If zero stars could be given thats how Id rate them. The office manager Mari, Madi, or Mati, however its pronounced is very rude and condescending. She kept talking over me and raising her voice while I was trying to ask a question. The first time she tried to hang up, the call wasnt disconnected. I could hear her talking about me to whoever was in the office with her. Three calls after that all ended with her hanging up on meas I would ask to speak with Dr Daynes.Dr Daynes did take time out of his afternoon to call me back. Unfortunately the situation was not rectified. My family and I have now taken our eyecare dollars elsewhere. We are being much better cared for with another eyecare clinic and also more quickly cared for! We wont have to wait 4-6 months to see the doctor anymore. Even Walmart sees you sooner, even if youre a new customer.Goodbye and good riddance to Daynes eyecare.

I’m so impressed with this place. I’ve never been picky with picking an optometrist, I have an astigmatism but nothing major so I just needed to get my glasses updated. My daughter (3) came with me, and they did a courtesy exam on her, and to my surprise she actually ended up having a slight astigmatism also . Dr. Daynes asked how old she is and told me not to worry about it, we will just bring her in when she starts school (which I thought was pretty honest of him). Dr. Daynes was also very thorough with me, explained what they look at, look for, etc, he was such an honest guy. I really liked the experience. The exam room was HUGE. They let my husband and two kids back and there was more than enough roomAnd chairs. The whole staff was awesome too. They Included my youngest daughter, they broke down all the prices for my glasses, told me what I may deem necessary and what isn’t so necessary for my condition so it saved me some money. I will most definitely be returning and recommend this place to anybody .

My husband and I both had appts. with Dr. Daynes this morning. We were greeted by his very friendly staff when we arrived. We were seen on time and the care given was excellent. Dr. Daynes seems to have all the latest equipment to optimize our care. He took the time to explain things; neither of us felt rushed in anyway. I would highly recommend this office.

Dr Daynes is amazing he is a great Dr, however his staff is a bit rude they always seem to act like they are being bothered if you ask to many questions I think they are to comfortable. The only reason I stay is because of the Dr. The assistant is always nice its just the front desk girls Ive even had them on more than one occasion refer me to get my daughters contacts on line which is extremely strange we are patience there they should help no matter what. Its been the same for years and I have even spoke to a few other people thats say the Dr is great but this girls just have attitudes.

Daynes Optical Express is the best eye care center I have been to by far. I suffer from an eye injury that happened to me as a young kid. Dr. Daynes was very thorough in examining my eyes and getting me the help to correct my lazy eye. He made sure that I understood what he explained and gave a thorough explanation. This visit was AMAZING! Doc. Daynes was polite and very informative. My contact lady(can’t remember her name but she at one time worked at a movie theater) helped me with the learning process of sticking contacts in my small eyes. We had a ball finding the perfect color for my contacts. The billing lady was very helpful and informative as well. Dr Lincoln Daynes is a very good eye doctor. I have been with him for at least 10 years and am always satisfied with my eye care. There is little or no waiting time, the staff are very nice, polite and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of frames and have state of the art diagnostic machines to test your eyes & vision.

The most thorough explanation of an exam Ive ever had. Dr Dane helped me understand what he was prescribing and why, then explained what was happening to my eyes that requires the prescriptions. Sara (hope spelling correct) was patient, helpful and friendly as my wife and I browsed the many frame options available... then she broke down the total price of the glasses selected, helping us understand where the insurance stopped and our out of pocket began... prices of their frame selection seem high although quality name brand, but since I dont have knowledge of competitive competition price and I cant deduct a half star left all 5 stars... Mostly because of the Great Service and Experience! Thank You, Danes!

Mr. Daynes is very experienced and take his time with everyone that comes in for an eye exam and explains everything and answers all the questions asked, and staff are very helpful. Dr. Daynes was wonderful, kind, and very thorough. He gave me an excellent treatment plan and a follow up plan if this one doesn’t work. The Staff is very kind and easy to work with. They got me in right away because I had an eye infection. It was just wonderful.

Dr Dayne is very thorough and checks out the entire anatomy of the eye including the retina. He has a machine that does what dilation use to do, no more nasty dilated eyes. His exam is painless and very informative.

Daynes Optical is top of line! The staff was warm and welcoming. The lady that does all the pre-tests was patient and explained everything. They have an amazing machine that takes a high-resolution scan of your entire retina making dilation and cardboard sunglasses obsolete. Doctor was great! He seemed to be very professional and knowledgeable and helpful to me in understanding my stigmatizum with my eyes. The help with finding the right glasses wasnt as pleasant and curtious as I would have hoped for. I didnt feel like I could express what I wanted or needed and was told to just accept the fact that what I get is what I get so get used to it and they couldnt change that except by adjusting my frames.

Been shopping for my eye Care needs here for years, about the only the problem I really have is some of the pricing. I do have inauinsur with limited options, but the staff is very nice, and Ive never really had an issue with our appointments. Today we actually got taken in and seen early.
