I like the actual dr. He was quick and accurate.The customer service team needs help. When I made my very first appointment and stated I was a brand new customer, they didn’t tell me they just moved offices and the info wasn’t up to date yet on google. Drove to the wrong office, figured out on my own where they moved to. Then the lady helping me check out after my session tells me not to order my contacts but to give it some time and they’ll call me to check in, never got a call. I call in to get my contacts and I’m hung up on. Despite my better judgment, I used my insurance coverage for contacts here. They told me it would be in a few days. It’s been over a month and I’ve called and left messages and have heard nothing back from them.If you care about real customer service, like them actually calling you, placing your orders, telling you right info… I wouldn’t suggest this location.

I was a client a few years ago, after a bad experience with an employee, I went elsewhere. But I was tired of driving Tucson. So I went back yesterday and extremely pleased I did. Extremely professional and helpful.

Incredibly kind and patience staff, got me scheduled RIGHT away which was a surprise since everywhere else is booked several months out, definitely doing any future checkups here from now on, thank you guys!!!

We first went to this place because it had high ratings, but i would like to tell you about my experience with them just so you can stay informed.Our first visit was good we were able to get in and get an appointment fairly quickly. we were given a trial pack of contacts that we liked and wanted to order more.from there we called multiple times to place an order for contacts and no one picked up. We left multiple voicemail messages and we were never given a call back. Finally after about the 4th or 5th time calling and trying to get ahold of them someone answered. we placed the order for the contacts and were told they would be here in a couple days. which we needed because we were about to take a trip. a couple of days before our trip we called and again no one answered nor did they call us back. we tried to call them again and again leaving messages up until our trip and no one ever picked up or called us back. so we had to take our trip with no contacts that they said would come in with plenty of time of us leaving.when we got back to Sierra vista we called again and again and left messages every-time and never got anything back from this office. fast forward to today. (about 3 weeks have past since we initially put in the order for new contacts). we called again this morning and someone picked up and said they had the contacts in store ready for our pick up, and that someone called us on the 30th to tell us they were in. we thought that it was a mistake that we may have missed their call but we didnt have any voicemails on any of the contact phone numbers that we gave them which was odd.we went into the office to pick up the contacts. the contacts that they ordered and had ready for us were the wrong ones. when we brought this to their attention the person at the front tried to backtrack and tell us that he thought we would be getting these instead we politely said to him if thats what he thought then why would he send us home with a trial pack of something completely different. of what he thought we wanted and what he ordered.here we are a month and a half into going with this vision company and we have no contacts and we have been told many different things that contradict what they said in previous phone calls or in person.we liked the doctor and he was very good and seemed trust worthy, but the other people working there seem lazy and blame us for all of their mistakes. i would not recommend this business to anyone who is looking for a reputable vision care center.

The optometrist was great which is the only reason Im giving this place a 4 star review. If I could rate the front desk workers Id give them a 1. When I was there they were rude to each other right in front of me which was very unprofessional. & when I called to place the order for my contacts they said theyd put in the order but when I called back the next day to double check they didnt know what I was talking about.

I got an appointment the day I called because of a cancellation which was great! The doctor and the staff were very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend Sierra Vista Vision to everyone!

EYEGLASSES purchased here are vastly inferior to any others I have worn. The silicon nose pads keep falling out. Then the metal nose supports sit on my nose and they bruise my nose.They tell you just to come into the office for replacements, but they treat you like a leper.I am taking my business elsewhere. I advise you not to buy eyeglasses here that use nose pads.

I think it would be beneficial to have overlapping shifts that cover lunch breaks. I don’t see the point in leaving a voice message if it’s never returned. Not everybody has the ability to call outside of a lunch hour. Being readily available to take calls is important to any organization or business.

We had our first visit yesterday as they took over care for Dr. Michaels. Dr. Ray was extremely pleasant, kind, and patient with the kids- excellent patient care! Veronica was very helpful when I had to cancel our glasses order. The reason for the four stars is simply due to the cost of the glasses. I got three pairs of glasses and an additional frame re-lensed last year at Dr. Michaels office and paid less than it wouldve costed for my daughters glasses alone. Im not sure if that is because of insurance changes or not, but it was just a lot. That being said, the staff was understanding and worked quickly to take care of the issue for us. I will try to find a better price option for glasses but am totally satisfied with the level of care and service provided. Plan to go back for our next exams if were still in the area.

I bought a pair of glasses and I love them except the fitting, they drop a bit on my right ear a little lower than my left ear. I went back the next day to get them fitted properly and the receptionist kept looking at the line of my bifocals not the crooked look of my glasses on my face? I had to leave to go to Washington we’re I spent nearly 3 months with glasses that kept dropping to one side. She was a bit rude and stated to me that she was trained to line up the lines not my frame. So I had to leave with no hope of getting them fitted. I paid I’ve $300 for a pair of glasses there. The optometrist was very nice but sort of rude also. Never ever go back.

Such a nice place. Fixed my prescription oakleys fast and a huge pleasure to deal with. Super appreciative and happy to deal with them. Definitely coming back!!!

I appreciate the time the receptionist took to answer my questions and book an appointment for me the same day. The eye doctor was also very nice and pleasant to talk to. Probably the best staff Ive come across when in need of glasses or contacts asap.

Very professional, friendly office. Got an appointment right away, and the staff clearly explained my insurance benefits. Optometrist was great as well.

I highly recommend them. The staff and the doctor are always courteous and nice. Ive never had a bad experience and I like helping the little guy.

The Dr. was great! I actually raved about him to everyone I knew. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the lab that MY insurance uses. It took forever and then when they arrived they had to be sent back because they were not made correctly. So just keep in mind that the length of time it will take isnt necessarily their fault. I just made an appt for my daughter and I recommend that you see Dr. Ray!!!

I needed to find replacement temples for my glasses that I purchased at Sierra Vista Vision over a year ago. Not only did they find excellent replacements, but there was no charge. Great service.

The doctor was nice. The front desk staff were unfriendly. Slow communication when trying to call for basic information. I would recommend going elsewhere.

I drove 2 hours 3 times there to get my contacts and they kept ordering the wrong ones
