Baristas at this Starbucks store (Target) won’t fill the drinks to the top and always leave the top 1/4 empty. Yes 1/4 empty!!! I understand that cups aren’t filled because the drinks are usually topped with whipped or to prevent spilling hot liquid. But for some reason baristas at this store will always hand you a drink that’s only 3/4 full even if it’s a cold iced coffee. It’s like going to a drug store that secretly scams their customers by giving you only 18 pills when there’s supposed to be 20 pills.

Its star bucks.. they are like all the same.But the staff at this one do have good manners and havent messed up any orders that Ive ever seen

Ask for a hot crossiant said oven was off already! This has happen to me twice they are so lazy to heat up a crossiant ugh!

They lie. It wasnt fun. Been to loads of them. Not the worst, but in my top 10. Edit to add...Target has free WiFi and the dollar section is close by, bathrooms to the right. Perfect 10 minutes of quiet if you have kids. Added another star. Edited to add.... this is one of the best people watching places Ive been to in a while. Sit facing he doors. Awesome to make up their stories. Added another star.

Andrea is amazing!!! She always has our drinks ready before we even order. She is always so sweet and her customer service is off the wall!! Love her! We always come to the Starbucks in target because of her!!!

Hot drinks are good but the iced and cold coffees they still has a lot to learn. Iced machiatto is super sweet and I didn’t asked for extra caramel even.

I love Starbucks but usually there’s only one person working and it takes forever. We don’t have a drive thru Starbucks in town... so i feel employees should be more mindful that people are in a hurry and more than one person should be working. Also... the match green tea is too milky! Doesn’t even taste like matcha!

We were in yesterday and had a Carmel frappuccino. The guy behind the counter was friendly and the coffee was great!

Horrible establishment, disgusting company! Never go to this dump of an establishment!

Not a coffee person, but lots of other choices. The girl was very helpful with teacher appreciation gifts. 😊

They push you to download and use their app and then a very rude employee tells you that you cant use the rewards you earn on the app at their store. Went across the parking lot to the one in Frys and all the employee were extremely friendly AND you can use your rewards. Will go to frys location from now on.

Apparently the crying unicorn frappe chic went to all the stores in town trying to further her basic, poorly educated, white girl level. Heres a 5 star review Starbucks. No one deserves that level of abuse lol.

This is literally one of the worst places to get your cup of joe. Every Starbucks barista has absolutely no since of urgency. Most times theres only one associate working while the others stay in the back, regardless of how busy they are. Its just terrible. WHY ISNT THERE A STAND ALONE STORE IN SIERRA VISTA?!

Prices at this Starbucks are 10c higher than the one in Frys.

I used to go to Starbucks all the time in Chicago. Here no stand alone stores, poor customer service due to not enough help.
