This has been my first experience in getting glasses and an eye exam. I wasn’t sure on what to expect but the staff there was excellent. From the optometrist Crystal Lee, the tech Boris, and Stephanie the receptionist they were always friendly and available. Dr. Lee was very patient and answered all my questions. The selection was vast and varied. I took the exam and got my glasses in two weeks. I haven’t been to a different eye center so it’s hard for me to say they are the best but they are really good!

The Eye Image located at Bel Pre road Silver Spring, MD is phenomenal. I called for an appointment to have an adjustmaent made to a pair of eye glasses, Liana, the receptionist, was so kind and told me to come whenever I was near the area to get the glasses fixed. No appointment necessary!! Sumaiya looked over the eye glasses and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes!!Originally, I called the Olney Eye Care, which recently I bought $600.00 + worth of eye glasses and they said I had to wait 5 days before they would look at the glasses and repair them. 5 days is to long to go without glasses!!Not all Eye Image stores are all the same!!Beware of the Olney Eye Image when it comes to customer service!!Thank you Bel Pre Eye Image.

8 weeks still waiting to get my glasses I don’t know if that what you call good service

GO ANYWHERE ELSE- IF YOU HAVE TO GO HERE DO NOT WORK WITH FRANSISCO.I went here for my prescriptions for about a decade. Seems they were purchased by my eye dr and much has changed. I have never dealt with a more incompetent group of individuals. Knowing that they will have few or any face to face interactions during covid, they provide terrible and lazy service knowing there is no way You can hold them accountable. Fransisco is exceptionally incompetent- even being reaffirmed by another eye dr when I finally gave up on dealing with them.

Great staff and awesome service. I went to an urgent car for a hurting eye and they determined it pink eye. Dr. Lee immediately knew it wasnt pink eye and was quick to find the problem which was something stuck in my eye. After keeping my eye still, she got it out and it started feeling better right away.

I started going to Eye Image years ago because they were right across the street. And continued even after I moved because I was already an established patient. Even though Dr. Lees manners and demeanor has always been a bit off, I usually just wrote it off as her having a bad day.I brought my mom in for an appointment today and not only was Dr. Lee 20 minutes late in showing up to the office, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She rushed through the appointment and got frustrated when my mom was unable to quickly determine during the exam which prescription lens was better. She raised her voice at my mom and even started yelling to the point that I could hear her from the reception area. She didnt apologize for anything and quickly moved on to the next patient. None of my moms concerns for coming in to see her were addressed and we cant even trust that the prescription that was given is accurate due to her negligence and indolence. Overall, Dr. Lee lacks the compassion of a doctor or even the decency of a normal person for being capable of treating anyone the way that she did.Needless to say our family will not be returning, which is a shame, because aside from Dr. Lee, the staff, Stephanie and Boris was always very customer oriented and attentive, which is one of the reasons why we continued to come back. It was always a pleasure working with them, whereas with Dr. Lee, not so much.

The only positive thing about my visit was that they were able to get me in quickly. I cant due one of the eye tests and when I said that to the technician he went back and talked to the doctor and then immediately kicked me out and ended the appointment. I have never been treated so rudely before and never been denied service because I couldnt do the one test.

Everyone here is very professional and friendly, usually very little wait time.Small place but very personable. Stephanie at the front desk is such a pleasure to deal with, her upbeat attitude is contagious!! She has always been professional and kept me up to date on the status of my orders!

In the many years I have used Eye Image, I have found the staff to be helpful and communicative. Crystal Lee is competent and professional, Boris who does fitting and tech stuff is experienced, super helpful and competent. Reception staff not so much. Frame selection is good but small. Repairs and emergencies have always been well handled.

This would have been 5 stars but since it is now 3 weeks since my visit and glasses are still not in I am not pleased. I have called every few days on a status as no one calls to say there is a delay. I am having the same problem with figuring out contact lenses. I am doing the follow up and this wait is excessive. No pleased at all.

My family and I have been going to Eye Image for years. Everyone has always been professional, caring and friendly. We trust Eye Image and won’t go anywhere else for glasses and contact lenses.

Superb exam including very careful sphericity, cylindricity and prism evaluation. In addition, perception and eye pressure tests and exam for the presence of cataract . The very best eye exam I ever had. I am 81! Stephanie at the reception, Dr. Crystal Lee for the tests and Boris for a discussion of the results were all 5 stars.

Well I drove 3 hours to go to the eye doctor. I spoke to them yesterday. Three hours later I arrive and they are closed. No one called me. I drove 3 hours because my wife has used them for years. Very disappointed. They could have picked up the phone and called me.

Great selection of glasses. More important - great service from extremely knowledgeable optical staff. I needed prism lenses due to vision problems, and I got great personal service.

Its a small mom and pop style store with a somewhat small inventory but Ive found the customer service to be good. Plus, theres a great French bakery next door.
