After first calling the Subaru dealer in Tucson and being quoted $155 just to look at the car (and not have that ridiculous fee credited against any needed service), I called a couple of local mechanics to have them look at my car, which was making a grinding noise during turns. Neither shop I called could see me for 8-10 days out. On a whim, I stopped in at Big O. They diagnosed the problem (bad bearings) at no charge, had the parts in stock, and had me fixed up and back on the road in no time. While the car was in, I also asked for a synthetic oil change. No problem. The cost was VERY reasonable and the service was fast and friendly. I will definitely be back for future work. Thanks, Big O of SV!

Friendly staff, capable of handling the smallest details, has its busy days but worth the wait!

I have been taking our vehicles to Big O here for the last 6 years or so, and will continue to. It has always been worth my time and money to go. Sometimes Ill call ahead to see what the wait time is or ask the front desk attendant when I get there. They will let you know and do their best to do right by you. The GM, Dustin, is as honest of a guy to do business with as you will meet.

Although their tire coverage did not go outside Sierra Vista, he made an effort to make sure I got handled.Honestly surprised their corporate actually got ahold of the owner of the store and I got a call. They could have just ignored my complaint. This store chose to respond!

Saturdays must be a bad day to get services done. Needed an oil change (Diesel truck) tire alignment and a/c checked. one staff was throwing up in the waste basket for a hour, tire alignment tech wasnt working on Sat after appointment was made for service. I asked for the monsoon special, which doesnt apply to anything but cars, apparently. But could be done at extra cost. I can understand that. So oil and filter changed, wipers changed. No windshield washer fluid put in, no tire rotation, or tire pressure checked. I have been to Big O a few times and truly thought they were a great Company. Will chalk it up as a bad day. $242 lighter and oil changed. will not go back to Big O any time soon, or at least on the weekends.

This place is the old-fashion true service oriented business should be like. Dustin personally took care of my trailer tires and installed it himself. I didnt even know they were over 10 years old and I was about to travel 3 states from Sierra Vista, AZ to San Antonio, Texas. Appreciate the extra time he took to ensure Im traveling safe. Highly recommend Big O Tires of Sierra Vista, Arizona. ;)

Find a more reputable business to take your vehicle to or at least get a second d opinion after your visit. They are known for taking advantage of the elderly.

I have been bringing my vehicles to Big O tires for many years and have always had premium service. Their customer service is always excellent and they always look for the any discounts that could be applied. When you go to Big O, you can feel that family oriented operation.

I dont often write reviews of a positive variety, so this is definitely a welcome change. This particular Big O is always busy and for good reason. They have checked my tires a few times at no cost to me. This last visit, they pulled a screw out of my left rear tire and I was then promptly along my way. This is the way customer service should be. I dont hesitate to recommend this tire shop one bit.

Fast check in for a tire repair needed, dropped the car off, and they called when the work was completed. Car was ready when we picked it up, fast check out. All went well. Thanks for the great work and great service.

Update: Upon the GM arriving back into town, we were able to come to agreement and the situation is resolved. Its hard for me to recommend after what I had to deal with, but Ill say that Dustin, the GM there, is an honest and fair guy.Jack and/or Eric Lane, please contact me immediately. Im being given the run around regarding one of your techs completely ruining all 4 of my rims on a tire install on 5/1/19. This is a $60,000 truck that I take extremely good care of, washing it roughly once a week....there is no way these rims looked like that before it went in for the tires. Your guys at the front desk even said that there was no argument, but that the tech told them that, they were peeling before he took them off. Really?, I was right there in the lobby, he shouldve stopped immediately and came and showed me....even your front desk guys agreed with me on this. Im fuming over this, as the replacement cost for the exact same OEM rims is $3,631.41. Im also being told that the only person who can resolve this issue is out of town....Really?, come on guys. Id like to believe that if the actual owners of this particular franchise, would be appalled at what happened if the roles were reversed and you were in my shoes. The picture does no justice to just how bad these rims look in person, and all 4 are the exact same way! I dont want to leave my contact info on here, but please call the store and Im sure theyll know exactly which King Ranch F-150 wheels that they destroyed. Im willing to rewrite this review if someone actually takes responsibility for their actions, but for now, its a 1 star. My phone is always on and your prompt response is appreciated. Please show me that there are still some good people left in this world.

Ive gone to the Big O Tires location on 92 & Ave Cochise for years after having numerous issues with extremely long waits at other tire companies in Sierra Vista. I have 5 personal vehicles I service there as well as our fleet vehicles at work. Always great service. Theres also a Cox WiFi hotspot there so you can have a cup of coffee and get some work done on your laptop if you decide to stay. I recommend to everyone I know, and now, everyone I dont know too.

The big O in Sierra Vista sucks.. the people working there will steal stuff out of your vehicle, and I just went in for a leaking tire and they told me they fixed it, but its still leaking..

I went in for an oil change. I always check the oil first and afterwards. It was obvious that the oil was never changed by Big O Tires. I paid $75.00 for absolutely no service. This is fraud!

Great customer service every time I go

Went in not knowing what all was wrong with my truck. Was told theyd give it a thorough check and let me know. Took maybe 30 mins or so and they told me most of what I expected at a price point much less than I was expecting and that it would only take about an hour and half to fix everything where I was expecting to have to leave it there at least overnight. Well done guys. Expect more business from me in the future! Staff was awesome and complimentary soft drinks was nice.

Stopped in with an apparent nail/screw in my tire without an appointment. With a cheerful attitude they took me in right away and I was out in a few minutes. When I asked how much they smiled and said “Have a nice trip”. I was stunned that there was no charge. I regret that I’m just traveling through and will not have the opportunity to give them more business.

Awesome service, .. I was expecting to wait for at least 45 mins to 2 hours, NOT EVEN to that time frame.. my waiting time was maybe 15 mins for an oil change, and reasonable price too..

These guys helped me out in a major way. They were honest and upfront. They took extra time out of there day to check my car out and give me the run down. They went above and beyond because theyve got good people working there. This is definitely a good place to take your vehicle.

I am disappointed I took my truck in to have some work done. Ended up getting an alignment, balance and rotate oil change, I was also told that a 23 point inspection was done guess I thought checking the brakes was one of those things but I guess not when I called and asked was told it did look like we did but bring it in well check themsaid he was checking next store to see if the brakes were cked he dropped the call didnt call back great customer service

Took a friends pickup in to have a slow leak repaired. Made an appointment, showed up on time and the truck went in. Asked them to rotate the tires which they did. They found a small nail and repaired the leak. When I went to pick up the paper work there was a no charge for either the tire repair or the rotation. I was super pleased, even more so when I discovered the warranty had been issued by another tire store!Easy to see why the SV Big O Tire Store has been voted the best tire store in Sierra Vista! Had upper and lower ball joints replaced plus alignment, work was done in excellent time, prices are very high parts cost 3x normal price, and labor is about 2x normal, oh I still have popping noise in front end ....

Great staff. I had tires that were out of balance. They checked all four of them. A couple of them needed rebalance. They charged nothing for solving the out of balance issue. Note - Another company in town wanted $70 to check two tires. When I need new tires, it will be these guys. No sales pressure. Great staff.

Thank to big o really Friday after what I went thru at another place my husband said go to big o he came with me to make sure I wasnt going to go thru what I just went thru from the second we walked in the door I was treated like a princess. They totally understood what I needed and wanted helped us get financing. The level of coustmer service here was amazing thank you for real! Made me feel so comfortable happy and listened to me. I went to Big O because my low tire pressure light went on. I talked to the guy at the service desk and he immediately sent me back to Bay 1 to get an air check. Daniel, the tire tech, checked my tires and found a screw in one of them. He fixed my tire right then and there. I was back on the road in a total of 15 minutes. Great service and all with a smile. I highly recommend Big O tires in Sierra Vista, AZ.

I used to come here all the time but last time I went they ripped me off and the obese white manager was very rude to me. Theres no way I or anyone I know is ever coming to this trash store again.

After waiting several days and driving 30 minutes for an appointment today I arrived to find a crowded waiting room and not one person - INCLUDING STAFF - wearing a mask. Well one guy watching TV had one but had pulled it down around his chin since nobody else including staff were bothering with wearing them. As customer at high risk for COVID-19 I had to refuse to wait with over a half dozen unmasked people for who knows how long, in an enclosed space. I was forced to cancel my appointment and leave. Upon telling them why I was leaving I got the feeling I was bothering them. The new United Kingdom variant of COVID-19 is present in Arizona and presenting a more lethal risk to a state leading the world in infection rates. I would think the staff would care more about their own safety if not the safety of their high risk customers in a town with so many retirees, i.e., older at risk people. I truly believe if the staff of a business wears masks it encourages the customers to also wear them. As a man, I know well how a group of enclosed men like in a waiting room will try to out macho each other, e.g., eschewing masks. That makes it even more important to have a strong company policy and for staff to set the proper example. I am sure the store will answer and say they cant police their customers. However, just down the street the grocery store ensures every customer wears a mask. Also, I telephoned a competitor to Big O, in Tucson, which displays a strong mask policy on their website. The manager there assured me if you come in my store then you wear a mask and everything we do revolves around safety. Therefore, it is possible to police your customers unless you truly dont give a sh(expletive) about safety. As a new arrival to Sierra Vista Im very disappointed and will not be returning this business. This location has lost potentially years of my valuable client loyalty and whats worse is they really didnt seem to care. Shame on you Big O, you are part of the reason Arizona leads the entire world in COVID-19 infections.

Several months ago, I came here to get 4x new tires mounted / balanced and have an alignment done. Their service was cheaper than several other places and three workers were friendly. However, this past weekend my wife noticed that there were wires coming through the inner side of my tire. I emailed Big O Tires, avs informed them of this issue and mentioned it could be the camber. Not only were they able to get me in the same day, but owned up to the possibility of making a mistake, and gave me 2x new tires and another alignment. Their service was incredibly professional. I would definitely go back or recommend to a friend. Thank you.

I would recommend this place to my friends. I had 4 tires mounted and balanced surprisingly fast on my Camaro. There was a minor clearance issue. And after speaking with Martin he took care of the issue. Great customer service.

I stopped here 20 minutes before they closed on New Years Eve with nails in two tires these guys fixed me right up theres no doubt in my mind this is a group of professional men working hard to bring the best service to their customers they can I can also vouch for their honesty apparently somebody paid with crisp new $100 bills and a couple of them were stuck together causing them to have overpaid by a couple of hundred dollars and this group of men got together to try to figure out who paid the cash and how to get the money back to them

I had to write a review immediately after the experience my family had today! I can’t thank you enough for the kindness and professionalism my family received, my daughter’s Nissan wouldn’t start and we took the car to be diagnosed, they couldn’t figure it out everything looked good so they offered to go further but would need to charge 84 dollars. Instead the man took a closer look at the key and realized it was broken causing the issue! Didn’t charge us or take advantage of us and even offered cheaper ways to fix the problem! I had a family emergency and had to know if my car was road ready to drive to Virginia the next day. He had his crew check everything in and on my car including the spare tire. Not only was he and his staff thorough but they were kind and reassuring. Hour and a half wait to have 2 new tires put on trailer rims. Seen the parking lot empty twice. Had 3 acquaintances show up after us and they had only a twenty minute waitHave 4 more trailer tires and a set of truck tires to purchase in the next month or so and am seriously looking at other options

Those guys are very professional and fast.

After three times of them trying, and I say that laughing, to fix my AC they called and just said they were not doing because of two rusted bolts. What kind of auto mechanic can’t deal with two rusted bolts? They ripped me off out of a recharge And two service charges. If you have a flat outside the place maybe get a tire from them but I personal would rather drive 100 miles to another garage. Awful service, awful attitude and lack of knowledge to the point it’s amazing they are in business. Stay away. Trust me stay far away.

Gerrin, Adrian, and Shawn, are the best big o tires I’ve ever met . I walked in and they showered me with hellos and water . I was stuck, and they knew how to help . They told me they will always be there . Next thing you know my tire was on and they said your welcome . I went to pay and I realized, these are genuine caring people. Humans . Very pleasantly surprised. Had been in when they first opened and was not impressed at all. Husband went in a few weeks ago and was very pleased. So we took my car in late in the day(last minute decision) for a much needed oil change. It was taken care of in a timely manner, job was well done, staff very professional and knowledgeable and welcoming. Really like how they are running this business now.. Highly recommend!!!

Convenient location. I went there for an oil change. I had a coupon. When I got the final bill it was way more than the coupon cost. There were about 4 or 5 add -ons. I was pretty disappointed and felt Id been duped. Its unlikely that I will go back.

Big O Sierra Vista is listed as an installation partner for an online tire retailer where I recently purchased a set of tires. I was very impressed with Asst. Mgr Chris Jacksons professionalism in handling the installation, even though Im sure he would have preferred to sell me a set of tires. He also swapped wheels with my other vehicle (same tires & wheels) and refused to let me pay extra for that service!As this is my first experience with Big O, Ill definitely be back for other car services they perform.
