Amanda the cashier is a ABSOLUTE SWEETHEART and has the ABSOLUTE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I dont come here to often and I REFUSE to drink at Starbucks!! And she was as SWEET AS CAN BE!!!!

Always love Coffee Bean. If you want to try something a little different get an iced earl grey tea latte with hazelnut instead of vanilla, so good.

You cant go wrong with peach jasmine iced tea.

This is one of my favorite place for Breakfast, serves variety of Bagels and tasty coffee. Friendly staff and always serves customer at the best.

I have been stopping at CBTL for a number of years.I have never been treated like anything other that a good friend; addressed by name, chat, Hey, whats up today...good stuff like that. Very pleased with the employees and the manager.The coffee and goodies are right on and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this shop.

I am a big fan of The Coffee Bean. They have amazing roasts and nice and strong.

Id love their coffee. In my opinion it is a lot better than Starbuck. It is smoother and not so bitter and the place is clean and less crowded.💖👍

This branch of the chain was across the street from our hotel and was a great place to enjoy a tasty and reasonably priced breakfast. Like most coffee shops it’s self service with free WiFi and functional seating. Husband loved the super fruit parfait and cinnamon roll, I had croissants. Proper hot tea and lovely staff who heated all the baked goods.

People are friendly and helpful. Setting is beautiful and relaxing

This place sucks. The coffee always taste stale and the place is always overcrowded so no available seating and the manager is rude to her customers. I was being polite, ordering my drinks and minding my own business. She has the odasity to come over and and wrongfully accuse me of harassing some girl that I dont even know. Is this how any coffee establishment should run? Not cool.Even though Starbucks Could Improve some its still a professional establishment. In my opinion, I think coffee bean needs to shut down for good.

First time writing review for cbtl. Love cbtl but the employees that work here need to be talked too. Ill be going to another cbtl on purpose. Mateo the cashier gave me the most *i dont give a **** what you order attitude.* perhaps he has some prejudice issues. The employees that were making the drinks just put out drinks expecting customers to figure out that drink. I ordered multiple drinks but they did not help identify which drink is which. Perhaps take note from starbucks and at least write drink name or drink name. Only reason Im giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because I am a fan of cbtl.

My wife loves this place, I had to try it, I was not disappointed. I had never had a coffee with powdered mix. It was sooooo good, I loved it. I will definitely be getting more coffee from her every chance I get.

Come here regularly when Im in town for doctors appointments. Great service, great drinks. They work around myself and my mom not being able to have caffeine and are never begrudging the effort to do it for us!

This is the nicest Coffee Bean that Ive experienced. Indoor and outdoor seating, neat and clean, minimal wait time. The only negative is that the air conditioning is usually ridiculously cold, so bring a jacket. The cold is annoying, but not enough to take off a star since everything else about this place is excellent.

Best expresso macchiato around. Make sure you get it in a ceramic cup, tastes better. Cup and saucer served warm and includes a small silver spoon. Nice touch. Consistently served with just the right amount of milk and foam. No coffee house in these parts do it this well. Cheers

Since I have been going to coffee bean Simi valley,CA. It is a very good and warm place to go have my favourite coffee drink, Medium Vanilla latte no foam on a cold and rainy day is the best ! National Coffee Franchise. I prefer the Beans coffee over Starbucks. Its nice to sit outside with a latte, my dogs and my laptop. A small Latte is $3.50.

The Baristas at the Coffee Bean are the top of the coffee chain and as nice as can be, really wonderful kids. Heather the GM has the cleanest store Ive been in. I actually like the taste of the coffee and the add ins are much better than the other big Coffee company!

Generally a pretty nice place. I wouldve given 5 stars but they had an arrogant guy at the register. Too bad some of these young kids dont understand how their attitudes affect customers.

I take my coffee very sweet and cold, like a milk shake. Starbucks Frappuccino is pretty good, but actually The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf does something better: the Original Ice Blended. Apparently theyve been doing it longer too. Its very smooth and sweet, like a coffee milk shake. Starbucks Frap is grainier than CBTLs and not as thick. Its a lot simpler and quicker to make here, too, so Im out the door without much of a wait. I think some of the Starbucks need waiting rooms because of all the people standing around waiting for their drinks, but I digress.The baristas here are friendly and fast, and theyve got their stuff down to a science. This shop is kind of in a weird location in the shopping center, though, as its right at the intersection of four paths in the parking lot. So you really have to watch out for the cars. Still, cant hurt for business to be in a prime spot.This is my preferred coffee place.

Way better quality coffee than Starbucks, love the tea options. Other companies cover up bad quality drinks with sugar.
