I picked my vehicle up after hours after having a window switch repaired. The switch is still the old switch and parts are visibly missing from it. I am waiting to reach them after the holiday to hopefully resolve this. I was charged for an entire new switch and for 2.5 hours labor for this and do not feel the work nor the part is sufficient for the $500 I was charged.

While on a vacation trip our 2020 Silverado had mechanical issues with the lifters .Contacted roadside assistance and we chose Autry Morlan for our service dealership. It was 95 degrees that day and my wife, our large dog and myself were exhausted. As soon as we arrived we were treated like gold especially our dog ! We were given a brand new loaner vehicle to make the 4 hr. trip home and our truck was repaired a week later as we were told. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone! The service department doesnt even deserve 1 star. They do not care if they have your business or not. On hold for 30 minutes 1 day, no answer in parts for an hr the next day, and tried to charge me $45 more than I was quoted. Luckily I ended up only paying $25 more than I was quoted. Said they would wash my car. Didnt. Didnt even put the floor mat things in. Never called me when my part had been in a week. I could go on...Please take your car to Coad Chevrolet in Cape Girardeau.

I am a business owner so I understand that I cannot fix something I do not know about. In that vein, your counter personel who waited on me was not a people-person & the mechanics who worked on our company vehicle left grease in multiple places on my vehicle.
Hit a piece of wood on the highway on our way home from vacation and the plastic cover under the car was hanging down and dragging. This body shop popped up on google so we called and were able to drive right over and have Keith and others take a look right away. Friendly and helpful and didn’t charge us for their time. They helped us get back on the road quickly and get home safely.
Takes awhile to get in for oil change or to have a door looked at on your truck
Brought my Jeep Cherokee Limited 2016 in because of a check engine light. I had to clean up a church which I attend. They took me to the church dropped me off and serviced my car. When it was ready they picked me up at the church and I got my car. I appreciated the courtesy they showed their customer.
Too expensive and took 3 trips to make one repair of a bad tire. Then they said they would have to charge $109 for a diagnostic test to find out what else needs to be fixed. I explained that I have to pay for repairs when I get my widows benefits on the 3rd of the month 😢.

Set for 2 and 1/2 hours while being worked on cost 400+ dollars .Got home after driving over 2 hours and turn the truck off and tried to start the truck again ..would not start..I am not happy actually just plain mad..did I mention the truck has 50 thousand miles..not a good day

My oil cap was broken while there for an oil change and no one ever informed me about this until I inquiried as to what was taking so long. I dont mind paying for anything that I am responsible for but my oil has only been changed at this dealership and now it broken. Also no one informed me that they were charging me for it. I might not have had the extra money then what would have happened? I feel that the customer has a right to know what is being done to their vehicle and any additional cost related to the issue.

Upon arrival the service technician took me right in and my wait wasn’t too long which I liked.
Autry Morlan did not try to add additional fees, or upsale me in any way. I knew the vehicle I wanted and got a straight answer on pricing. I asked them to come down and they did. After the sale, they spent even more time with me to assure that I was aware of all the safety features and fun stuff that my vehicle had to offer. Would definitely use them again.

We bought a 2019 Buick Encore that we discovered has a damaged dash. Its been over a month and they still havent made the repairs. We move across the state tomorrow so we will have to find another dealer willing to make the repairs Morlan shouldve made. Weve been told they have the parts to fix it just didnt make it a priority to get it done. I wouldnt recommend doing business with them because once they get their money for the sale they dont care about customer satisfaction.

Do not buy a vehicle from this place, they will rip you off. They took advantage of a senior citizen by over charging her for repairs as she had a leak she ended up paying $1100.00 for the repairs to still walk away with with a massive leak took it back they stated it was the water pump charged her again and she still has a leak. They then stated it was her power steering which was her initial complaint before paying the large amount. I watched them the third time as they absolutely did nothing to her car. Be careful as this company will rip you off. Just look around they have cars that’s been there for years hardly anyone in town goes there.

Wonderful, professional, and kind! Had an emergency tow to this dealership, saw the reviews and was worried....on a Monday morning, without an appointment OR being a prior customer, Dean got me worked in within an hour, determined the problem, gave me an estimate of repair and ordered the part! Even had free coffee, met nice people, and was directed to a rental car company. They fixed the car the next morning and Betty was so nice too! Dean has called me in Florida twice to followup, very happy I had my car towed to them!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I brought my Cadillac in to have a new transmission gasket put in and an oil change. It had a very small transmission leak. After getting the car home i went out about an hour and a half later and ALL of the transmission fluid had poured out all over my driveway. I called and was told they couldnt do anything because they were closed (this was at 5pm, their web site says they close at 530) and i was told that i needed to drive the car to them tomorrow with no transmission fluid i might add. I talked to the sales manager since nobody in service seemed to want to talk. He sudgested i drive the car to them tomorrow again i have told them their is no transmission fluid in it. He then said he was going to have the general manager contact me which I am now holding my breath on happening. They want your money and half way do repairs then try and say that it was like that already. Waste of money. So I just talked to the GM and was told they will not give me a loaner vehicle and that even if they messed up the car in the course of the service, that it would not be their responsibility. I will be contacting an attorney by tomorrow afternoon if this is not fixed. I will never use this place again.

Purchased a used 2013 Yukon XL from this dealer. Less than 2 weeks from purchase and the wheel hub assembly left my wife stranded. Two days of repeated phone calls and transfers to the dealer only be denied service. Not even as much as a sorry to hear that happened. This dealer is apparently only interested in one time sales only. No such thing as service after the sale or standing behind their so called certified used vehicles. BUYER BEWARE. THIS DEALER WILL LEAVE YOU STRANDED!!!!!!!
Bought a SUV from them. Was told by salesperson that two free oil changes came with it. Had 30% oil life left so used one oil change to take care of that. When time came for next oil change was told that I didnt have another oil change coming due to the mileage. It had over 23,000 miles on it when we bought it. The free oil changes ran out at 24,000. Wont deal with Morlan again because they cant tell the truth.

Thought this place was great until after you purchase a vehicle. Title never got sent off due to the financing department being on vacation the week I bought my vehicle. Called and it had to be sent overnight with a waiver not to be charged late fees for taxes. 2 months go by I had purchased sguard coverage for mechanical breakdown through them and guess what? The contract didnt show up when I filed a claim. Several phone calls later after promising to remedy I still get no word. Do not buy from these guys they will take your money and not look back. Selling me a contract that doesnt exist is my definition of fraud.

My husband and I were in route to Louisiana to deliver two new Dodge trucks when our check engine light came on our 2017 GMC 3500. We were instructed by Onstar to stop at the nearest Dealership for further diagnostics. We stopped at Autry Morlan expecting at the very best to be delayed as our experience previously with other dealerships was never too great. However, we were immediately greeted by Stuart from Service whom was absolutely on top of it, having it diagnosed as a failing mass airflow sensor within 5 minutes of our arrival. We explained that our load needed to be in Louisiana asap, he ordered the sensor to be delivered the following day as we would be coming back thru loaded again and insured us we could make the trip safely until then. We also were amazed st the overall southern hospitality that ALL of the departments displayed. We were able to buy the sidesteps we have been looking for and a 33 light bar for our truck at more than 30% cheaper than elsewhere and they offered to install those as well when we returned thru the following day. I wish I could remember everyones names to give kudos to them & say thank you again. This Dealership is the model representation of what a GMC Chevy Buick Company should be and we could not recommend them any more! She went to go pick up a check so that she can get the tags to the car she had purchased me, they continued to keep bringing the same paper for my mom to sign, then had the nerves to say boy is she hot now they havent been treating my mother right and we will never purchase a car from them ever again!!!!!!
I tried to get help on my 2009 Chevy Impala, when the transmission completely failed at 74,000 miles. The service department at this particular dealership told me they could not help with towing, could not help with rental, and most importantly, could not fix my transmission. They had zero parts in stock, and I was told there were no mechanics who could work on my transmission. I recently spoke with GM Corporate, and I was informed every single GM dealership should have this capability, or taken care of me to get me somewhere that could. As a result, I went to an independent mechanic and lost out on warranty service, which would have saved me $1624.35. On the other hand, Rebs Auto and Transmission was very professional, courteous, and helpful. I do not recommend Autry Morlans service department, and will avoid them in the future at all costs. --Rev Clyde C. I took my truck to morlan, transmissions slipping(under warranty). After not hearing anything for 8 days I called to check, the tech said it was 2 quarts low of fluid, but it wasnt leaking, After 8 days he said he added 2 quarts of fluid and test drove it, ( thing is I checked the fluid when I parked it, it was perfect,) the trans. was only slipping in overdrive and the truck had been driven less than 2/10ths of a mile. I took it anyway, soon as I hit the interstate trans was slipping like before, Looks like the techs make stuff up and the supervisor just aint smart enough to know it, anyway after 8 days they charged me 96.00 for 2 quarts of trans. fluid. and fixed nothing, I would say : IF MORLANS NOT ON THE BACK OF YOUR CAR--YOU SAVED SOME MONEY!!!! There is no rating low enough
I had a 9 am appointment to have the electric seat track in my car replaced. I was given a 2 hour estimate for completion by telephone. I sat there 4 hours and 45 minutes with no update, I asked how much longer I would have to wait. It was at this time I was told I would have to take a loaner. When I had to get my insurance card from my car, I noticed that NOTHING had been done. I will have to return from Cape Girardeau to Sikeston to get my car. Oh yes, I even had to put gasoline in the loaner in order to get back to Cape Girardeau. I was told that I would have to make sure that the gas tank had an equal amount of gasoline when I returned it. This will be my last contact with Autry Morlan.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS for servicing if you value your sanity or your finances. On the other hand, if you enjoy being overcharged for poor advice and terrible customer service, this is the place for you.We have a 2002 Chevy Monte Carlo. On a visit to relatives the car started to misfire. We booked it in for a diagnostic check with Autry Morlan for 10:30. It was over an hour later (11:40) before the mechanic started to look at it - he then disappeared to lunch for over an hour, without a word!The garage told us there were no diagnostic codes.When the mechanic returned he claimed to have ‘found’ the problem as he had ‘driven the car to lunch’. This was utter nonsense as the car never left the garage the whole time we were there. We were told us we needed new cables and plugs. That too was rubbish but was clearly a sales opportunity for the garage.So in all nearly 3 hours wait for a 10 minute incorrect diagnostic check, at a cost of over $80.When we returned home and took the car to our regular mechanic. Within minutes he ran a diagnostic check (free of charge, incidentally – note Autry Morlan!) and found 3 faults, none of which were related to cables or plugs!Autry Morlan told us they like to ‘look after our travelers’. We now know what that means: keep them waiting, overcharge them and try to sell them stuff they don’t need, presumably because they know you are not going to be able to come back and complain.

My man Cody (the internet sales manager) pulled through for me! I couldnt be happier!I bought a 2012 Camaro convertible (non-fleet past, 16k miles, still under warranty) for a very fair deal with no BSing. I am a total research type person; I will Google and research everything about cars, a cars value, what to look out for when buying, what dealers do to pull a fast one, etc. etc. With that said; Autry Morlan far surpassed all expectations. They were straight up from the start; we agreed on a price over Live Chat on a car that I was eyeing, I put a $500 hold deposit; and drove 3 hours from Nashville to pick it up. I was a little nervous that me being so far away; they (have the upper hand) and literally could pull something and then I would be driving 3 hours back empty, but nope; everything was clear and transparent.Cody pulled no last minute tactics and the price we agreed upon was straight onto the papers, (THERE ALSO ISNT ANY DOC FEES LIKE MOST DEALERSHIPS WOULD CHARGE; dealers will pull a fast one and charge you a $200-300 doc fee at the time of signing papers, they didnt). I went into the finance officers office to get papers finalized, and of course; the finance manager will try to offer you a better interest rate. I was open ears although I already had a Capital One blank check, and they offered something that beat that by 1% ($25 cheaper every month, and saved thousands at the end) with same exact details as the other. I jumped on it; process was smooth and I drove away with the red Camaro that day. Couldnt be happier; car was clean, well maintained.Excellent, excellent dealership; if I lived anywhere closer I would recommend every friend I have to them. Im a hard person to impress and never leave feedback but in this case; they deserve all of it. Thanks guys...
I will never take my car back up their never againg. I am tired of waiting. I waited for a harness wire to be fixed and they told me it would take 1 weeks for them to call. Never againg. Now I called about a tire and they are giving me the run around.
