Terrible customer service. My daughter and I made two appointments on two different Fridays. The first appointment was made on line and when we arrived we were told they hadnt checked their website and we were not booked. We rebooked for the next Friday and, when we arrived, we were told the doctor was not there and they could not see us. Do not depend on their scheduling.
I had recently ordered over $1000 worth of glasses for 2 girls. I have been a customer of Nationwide for nearly 35 years for my husband and I and our 2 granddaughters. I waited a month to hear when the glasses were ready. Since I had not heard from them I phoned to check on progress. I was told they had called me two weeks previously, but no one answered and they could not leave a message. (Let me mention here that I do not give people my cell number because we live in Elfrida and my cell does not work in my house.) The rude girl I spoke to informed me that they only call once. It is their policy to not recall anyone. They have 100 customers a day and they do not have time to recall. Understand they didnt reach me. I had no idea they had called. I was at a hospital appointment with my granddaughters. They both have MD. I was not home to get the call. How poor is that customer service?! I guess My ESP was supposed to let me know the glasses were ready. Both girls are legally blind. Their glasses are not a luxury item. I will be finding a new provider. I will also call their corporate office to share my opinion of this stupid RULE.
I went to Walmart by mistake and aside of rude employees the lab was filthy, my glasses took 1 month to receive them and wrong prescription sent back 3 weeks past came back wrong again no apology or try to make me feel I matter. I but up argument which I do like to do because they want to charge me for a wrong prescription that was useless to me. Never again. Yes I got my exam refunded
I have been coming to LensCrafters and the doctors for my prescriptions for five years now. I have always had good service and thorough exams. But today I wanted to give an extra special appreciation and thank you to Andrea. My current set of glasses is a brand that they did not offer and I purchased them online. When I came in to see if they would be willing to do the adjustments, Andrea met me with a warm and inviting smile and an absolutely yes that is no problem. She took her time and adjusted them perfectly and even explain to me some things about this particular pair of glasses that I need to be concerned about. She was very thorough and did not make me feel as though those glasses were purchased anywhere but right there in that store. I work in the service industry and it is not hard to find bad service or. However LensCrafters has a real jem on their hands. She is professional and you can tell customer service is her strong suit. I will continue to have my exams here and continue to purchase my glasses here. Andrea is a real asset to the company and I will be seeking her out the next time I need anything pertaining to my eyeballs. I will recommend this location in and you have a committed customer for life.
I have been a customer for 5 years and I recently needed a new lens and frames. The visit was very pleasant and professional and I received excellent service from all staff members including Zach who assisted me going over and beyond to find a set of perfect frames. Thank You to all the employees for working through these difficult times and providing excellent service to your customers.
From the making of appointment, the showing up for appointment, the great laldies at the front desk, through testing part and then of course getting the frame and lenses picked out I wanted, ALL WENT SOOOOO SMOOTH! The whole crew was great, if this needs to be updated in any way once I get my new glasses I will do that, But, so far this place was great and NOTHING like the few negative reveiws that are left here!

Sierra Vista office is horrible. First come first serve, sit there 20 minutes then people walk in and have appointments. Try to make appointments they say non needed and wont make one. They gave my wife twisted frames then just trying to fix them. Lens wobble in the frames. Ive been waiting 3 weeks for mine ordered the same time as my wife. If you want good service dont use this place. They do not practice social distancing or anything. 18 ppl in the store at once. One person tried on 23 frames and stuck them right back on the shelf while one employee just sat behind the desk doing nothing. Horrible store!
Went in for my Daughters annual eye exam went through all the test got in to see the actual doctor where he examines her eyes for litteraly two minutes flips off the machine and says she has fine vision nothing wrong whats so ever. Even having glasses prescribed at an early age for a slight nearsighted issue. Fast forward a couple months later I take her in for her well child check up her vision is now 20/70 in her left eye.! Unbelievable . I asked if it could have deteriated that quickly to witch the reply was no. I will never go back here and I will continue to turn people away from here.
I received my son glasses Wednesday July 8th 2020.I bought them from nation wide vision in Sierra vista Arizona.I went in to the Sierra vista location to get my son new glasses before school started. I was helped my a male manager. I asked lots of questions about all the Frames. I picked up a pare of Oakley he said he has Owen a pair of his own for year and they have great reviews for young kids they where able to hold up too lots of activity.I called nationwide vision and the lady was so rude told me there was nothing They would do and I had to either pay for new ones or contact Oakley.The warranty I paid for was not good yet !Like seriously what’s the point of paying for a warranty.I asked for the number to call Oakley. She told me I would have to google it and to have good luck and hung up !I will never go back !They lost my business!

Nationwide Vision has changed, really changed. Current rating reflects only that of before-the-change. Both male n female, Managers and employees alike greet with totally new, nice, kind and professional behavior. They are also all light-weighted and good-looking. I was also treated with an excellent low price.I visited this place for replacement of my old glasses.PS: Glasses Adjustment -- a service given after glasses are sold -- its skills need to improve.* My new glasses got broken partially, I told the manager, Frank, who then immediately replaced the frame with the new one.Thanks Frank.
I used to come here since I was small and I’m kind of glad I stopped coming. I tried to make an appointment to try it out again and the girl gave out a big sigh because the dates she was giving me didn’t work with my schedule. It was rude and unnecessary.
We walked in there close to closing and the staff were more than accommodating to our needs. Had a new pair of frames picked out in no time and they even recieved a military discount. Also my husband is really happy they remembered us and they had good Covid procedures in place.Thank you. We will be back.
Its surprising they dont have more stars. They deserve more stars. The people are really nice, informative, and helpful. The atmosphere is accommodating, too. Theres a great selection, and, add-ons of every kind are available. Great experience! Great service!
Zach & Franco took SUPER GREAT care of me. Their patience and customer service was outstanding. Zach was extraordinarily beneficial when resolving a problem with my glasses. Highly recommend.
Seems like they just want to rush you out. They also prescribed my brother with glasses even though he has 20/20 vision, so maybe it’s a money thing i don’t know, but I’ve never had a real issue with the staff they just always seem in a bad mood. I’ve been there twice and neither time was super bad, but there are DEFINITELY better places to go. I wouldn’t recommend.
Despite a shipping hiccup and lack of communication regarding ordering my trial contacts, I have no other complaints about this store. COVID has everything out of wack anyways...
Printed out forms from online. Brought filled-out forms with me at the exact check-in time and was seen almost immediately. Even with getting my eyes dilated I was in and out with my prescription in almost exactly one hour. Dr. Clark professional and pleasant. Ophthalmic assistant was also efficient and friendly. No problems as usual.

I dont understand as to why they have a manager that knows nothing. I ordered glasses they came with the wrong frame, he said the lab made a mistake which apparently he telles everyone the same thing. How unprofessional Fransico. Not happy at all. 0 stars
I promise you, I am not an employee, family member or anything everybody that has left a good rating is accused of. I have been there 4 or 5 times for glasses for my kids and it has been fine. The people are nice, I get in on time for my appointments and everything goes well. They are not flambouyant, jumping up and down to see you, but they are professional and Ive always gotten my glasses on time. No complaints.
Ive been going to this nationwide vision for several years now and overall great experience. The staff members are very nice, and helpful especially Jessica! Dr. Stein is very informative and honest. Prices are about average, decent selection of glasses. 5/5
We showed up 20 minutes before our appointment and were turned away since we didnt show up 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Mind you we had already been seen here twice before and none of our info had changed. I can fill out paperwork with the best of them so it was rather silly not to honor the appointment. We found a much better office here in town so good bye Nationwide.
Could this possibly be the best vision center ever?I travel a lot and throughout my life I have been to countless optometrists. From the best to the worst Ive encountered it. However out of all them this one exceeded my expectations.The secretaries were prompt and friendly, and the optometrist on duty made sure my vision was to perfection. Minimal waiting! I was out of there in no time.I would recommend this place to everyone 100%
The doctor there was extremely rude to my daughter and I. In my opinion he is unprofessional and should not be allowed to work there. As for the ladies in the front desk were pretty useless as well.
We were 6 minutes late. The girl at the counter didn’t have a problem with it. We were new patients. The doctor walks upfront and complains the checkin girl allowed us to be late. The doctor was rude and mean. When you treat your patients like that before you even see them. I can’t imagine how he is when he does the exam. I work in the medical field. I know how it is if you’re a little late. Shame on the doctor who would treat people like that. NEVER WILL WE GO TO NATION WIDE OPTICAL
Billed the wrong insurance policy for the wrong family member. When I called to get help with it, was told they couldnt do anything. I would have to call billing and follow the menu prompts. Called the number, followed prompts and kept getting told the number was invalid. Called SV office back and was told they couldnt help. Had to have VSP call. Still trying to get this fixed. Wow. UPDATE: After VSP called to find out what was going on - Frank (store manager) took the time to sift through everything and get it all corrected. His front desk staff should have been as accommodating. Also, my daughter said that Dr. Nelson was very professional and helpful while she was there.
Worst expirence ever. Treated like a big inconvenience. Never offered anything such as scratch resistance or tinting. Not told prices be ready in 7 to 10 days . Had to remind them to get our phone number.
Why are people so mad at this place😂 I got to my appointment 10mins late (called and told them I was on my way from Bisbee and they said that they couldnt see late customers because of their client volume but could reschedule me for an hour later, okay) but they helped me as soon as I walked in the door anyway. Dr. Clark was really well spoken and good at explaining the eye exam, I mentioned having looked at the website zennioptical to the lady that processed my glasses (Augustine, very nice and even gave me honest opinions on frames because Im terrible at decisions) and she told me I could call back if I ordered through them and theyd help walk me through the online process which I thought was really nice since its not even their business. Oh, and my glasses are done a week early, Im going to pick them up today.
My son and I went in to get his lenses replaced, because he had scratches. The manager Sara Malley took my sons glasses and looked at them wrote some stuff on a paper. Asked if I was using the same insurance, and said they would call when they were ready. I understood it would take a while so we waited 3 weeks. I just called to ask if they were ready, and come to find out they were never ordered. This is the 3rd time this has happened. I am a very understanding person, and know that sometimes personal things can interfere with the day to day responsibilitys. As I was waiting while she did the paperwork or so I thought. I did notice she barely acknowledged we were there. It was like we were interrupting her day. I am one to know from experience getting into a position like this would not come easy, and I would think a person would value it like no other. Every time I have gone to nationwide she just had this attitude like we were wasting her time. If I could shop else where I would, but they are the only ones who take my sons insurance. I dont think that should be a reason not to treat us fairly, and with respect. If the manager acts this way, how can I trust they will treat my son right.If your going in for anything ask for the assistant manager Jennifer. She was kind and very helpful. She apologized many times and stated she would help me personally. Just a thought, but why isnt this girl the manager? She obviously knows how it needs to be done.

Person called me day before appointment and was EXTREMELY rude, said she couldn’t find my insurance, called my insurance and they said my insurance was active. I was told this nationwide was awful but still decided to make an appointment because I was in need of a prescription, I ended up canceling since that lady was sooooooo rude on the phone, I guess they do live up to they’re awfulness rumors
Horrible experience. Ordered glasses, first pair took 6 weeks, because the lab broke them. Next pair 3 weeks later, had bifocals 2 different heights with the wrong prescription. Then I finally understood why I had horrible headaches. They sent them back & I ordered contacts paid in advance. I asked the manager 3 times in that conversation if she was sure they were multifocal contacts. She assured me they were. She had them overnighted. Nice, right!! Lol. They come in, they are not multifocal. She ordered the wrong ones. I finally got my glasses after 10 weeks. Still waiting on contacts. The poorest service I have ever had in my life.
As with the last few reviews, went in for exam on July 13th, ordered two pairs of glasses. Called today (5 Aug) to find out when they would be in and found out they were not ordered. I already paid on the 13th. Now I have to wait for person who took my order to come in and find out why it was not processed. They called me back today (6 Aug) to inform me they have my order ready to submit but they have no record of my payment. I have to provide my receipt from them as well as bank statement before they will do anything for me. Horrible recordkeeping and lazy!
I went there with my mom and the doctor was terrible everyone else was nice and the frames are pretty nice the doctor on the other hand is mean i legit was scared to go to the optometrist because of him cochise eye and laser is better
Had an appt for 845 am stayed until 950 and left after seeing no one. Thats right 1 hour and got no response. I guess they thought I did not need new glasses. Will not go back would advise every one to find someone else,
When your appt time is 9, be there at 830 or they legit wont see you. Just say the appt is 830 and wandering the store for an hour is mandatory.
So slow! Except to wait atleast an hour past your appointment time. Lots of employees standing around talking. Very small waiting room.
The staff was very rude the last time I was there, and the glasses I got from there were quite possibly the worst glasses Ive ever had. When I complained, they told me there was nothing they could do.
