I probably had one of the best experiences of buying a vehicle from the salesman John Pensabene, he listens to what the customer is looking for in a vehicle and goes the extra mile to get the customer in the vehicle that they want without being pushy and arrogant. John really cares what his customers needs and wants are and follows up with them after their purchase.. I will send anyone one I know that is looking for a vehicle to see John every time ..

My experience well, it sucks! My jeep been there almost 2 months to be fixed! They have no mechanics to work on my Jeep. The recent one walked out! Too hot in the work shop to work!! Been there 30 years! So why won’t u guys there at Moreland Dodge fix the air?? Respect good dependable reliable workers!! I always get told a different story when I go in to check on my Jeep!! So how can u charge me for labor when u don’t have any?

Custom service was nice i would suggest you do you own research on parts because they use Mopar and at their location they are way higher then other places. They are high in prices from car sales to service department i have dealt with both. The people are always nice though prices are just higher then others for the same cars or parts. How ever they will let you bring your own parts but they dont warrant those parts

My wife went for a tune up Now I may be wrong, but Ive always thought that a tune up consist of... Changing plugs, wires, filters if need & topping off the fluids. These people changed her spark plugs ONLY & called that a tune up. Now its still having the same issue and will cost a couple hundred more to be corrected.

We had our oil changed at a dealer in Bartlett,Tn. on Saturday and today we left for Indianapolis. We stopped at a gas station about 2 1/2 hours from home and we had oil spots under our truck. I called Morlan Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Sikeston,Mo. I spoke with Ray and he said to bring it on in and they would check it out. He fit us right in and fixed the problem. They are all very friendly and so helpful. I would leave 10 stars if I could. I wish we lived closer so we could use them as our regular service center. Thank you Ray, from the Foote family

Worst place to get a vehicle. They will lure you in basically to help you find a vehicle and treat you as if youre just wasting their time . Sales people have no experience and do what they can to get rid of the vehicle. Typical sales strategy. Their manager is really rude and they bring 3 people to convince you to buy the vehicle. Basically they want to force you to buy the vehicle. They get mad if you say Im just looking around and thinking of my options so dont bother coming to this place. They know nothing about their vehicles and the most rude service ever. I definitely dont recommend this place to anyone looking for a vehicle. Worst experience ever! If I can give it a -5 I would
