Love Starbucks. If you dont know what to order, I recommend a surprise me drink. My daughter can never make up her mind and this way, she gets to try different things!!

Pretty awful experience. Not sure who you guys are hiring there but they were extremely rude to us just because we asked for a water cup.Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

I just need to remember to mention no sweetener in my iced coffee.I didnt realize that unless I say this its automatically sweetend. As the barista was sure tell me.

This Starbucks is right on the road so its easy to see. Its fairly clean and the baristas were friendly. I was there in the middle of the afternoon and it wasnt too busy and easy to find somewhere to sit. There is a restroom and the wifi works great.

Starbucks here in Simi Valley is a wonderful great place to get a good cup of coffee. Ive had all of the coffees and each one is very good and very tasty. My favorite cup of coffee is green tea latte with whipped cream on top. The service staff here are always wonderful to deal with and very prompt with whatever I ordered.They have never made a mistake on my order and all of the things that I have ordered are very fresh and flavorful.

They never have something. They always run out of a drink or ingredient. So make sure you have a back up plan like I do because they never have my preferred drink, protein box, or breakfast wrap.

Quite literally the most frustrating Starbucks on the planet. I don’t know if it’s the owners of this branch or what, but order ahead is hit or miss and is rarely an option at this point. If it is an option, sometimes you cannot even walk into the store to get your order - they make you sit in the 30min long drive through to pick up your one drink. They run out of ingredients all the time. The hours change constantly and are hit or miss. There is just no consistency and frankly it’s very inconvenient and annoying. However, the employees that work there are nice. They are the only thing about this branch that deserves even a single star.

Service was quick but long line in drive through service. Pleasant bartista and window personnel. Order right with sugar added and on whip cream on wrap. That does not always come to window correct, not at this location. Good job.

The drinks are usually low quality and the way this place runs is really disorganized, seems like the communication is not great among the team.

Was a little frustrating I asked for dark roast. They didnt have it. Then I asked for splenda, they didnt have it either. Then the girl at the window spent time talking to the person in front of me wishing them happy birthday over and over. Once is cool but then talking about make up. I dont usually go to this location but it was the closest.

Went in the other day and ordered the same as usual since I was 19. Clearly “The Barista”, was having a bad day and wanted to argue about if I had a latte or not. I mean why does it matter what it’s called just make it. I am not sure who hurt you but just make our coffee.

Clean and fast, but they need to move sugar and milk table to another place in store, people wait for their orders and block the table and you cant take sugar, milk and other stuff .

Absolutely atrocious drive thru times. 30 minutes!!!! Starbucks can do better. This was totally not acceptable

I absolutely love Starbucks. They are kind, understand, and ready to help whenever they can.

Smiling employees and great drinks.Never once have I ever seen an un-happy customer or employee. Coming from a family of coffee drinking Washington loving family, the drinks are just as good as from the original starbucks. They also have a drive thru for when on the go and you need your fix of coffee.

This place is the slowest, less friendly and dirtiest Starbucks I’ve ever seen. Literally takes you 15-25min to get a drink from drive thru. They never have almond croissants and they never follow directions on drinks. Very disappointed

I used to love going to this Starbucks because the workers were always so friendly. But the last time I went they completely messed up my order and I hated how my drink tasted, despite the fact that the girl taking my order asked what I wanted in it twice.

Didnt ask to heat my pastry. Only one person taking orders inside at the counter and preparing order while 4-6 people gathered at drive up window. Crew seems very unbalanced.

I could just list a whole bunch of things that irritate me and keep me from giving 5 stars. But I think it would be better to just describe it. This is what I call, Functional. Its interior is designed for pure productivity and functionality. The inside seating is 8 tables. 7 are for 2 people and 1 could seat 4 but is laid out for 3. The outside patio is extremely small as well. So having any type of extended stay is out. This isnt the extended office. This isnt the evening or morning coffee with friends. Its the shop for a quick meet and greet with a friend before you head to work. Its the cafe where you gulp your food and drink during lunch. Like I said its functional.

Blueberry muffin and white chocolate mocha on ice: made to perfection. However every chair and table looked the same, not giving Starbucks its in between work and home feeling, a break from everything else. This location was very quiet which I did enjoy. And the store wasnt completely messy, but the tables could have been wiped down. Somehow the amazing and sweet staff make this location awesome enough to rate four stars in my book.

Great coffee shop. Im from out of town so I decided to stop at any Starbucks. Glad I came to this one. Employees were nice and I got my order pretty quick even though they were busy.

I had to wait a very long time for my order. Longer than any other Starbucks.

This was a sweet spot for us to drive to on our way our for the day. It became a ritual for my goddaughter, greatniece and I during our recent stay in Simi Valley. The drink orders were always perfect and my goddaughter was able to get a California Starbucks card to remember her trip.

Soy latte. Fantastic. Some make them better than others...this one was perfect!

I love Starbucks, this one has never failed me. Ive spent a many of study sessions here. Black Iced Tea is my fav! My only complaint (and its not their fault its corporates.) The air con can get real cold even if the weather outside is chilly.

Came in with a mobile order, the drive thru was backed up about 10 cars so i went in, they hadnt even started my order now 20 minutes after I ordered. Finally the drink was ready but the rest of the order is MIA... its 4 in the afternoon, this place used to be awesome I wonder whats gone wrong here?

I come to Starbucks almost everyday and I have to say that I have never had any problems with the service there. They keep the lines moving, and the Drive-Thru moving as well. They are quick when making your coffees. I also like if they do make a mistake on your order, they go back and fix it. Usually you go somewhere and they dont fix it. The food is also great as well. They make my Caramel Frappe perfect as always. I will give this place a 8.5/10. Reason, they dont have any microwaves to heat up your food. Thats the only downside to that place but overall, really good service and food there.

This must be a licensed location. I was the fourth car in line and when it was my turn, I waited for about 4 minutes at the window for a cold, gross salted caramel “hot” chocolate (minus the salt as they were out). There were two baristas that I saw, the one working the counter looked at me a few times while she made one drink (that turned out not be mine) and the one working the drive thru didn’t look at me once until she took my money after I waited for about four minutes at the window. It wasn’t busy, the counter barista was just watching the drive thru barista for the majority of the time and the drive thru barista sat poking the register the whole time but there wasn’t anyone behind me. Not sure if she had some kind of issue but she didn’t apologize for the wait and handed me my drink which was already prepared and sitting near the window. I said, “oh, it’s already ready?” as I was surprised it was not what the counter barista made while I was sitting there and most likely too cold to enjoy. She said, “yeah”, I took my drink, did not tip (because, why?), and decided not to return. I go to Starbucks a few times a year, I’m not really into coffee but I’ve always had better service than this.

Thus is my favorite Starbucks, not only are they on top of their game they are the nicest bunch of people I have encountered in a long time. Great job you guys

They were super busy, obviously not their fault. But they messed up both my drinks (gave me a grande instead of a venti and forgot to put cream in the other coffee) and I was not about to wait all over again. So they messed up but I didnt give them the chance to fix it so Im only docking one star

Last 3 out of 4 times Ive been here has been a disaster. Messed up orders even though the employees read back the correct order. Hot drinks when ordered cold. And then the employees that Ive dealt with are rude, and dont understand what customer service means

Starbucks has excellent taste in its drinks/food, but their deals left me dissapointed, I went with my brother to starbucks for the happy hour deal which is buy one get one free, the ad clearly states that its Thursdays from 2-7 which is an awesome deal for us, but what they dont tell you is that you need a GOLD card which means you have to have that specific privilege given to you in the app after using the app to buy your drinks/food several times. It was very dissapointing. Just the fact that you go to starbucks hoping to have that moment of satisfaction from the deal they offer and then them telling you that you cant. Are we underprivileged? Very dissapointed

I usually get the same coffee everyday at noon. I went there today afternoon and they wanted to charge me more.I was told by manager that the price has gone up so since last night. Even thought, it was not true.They charge whatever they like.😭It is not the matter of a few cents, what it matters the principal of giving customer service.

I happen to love this Starbucks for a few reasons. The people are always nice and they have a drive-thru. Im not a coffee drinker but their Shaken Black Iced Tea is LIFE! BUT! You have to get it with a chocolate chip cookie, its how Starbucks was introduced to me and its how I introduce it to everyone else.

This is my favorite caffeine hole, staff is friendly, bathrooms are almost always clean. The electrical outlets dont work, I have told the staff twice about it, and still no juice, so bring your portable charger. Wi-Fi is excellent. Bathrooms doors have password locks installed, which they change apparently everyday, so always ask for the new one, while you are getting your caffeine fix.

While I dont go to Starbucks often, I do enjoy it. And the drive-through makes do convenient.

Its always a pleasure to stop in to the Simi Valley Starbucks, the drive thru is usually always busy, but since im not a drive thru person its okay for me. Inside is comfortable, and clean and the service is always friendly and timely. And it was a nice surprise to see theyve gone back to the old Classic Coffee Cake... It was yummy.

Honestly a terrible experience, I waited at the register for over 10 minutes for someone to come up and take my order. Half of the staff either stared and didn’t come over and the other half flat-out ignored me. One of the barista’s (bald-headed, overweight, and wearing glasses) even went over me to help a male customer behind me and then proceeded to ignore me and just walked away afterwards. I’m surprised because the old staff here was typically pleasant, but the new ones are bafflingly rude.

Went to this location earlier ordered a venti green tea frapé. Order was wrong and got my girlfriend very sick.

Extremely disappointed with the service and staff at this location. I understand there are 7 employees running around but the lobby and tables were disgusting. The staff also give off the impression that they cannot be bothered with the slightest amount of small chit chat, or notice how long I was standing to ask for more half and half. I do not live in the valley, but I can tell you that next time I will have my coffee at the biker bar next door to get better service.

Im a big starbucks person ( as in I go waaay too much) and this is probably the worst starbucks in simi. Theres an ok amount of seating, but the real bad part is the manager( or I hope its the manager) is very loud and rude towards her employees, nad doesnt even seem to realize that customers are watching.

For some reason I prefer the old location on Sycamore. The speaker on the drive-through wasnt working the first time I tried and there arent the fast charging pads on the tables. However the staff is great, the place roomy and the coffee great. Something about the feng-shui perhaps. Maybe I just dont like change ;)
