Good variety of specialty foods, including organic produce, gluten-free products, dairy-free yogurts/milks, and meat-free alternatives. Nice selection of freshly made foods and deli options. Decent selection of fresh flowers. Staff are courteous and professional; they are quick to help and answer any questions.

Went in for a couple cases of Spring water spent 150 bucks on water, beer, and a big bottle of Kentucky Bourbon. Didnt know the had a beer wine and liquor there. Terrific

The person in the deli was a delight to do business with. Helpful. Knowledgeable, bought a few different chicken piece varieties and she gave us a deal on 3 orders of family sized meals. The chicken was so fresh it was still sizzling and was delicious. Cooked perfectly as always.

I used to like this store until today because they made me leave since i didnt have a mask. i didnt know they were requiring masks AGAIN so i didnt have one. they didnt even offer me one, so i had to leave my groceries and exit the store. I wont be shopping here anymore. its obvious masks dont work yet theyre playing this game again.

Their chicken is very good here when you cant go to a fast food restaurant

Store is outdated and small. People bump into each other. Only go there for the sale items. Went in 2 days ago and buckets were on the floor catching leaks in the ceiling. When are you going to stop putting money in this store and build a more modern roomie store? The parking lot is a nightmare. I got hit a few years ago in the parking lot.

Went shopping here to buy groceries for the weekend. We are not from here, and as we walked in, EVERYBODY stared at us. It was very uncomfortable. No one was friendly or even smiled. I even tried to make conversation with our cashier Jenifer but she very short and didnt make eye contact. I dont know if she is just overworked or what, but shopping here was not only limited in product selection, it was unfriendly and I will not be back. Very disappointed ☹️

It looks like itd be the best place to buy groceries in Silver City New Mexico but this Albertsons - oh its just mediocre and in the back where the bathrooms are it really smells bad. I dont think Ill be going back again. I think Ill just go to Walmart which is a decent alternative.

The outside is okay, but..the inside is clean & stocked & so many fresh baked & fresh made. We asked a gentleman where something was & he was so nice. The check out woman was so nice, efficient & thanked us for coming in! Wow!

Good selectionVeggies are usually fresh. Occasionally get food home to discover that its rotten, and never take it back because the return process is long and complicated. Their rewards plan is worth doing, saves real money. Store is bright and clean.

It may seem like it cost more wait it does cause the steaks fruits vegs are all more fresh than WalMart. Did u know Albertsons still has the butcher right there so you can talk to them directly and tell them how u want ur steak cut, keep up the hard work guys

I had a young man carry to my car their umbrella that I had purchased, I followed him to my car with a cart loaded with groceries. The young man put the large umbrella into my car snd practically “ran” away without even offering to load my groceries into the car. Now I am a 75 year old healthy elder but this kid was so rude without even a hint of courtesy to your customer. I am appalled at the lack of his customer service not to mention a courtesy toward his elders. I must say, I have never complained about poor customer service before in my life!!!

Clean store; friendly cashiers; good managers. How much assistance you get from other personnel depends on their mood that day.

Shelves are full and variety is good, produce looks great. Getting checked out at 11:00 am was easy, very few customers. Mens bathroom had filthy mop bucket under sink, was is catching water from faulty waste line? Bathroom needs professional deep cleaning.

Great place to shop for groceries. More expensive than Wal Mart but clean and well stocked with great produce and meat market.

The employees at this Albertsons store are extremely friendly and helpful. The only issue, is the prices are a bit higher than other grocery stores. They do have manager specials on various items as well as a members saving club. There are also items that you can scan with your phone to get savings. I think you have to download their app in order to benefit from these savings. Personally I think its an inconvenience. I dont want to take time to scan signs while shopping. I just want to get what I need and go. Im sure tech savvy individuals dont care much for it either.

Albertsons has the best vegetables and great brands of baking supplies and is the most thoroughly clean store in town.

Has everything you need and takes a big precaution during this time like making it a strict rule to wear masks to enter the store and you have to stay 6 feet apart and I appreciate that rule because it helps calm down this virus and keep people more safe I definitely think you should come to Albertsons rather then Wal-Mart that doesnt require masks!

Clean store and friendly staff. I can go here and get everything for all the various dietary needs in my family. A bit pricey on some items but the meat department is by far the best in town and will cut steak to your liking without much of a wait. I can’t stand to go to Walmart and with covid-19, this store has been my way to sanity. In and out. Masks, labeled isles, signage reminds people to stay safe and keep distance, and they are re-stocking quickly.

THOUGHT IT WAS REAL CUTE TO DISRESPECT US AND MAKE US LOOK AS IF WE WERE IN THE WRONG IN FRONT OF SOME ELDERS THAT HAD NO CLUE WHAT WAS GOING ON. AS WELL AS PUTTING HIS CUSTOMERS AT DANGER AND NOT REALIZING WHAT HE JUST DID. ALL BECAUSE HE DIDNT DO HIS JOB AND HE KNEW ..IT WOULD BE NOTICED IF HE WOULD OF FOLLOWED POLICY

I like to shop Albertsons. However, Ive come across the rudest supervisors here in Silver City. Except one in particular. Unknown if he is the manager or what. I also had a bad experience with a check out cashier.

Well-run large grocery. Limited inventory if you have been spoiled by urban life elsewhere. Covid-19 precautions are in effect. Employees are helpful. Appears to need better cleaning but that could just be the aging infrastructure.
