sir, I really appreciate the help!

I had to get some work done my Accent due to it being hit by another driver. I was really happy with the whole process from getting the estimate to getting the parts ordered and installed. I’m grateful that the overall experience was low stress on my end.

Amazing staff! They took really good care of me and even when JiffyLube couldnt get my skid shield back on after my oil change, LCC git it back on in minutes.

Took my truck here for repairs. for the most part it was done rite. a couple things I wanted fixed wer over looked. and the wash and detail left little to be desired. other then that they do ok expected a little more out of a certified GM shop

Was hit at a red light and Lawley had me back in my vehicle in a week. It looks great! Plus the staff was helpful and friendly despite being super busy. One of the techs even walked out to the side of the building to help show me where to park which was a little tricky. Great group of employees and awesome service. They also have a shuttle if needed.

I brought in my Porsche Cayman S for repairs on the rear bumper that was a result of someone backing into me. Chancy Redmond took care of the body work and Daniel Luna did the prime and paint. They did an exceptional job, it looks brand new! Not to mention they did the work in 4 days and even had it freshly washed when I picked it up. I highly recommend Lawley Collision!

Best body shop Ive had to deal with very easy to talk to and work with my truck came back to me like nothing had ever happened had over 8k in damage to front end from hitting a deer. and they only had my truck for 2 and a half weeks USAA told me it would take over 3weeks thank you for all your hard work to get me back on the road.

Ive been taking my vehicles here for over 10 years for custom work and plain old body repairs and paint they even did a spray in bed liner in my new tuck they have always done a great job and yesterday was no different my Mercedes looks great!!! i will tell anyone that will listen to me to go to Lawleys thank you Jeremy and crew for all you do.

Rant against Lawley Collision center. I was in a car accident on November 15th. They had my car for just over two weeks the first time. I picked it up and had a horrible experience with lack of paperwork and someone walking out to look over my car with me. I turned my car back in for 8 things a week later. Here we are with me having my car back and it still has issues with the paint, a new scratch and the alignment being off. They were supposed to call me Thursday to let me know if a part was in. No word yet again from Lawley Collision. Why is it as a customer I have to call to check to see the status of my car, the status of the parts and have NO phone calls from them when they have promised. They even promised to pay for the rental car the second time my car was in the shop yet my insurance company picked up the bill. It seems Lawley Collision center is in it for the money yet does not want to ensure the customer is happy. Once again I’ll spend Tuesday morning trying to get my car back into there, picking up another rental (now close to my 30 day limit...) and dealing with a body shop who lacks paint skills and customer service.

Repairs are great I highly recommend Lawley collision center. they even went the extra mile and had it serviced for me while I was still in my rental thanks again.

Took my car in on April 2 because the front bumper got swipe by another car. Simply car accident the bumper replace and painted (right). The car was there for two days and when I seem my car on April 4th I couldnt believe what happened to it. I thought to myself it had to be an April Fools joke. They completely gave me back a multicolored car. I wanted them to be honest about what they had done, but the best answer I was given was sun damage .Sun damage in the beginning of April and in 2 days, come on man I wasnt born yesterday. My car isnt garage kept and your telling me on your side of town the sun is hotter with the temperature being high of 77° on both days. I just cant believe how unprofessional they were about this.The damage was only on the front not the whole car why would you touch the roof, hood, and remove part of my pinstripe. This isnt my profession, but I know cars and I would have owned up to what my team did and made it right. If they are claiming that it is sun damage its because they placed a chemical on my car and it ate the paint. They made it worst when they tried to wax or buff out the stain. Spoke with the manager (Jeremy) and after talking to him within a few minutes I realized they had a story together before we got there. Also they only wanted me to show up after 5:30 when the sun was going down because they didnt want us to see what was done, but little did they know you can see it perfect at that time.Let me be perfectly clear no one wants a free paint job, money is no issue on getting the car repainted now its more about the principal and the fact that they shook my hand as a man and lied to my face. If I was the manager I would have took the customers complaint question my employees of every person who touched the car and got back to the customer.

These guys are extremely professional in all manners of their work. From the estimate to the delivery, I was very please with the work quality and service that I receive. And an added bonus is that all of their work has a lifetime warranty so I know that I will never have to worry about anything. Thank you guys!!!!

Worst Experience EVER. I took my car into Lawley Collision Center for repairs after another car struck my car on the left side . The damage to my car was on that side only. Lawley seemed to be confident they could repair my car in a timely manner, approx. 2 weeks. After many issues, they claimed the car was repaired. I picked up my car and later found that there were parts missing, on the side that wasnt hit. I also found damages to the back of my car and was told that someone must have hit it while it was on the lot. Apparently, someone in the parts department removed a part and no one could locate it, so they had to order the part. The paint job did not match and the chrome was damaged around the windows when they were buffing out the paint. When working on the drivers door, they removed the connector to the switch that controls the fuel tank door. I picked up my car, and then found out that I couldnt put gas in it cause the door wouldnt open, and almost ran out of gas. They removed the rear hatch, and messed up the backup camera, and that still doesnt work properly. Paint overspray on the car and chrome. Lawley had my car for over 5 weeks, off and on, and I got tired of taking it back. I will NEVER refer anyone to Lawley again nor will I EVER buy another car from them. Chris Betancourt was our Service adviser, and he never got a time estime right. not even close.

My new Kia got keyed on the hood today while I was at the dentist. I was so upset and stopped by Lawley collision center. They buffed it out while I waited and I couldnt believe what a nice job they did. You cant even tell it was ever keyed. Very pleased!

USAA took my truck there after my accident, poor quality of work I am still finding pieces of broken glass in my engine bay and not in hard to reach places like just sitting on top of my air filter and in the bed of my truck. when I confronted them about it they said it wasnt their job to clean out the broken glass from the accident. They also try to bully customers to give them 5 star reviews. If you need body work done just take your car to Tucson and never deal with Lawley if you can help it.

Fantastic customer service! They kept me updated on ststus via text anf answered all my questions with patience and friendliness. They also followed up after I had picked up my car to ensure everything was alright which I though was very nice. I had a tight deadline and they did everything possible to ensure my car was ready to be picked when I needed it before my PCS to Korea. I would recommend them to anylne needing car repairs.

I have taken my truck here three times. They did a great job the first two times. However, this last time was just a bad experience! I took my truck in on 4 May to get my truck repainted. When I got my truck back on 15 May (at 5:50 pm after waiting to be helped and they close at 6:00pm), I found problems on my truck. There was over spray on my windshield and two driver side windows and they forgot to put my tonneau cover back on my truck bed. By the time I got home, I locked my vehicle and I found out that my left tail-light and three left LED lights on my third brake light werent working anymore. I took the vehicle back on Monday morning, I talked to Louis, to let them know about the issues. They corrected the over spray but he said that I needed to take my truck to my mechanic for them to figure out the issues. I took my truck to Lawley Nissan today (20 May) and they discovered that a wire was pulled clean off the harness in my left tail light and that it may have shorted out my left LED lights on my third brake light, or that they may have pulled out the wires but couldnt tell since it was a closed housing. The Service Tech at Lawley Nissan finally got in contact with Jeremy and Jeremy said that he refuses to pay for the damages because they didnt cause it. I brought my truck to this Collision Center with all lights in working order and got it back damaged. I am disappointed with this center and will no longer work with them for any future issues. If your insurance is with USAA and you need to get your vehicle repaired, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!This company is conveniently not on the Better Business Bureau page, but I have placed a complaint through USAA.
